We had the couples Magic Moment package and it was amazing!!! The staff and amenities were excellent. I've been to other places and this was definitely my favorite.

Pathetic. Just go to Thai me! $55 bucks for a "facial" & by facial I mean she rubbed some cream on my face and then put a hot towel on my face. That was it. It may have took her 8 minutes total. Then they charged my card for services I didn't receive so now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charges. I spoke with the spa "manager" Laci and she was very unprofessional and rude. I then asked to speak to her manager Kurt and he was no help either. They just didn't care. I will never go back. I am on maternity leave so I have plenty of spare time & I will be writing this review everywhere I can to warn people of this so called "spa"! Thieves

I have had two massages recently with Rebecca. She is an OUTSTANDING massage therapist. Working at a desk all day and sometimes into the evening, my shoulders often feel like they are up around my ears. She was able to completely get rid of my pain after my first visit; the 2nd massage was just for me. :) The entire experience is first class; the environment is relaxed, professional, comfortable and the staff is always so friendly. As a permanent resident of Hot Springs, they are ALWAYS my first choice! Jess is another good therapist there.

Spa Botanica is our favorite spa in Hot Springs. We ended up at Embassy Suites 8 years ago on a spur of the moment weekend get away. Thankfully it was a slow weekend and were able to get appointments for massages and express facials. The massages were amazing, the massage therapists were obviously well trained and gifted. The brief facials were the perfect finish. Nice cleansing and moisturizing treatment. I've also had the luxury facial (cadillac version of the traditional facial) and that's simply a luxury like no other. Since that point we regularly visit Spa Botanica. All the staff we've encountered have been friendly and professional. Top notch facility!

My mom and I both received Swedish massages here on Monday and they were fantastic! Spa Botanica was much better than we had anticipated. Professional and experienced staff. Clayton gave a wonderful massage. We will definitely book massages again at Spa Botanica during future visits to Hot Springs.

Clayton and Rebecca are amazing!! My husband and I come here together for the couples massage. We had the hot stone full body massage and it always ends up way better than we expected each time we come!! Already looking forward to our next visit!

In this case, your recent experience at Spa Botanica was not up to your expectations. Our experienced staff takes pride in ensuring each and every guest receives the personalized service they deserve. Occasionally, there are some variables which will contribute to a guest not experiencing a truly relaxing service. One example of such, is when a guest runs late for their service. Spa Botanica kindly asks when booking an appointment, as well as notating it in our menu of services, that our guests arrive ten minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. We also inform our guests of our cancellation policy which requires a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation or the guest will be responsible for the full dollar amount of scheduled services. If a guest runs an upwards of twenty minutes late for their scheduled twenty-five-minute service, our therapists would only be able to deliver on five minutes of service. When an instance like this occurs, though not required, our therapists will make a good-faith effort to accommodate the full length of service if: 1) there are no scheduled appointments booked immediately thereafter OR 2) in some cases, we will offer as a one-time courtesy to reschedule the appointment for later that day (if available). As noted above, if a guest runs late for their regularly scheduled appointment and accepts an offer of rescheduling for the same day, Spa Botanica’s standard cancellation policy would still be in full effect. Though rare, a guest might choose to cancel their rescheduled appointment. In this instance, the guest would be charged for the full dollar amount of scheduled services per Spa Botanica's cancellation policy previously mentioned. Any offer of rescheduling made thereafter would be at management's discretion and would still adhere to Spa Botanica's cancellation guidelines. Our sincere apologies that all options made available to you were not satisfactory. We hope that in the future you would reconsider your options and allow us at Spa Botanica to be of service to you.

For the price this is a great spa! Nothing too fancy however Heather is probably the best relaxation masseuse I have ever had 2 years in a row!!
