We here at Spa Botanica greatly appreciate all feedback left by our guests, whether positive or negative. In this case, your recent experience at Spa Botanica was not up to your expectations.
Our experienced staff takes pride in ensuring each and every guest receives the personalized service they deserve. Occasionally, there are some variables which will contribute to a guest not experiencing a truly relaxing service. One example of such, is when a guest runs late for their service.
Spa Botanica kindly asks when booking an appointment, as well as notating it in our menu of services, that our guests arrive ten minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. We also inform our guests of our cancellation policy which requires a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation or the guest will be responsible for the full dollar amount of scheduled services.
If a guest runs an upwards of twenty minutes late for their scheduled twenty-five-minute service, our therapists would only be able to deliver on five minutes of service.
When an instance like this occurs, though not required, our therapists will make a good-faith effort to accommodate the full length of service if: 1) there are no scheduled appointments booked immediately thereafter OR 2) in some cases, we will offer as a one-time courtesy to reschedule the appointment for later that day (if available).
As noted above, if a guest runs late for their regularly scheduled appointment and accepts an offer of rescheduling for the same day, Spa Botanica’s standard cancellation policy would still be in full effect.
Though rare, a guest might choose to cancel their rescheduled appointment. In this instance, the guest would be charged for the full dollar amount of scheduled services per Spa Botanica's cancellation policy previously mentioned.
Any offer of rescheduling made thereafter would be at management's discretion and would still adhere to Spa Botanica's cancellation guidelines.
