Great thermal pools..I mean I loved them. So relaxing. Got a massage before and I wasn't impressed but I spoil myself with massages so...ya know. If you are just wanting to relax and not have deep tissue, it will be great! Also, free parking 1 block away!! SWEET!

Araceli Garcia

Make sure you book a massage/facial/private session days in advance especially for the weekend!!! We unfortunately did not have the forethought to make that move and highly regretted it. We were however fortunate enough to get in to the thermal pools and steam cave which is very nice!! Very relaxing. Hot water pools, plenty of staff of you need anything, and abundant drinking water so you stay hydrated. 10/10 would go back and do it again. I'd probably spend the entire day there next time too.

Stacy Wells

In town for a night and a half, at the end of Sept. Decided to go here because it seemed like a fun thing to do..."When in Rome" and all that. It was $20 per person to bathe in the pools. There are 4 different temperatures. All were lovely. Decent shower room with, lockers, soap, towels, and plastic bags for wet stuff are all there for your convenience. We went and spent about an hour and felt very relaxed. I would recommend you bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner...as there's dried all of our skin and hair.

Holli Gomes

Couples massage and day pass for the pools. Oh yes I did. Great value. Friendly staff

Danny Scott

Great place to soak in the hot springs! Staff is professional and friendly. Great location! Busy often. Many packages to choose from.

Norano Bordo

Vary nice place private baths seem short and over priced I recommend doing the public pool , the hot springs water is amazing and love the energy of the place

Matthew Field

Excellent bathhouse. The masseuses Susan and Lisa exceeded expectations and made sure my wife and I had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend to others, and we will be back on upcoming visits.

Olivia Youngblood

The history of hot springs really is what makes this place special. It’s definitely higher priced than you will find at other places I have been to in AR but is very conveniently located. I have been here twice now and both times, the massages have been pleasant. However, the last time I went, my group all purchased a massage package (the sportsman) which included hot stone alignment. Unfortunately, at the conclusion of our time I realized that this service was not actually done. When I returned to the front desk to ask about this, I was told that my therapist had used hot towels instead (which I have had at all previous massages I have had at massage envy, lavida, and smaller privately owned massage businesses at half the price or less. I was greatly disappointed by just being blown off after 1/3 of my purchased package had not even been performed and with no offer for a credit for my next visit or even an apology for forgetting.

Tamra Watts

My boyfriend and I went for the first time for a couple's massage and soak. We got the mudslide package, and we had the best and romantic time together! Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted you to have the best time ever. We were kind of disappointed that we didn't actually have a "mud bath." We were expecting to soak in a tub of mud, but that's okay! Haha! The bath was amazing, and the massages were so relaxing. We will be back! We had an unbelievable time!

Danny Jones

So relaxing! My friend Derrick, his dad Richard, and myself enjoyed the hot mineral waters of the different temperature pools for an afternoon of soothing achy, sore muscles and a few old bones!! We love it here. We will be back soon!

Clyde Jackson II

The Quapaw Bath & Spa is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a nice hot bath. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you in whatever you may need. If you have forgotten anything. The Quapaw Bath & Spa has a nice gift shop that has everything you will need including some nice bathroom items you can take home with you.

Emilie Boyett

I love this bathhouse and would not go anywhere else for a message... And the thermal pools are the best.

Macen Vargas

Staff are great people! Can pay 20$ and be in the springs as long as you want! Great place to relax!

Diana Smith

we had the couples private bath...It was a very relaxing.... Courteous staff ...clean facilities... Definitely going back. It's a great getaway on a cold dreary day..

JJ Sellers

Very relaxing. Susan and Crystal were great.

Vanessa Byrd

Got one of the couples package and was not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Massages and facials were to die for! Wish we could come here every week!

Jean Fischer

My husband and I would give it a 10 if that were possible. We did the couples deep massage and it was incredible. It is our second time there and we def plan on going back.

JULIANNE PURDY

The staff was extraordinarily rude. My husband and I came with my mother-in-law for a relaxing time after our dog of 10 years passed away last weekend. My husband had left his flip flops at the side of the pool to go put down his glasses. One of the employees rudely explained to him that he had to wear his flip flops at all times. Then, a few minutes later, an extremely rude woman with short straight blond hair and glasses came & told him that her employees had told him 3 times not to take off his shoes while on the tile, and he said “I understand & I’ll try my best; I forgot for a moment to just put down my glasses, to which she said, “no, you’re not going to try, you’re going to follow the rules or you’re going to leave”. I understand that there are rules for safety; I’m a doctor and I know the implications of a head injury from a fall or even a fungal infection of the feet. But I don’t understand the need to be so rude. Perhaps he was treated this way b/c he is Hispanic; I don’t know. My mother in law doesn’t live in this country and was appalled. I guess if you want to go to a place with a staff that has no regard for their customers, waiting until God forbid you forget to wear your sandals on the tile, by all means go “relax” at Quapaw Baths. We certainly won’t be returning.

Joseph Henry

Everyone we came in contact with was professional, helpful, kind, and hospitable. We did the private baths, massage, facial, and foot scrub. All were so relaxing and soothing. Everything was very clean...the baths, massage tables, restrooms, etc. They had a nice selection of snacks and beverages in between the services. I have not been to another bath house but this one will be hard to beat!

Teresa knudson

Place is old.....it could use a little upgrade and definitely a good scrub down. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. It's like they were doing us a favor..... while we were the paying customers keeping you in business. One of the ladies was scolding a younger employee in front of all the customers. Also, one lady was ready to check out and pay her bill and this employee was kind of rude to her telling her out loud she needed to wait in line. I understand that, but she could have been way nicer about it. Her tone was rude and disrespectful. If they do not like what they do there, then I suggest they go find another job. Customers are there to get a nice relaxing experience and not to be treated rudely by the front desk employees. 60$ wasted in my opinion. Next time we will try another bath house for sure. One where the customers are treated nicely and with respect.

Susy Cas

I like the pools. The people inside where the pools are were nice but the people at the front desks were anything but. My family and I walked in and we did not get one "hello" or "how may I help you". There were 3 girls at the front (one of them was actually on the phone) but the other 2 were not and their service was not welcoming at all.

Rose S

Great private bath experience.

Andrea Timpa

This is a great place on a walk in basis. However, if you want to book spa services in advance, be prepared to be ignored. I have called multiple times on a weekday morning, left messages, and been put on hold for over 15 minutes. The receptionist was extremely rude.

Canhong Zhang

It's a good place for relaxing. We did body and facial massage. Very comfortable and relaxing! Next time I will come for the thermal pool! will recommend to friends! Thanks for the massage therapist!

Stephanie McDaniel

We had the most amazing time! Everyone was so hospitable from the moment we entered the door. My husband and I chose a package that included a private bath, massage, facial, and foot scrub. Our massage therapists were exceptional! Seriously Awesome! Our bath attendants were so friendly and professional. We can't wait to return!!! Also, we stayed at The Waters Hotel and they offered us a discount card for the spa services, loved that!!!!

Karl Weinfurtner

Had an enjoyable time with my wife, will be back soon.

Jamie Lisi

Wonderful experience. Staff is very knowledgable and courteous . Enjoyed a couples private bath, the steam cave and then the pools. Very relaxing.

Melanie Riney

The Quapaw Bath House experience was nothing short of exceptional! Very reasonably priced, very kind and attentive staff and the thermal pools are amazing! This is an experience not to be missed. We will be back!

Danielle Hall

Very enjoyable experience, we did a private bath and couples massage.

Pam Gerhardt

I used the communal pools. They are only $20 for as long as you want to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasant way to spend the afternoon. Do wish I could have had headphones on to listen to my audiobook.

Kaneisha Teel

Just left here after a couple's private bath, we chose to come to Arkansas for our honeymoon and really wanted to try the hot bath. So.... the lady came and got us from the cafe area, walked us immediately to our room and explained the process. Once we were undressed we got into NOT hot but luke warm water, not at all what we expected. After our 20 minute soak was done with we were supposed to get a peppermint towel cool down, but we noticed they never gave us any robes. They just wanted us to get dressed and sit in a hot room with other couples all in robes for this. First of all, we are hot and sweaty already from being in this room as it is, we definitely didn't want to be the odd couple out (in regular clothing) just to get even more sweaty. So needless to say we just left. Definitely won't be visiting this bathhouse again, we will try a different one if we ever come back.

Nick Hall

Amazing baths with varying temperatures!

Randy Shaia

A great place to soak and relax.

Austin Parsells

Amazing spot and it stays open longest out of the row. Christian ensured that my bestie and I had fresh towels and that our cups never went empty. Exceptional service! Definitely recommend!

Michael Shearer

I suggest the couples bath (unless you’re single)! A little alone time with the significant other (20 min to be exact), and super relaxing (clothing optional), why not go for it?! Complimentary peppermint towel + cool water (cucumber water optional)?! Don’t forget to tip your friendly bathhouse staff, though! Will come back again! Me and the wife enjoyed ourselves this afternoon celebrating our anniversary!

Leon David Esquenazi

Awesome palce. Friendly service great massage.

Liz Hensley

The ladies here always take such good care of me! This is a regular stop for my Hot Springs trips twice a year. The service is the best!!!

Matthew Mason

Fun stop on the family trip.

Sylvia Jones

A piece of history. Enjoyed the tour.

Omar Yuksel

My girlfriend and I are very pleased with our Quapaw experience. Crystal was my massage therapist and I could not thank her enough. I had kinks in my back that caused me pain for months... I left Quapaw pain-free - it’s been a couple weeks since our experience and I still feel great. Thank you to all the staff, and Crystal, for the amazing experience!

jennifer pugh

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were all extremely friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Joe Barnard

Our second visit. Both have been great. First one two years ago and second one yesterday. They respectfully listen and carry out what you need and want. Friendly staff. We go there for couples massages and always leave there better mentally and physically than when we arrived.

Yuri Darren Kownslar

Omg this place is so awesome! had a long drive from Texas and we made a quick stop to enjoy a private bath and thermal pool was so relaxing, we had the spa hangover after. Great staff. clean place. we will surely be back again.

Ronald Sloan

It is a mixture of old bathhouse and new ages spa. I have no complaints and enjoyed our visit. It is not a place for people wanting pure quietness. It is relaxing but be prepared for others to be involved in your experience.

Brittany Schaubhut

Such a neat, nice, relaxing experience. My husband and I came for our 5yr anniversary and it was so relaxing. We did a private bath and the steam cave and really enjoyed it. Everyone was super friendly and the place is very clean. Also I found it to be very reasonable in price. HIGHLY recommend!

Laura Jones

Our attendant, Megan, was great. But she was on her own which put her behind. But she was such a trooper. Enjoyed our visit very much.

Joel Monterrey

I stayed here all day in the baths to help my knees heal up. I felt great for the next couple of weeks! I was skeptical at first but those two weeks of pain-free walking convinced me. My next move is to reduce my work week hours so that I can go here regularly and really heal up.

Steven Colter

Excellent sring waters and good short message prior to.

Ramiz Mareewa

A must see and do if you are here. Friendly staff and vary helpful.

Pier Carlo Talenti

The wonderful staff here took such good care of me. I couldn't have had a better spa experience. I loved the setting (so many of the details, including the wonderful stained glass skylights, are original to the building), and all of the treatments I enjoyed were top notch. Plus, in most other cities, I would have had to spend significantly more to be pampered like that. Good work everyone, from the receptionists to my masseuses and bath attendants.

HClaire

I have only had a couple massages before this, but this experience was by far the best! I had Susan, and not only did she make sure I was comfortable, but she helped me truly relax. I have a lot of stress but after I left, I didn’t have a care in the world. This was a great sensational experience, and I will definitely be back again. Thank you Susan!

Susan Usherwood

Wonderful time in the pool and then a massage from Rachel. She did an excellent job.

Sheryl DuBose

Didn't have services done here but looked really busy when we stopped by to ask for bath and massage packages!

Ashley Hudson

Such an incredible experience!!!!!! HIGHLY recommended the private bath experience! The attendants were just lovely & made the whole experience so relaxing!!! You're body & skin just feel amazing!!!

terri Anderson

We had an amazing time at Quapaw! All of the staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel comfortable. We had a couples bath, Sweedish Massages and foot massages, they too were amazing! It was my husband's first time getting a massage and the staff made him feel comfortable and we will for sure be back soon!

Patrick Rodgers

Go for a soak! Nice facility and great service.

ANON Anonymous

THEIR WATER TESTED POSITIVE FOR CHLORINE & MORE! ( We are not sure if the staff is aware of the chlorine, etc. ) Please don't get me wrong -- I like the place and their employees. This is just information that I would want to know, if I were to go here for the first time! I'll go back there again! But for health reasons, with the knowledge of the water containing chlorine etc, I won't stay in the water as long as I did before!

Doris Holt

This was my first time going to a spa and I was not disappointed! I went with my best friend and my daughter. We got the "summer escape" package and it was worth every penny! Every one there was so friendly you felt like you knew them forever. Zach was my massage therapist and he was absolutely awesome. My job requires me to be on my feet a lot so I had a lot of thick dry skin on my heels. What Zach did for my feet was nothing short of a miracle! My feet have not been this soft and smooth in years. Zach was very professional and I did not feel awkward at all having a male massage therapist. He was not "chatty" as not to disturb you while you zoned out but would pleasantly converse with you if you chose to do so. I hope to go back soon and I will definitely ask for Zach.

Kathriene Mencos

Definitely a must when in town! If you’re looking to experience the thermal waters definitely come for their $20 per person thermal pools access! Locals will give some history and the waters feel amazing!

Katherine Boozer

Amazing! We got a Mocrosilk Hydrotherapy bath and a 50 minute deep tissue massage. The bath was absolutely perfect and relaxing. The massage was so great, it almost made me fall asleep. The day after we got the massage was when we realized how much it relaxed our tight muscles. Next time we're in Hot Springs, we're definitely coming back!

Steve

We Loved it and it's totally worth it

Kathy Krstulovich

First time to a bath house, very nice!

Hannah Geiser

My only complaint was having to call the bathhouse to make my reservations. If I could have booked my services online I would have rated them 5 stars. The Quapaw couples package was excellent and surprisingly affordable. The bath attendants were helpful and polite, and the process moving from service to service was well organized.

Paul G Buckner

Absolutely loved our time here. Did the couple's thing and it was very comfortable. The massage was fantastic!

Keith Brown

One of our favorite places to go and relax while we are in hot springs. Even if you do not have a membership, they have a day pass you can use to relax in the pools for the day. Just get there early, since you will want to get your money's worth!

Shawn Robinson

Sooooo relaxing! $20 for an entire day of 4 different heated mineral baths (95°, 98°, 102° & 104°). Lady in charge of "everything water related" is a real sweetheart! The staff is very attentive; making sure you're comfortable, have plenty of mineral water to drink, dry towels & they are always wiping up water from the floors. There's a little cafe, massage packages and a sauna (steam) cave as well. This was our anniversary but we will be back for sure! BTW, they do have a 3 month membership available for $120!

Brian Stine

The best day you'll have in Hot Springs is here. Call weeks ahead for the spa treatments. Enjoy. This is your PSA for 2019

Teresa Goss

Great bathhouse experience. 20$ soaks with a kind and helpful staff. I like to end it with a Fat Tire Ale on the porch. The cafe has great prices and offerings! This place is very special!

Jaime Hay

We got our tickets ahead of time at the motel we stayed at. When we arrived understanding the process of getting a locker, showering, etc before getting in the pools was confusing. We had to gather our own towels and do our best. Once in the pool the attendants were helpful. Cold spring water on site was an awesome bonus!!

Jill Brewer

We had the most delightful afternoon at the Quapaw. I have wanted to try to spa services at this beautiful, historic Hot Springs bath house. My daughter and I checked in for two 50 minute deep tissue massages(Marcella was excellent!), Time in the public schools and a session in the steam cave. The massages were excellent! Admittedly, I had low expectations since Hot Springs is such a tourist destination. but the two therapists were excellent. The attendants at the public pools we're very friendly. The steam cave was a very an awesome experience. I highly recommend. Message to the owner: Thanks for the reply. Please re-read my review. The pool attendants WERE very friendly. All of the staff was nice and helpful.

Janice Baynar

Enjoyed a couples mineral bath and steam cave. Both were wonderful. Staff has a pampering touch. Would go again if in area.

Heather Renee Allen

This place is awesome! They have 4 different pools with different temperatures. You can go from pool to pool as you wish. The attendants here were extremely nice and friendly and kept the floor mopped, our water glasses full, and dry towels in abundance. The showers were hot and the pressure was good too. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very beautiful inside. Lockers with keys are included in the price for you to put your clothes and purse in. Bring a swim suit to change into. And flip flops to wear while inside. I felt so much better after coming here... So relaxing!! They also have spa services here like massages but you need to book those in advance because they fill up fast.

Ronisha Wortham

First experience with a hot springs bath house and my first massage and steam cave. Totally worth the money and time especially if you spend all day. My favorite was the 100° pools

Courtney Thompson

Scheduled for a couples massage two weeks ago. Paid for hotel room and had child care set up then a week before we go Quapaw called and said they had a scheduling problem and canceled my appointment. They told me that they could get us at 4 but we will be in two separate rooms. Hello what a COUPLES massage if we aren't even in the same room.

Amy James

Unique experience. Loved the cucumber water provided after the bath!

CHARLES PHILLIPS

Very popular place for a good reason. Not rushed, friendly staff and not too overpriced

Alethiea Woodard

The beat service, had a wonderful bath until we went to get our couples massage. Whomever it was did not schedule right and I was the only one that could get one since it was for my birthday. He on the other hand had spoken with management and worked out the difference.

Sai Moua

The pools of spring water felt amazing. There are different temperatures so you can pick which ever one you prefer. Staff is super friendly. The place looks very clean and well kept. Highly recommended.

Kent Scribner

The hot pools were wonderful. We choose the sportsman package. 75 minutes of bliss.

Galia Ivanov

My husband and I have been going to the Quapaw Bath & Spa for 10 years for Memorial and Labor Day long weekends (Wednesday through Monday i.e. 11 visits to the spa ), which is more than 120 time and had excellent experience until this year and the worst happen today 5/27/2019, when my husband was told that he shouldn't go in the spa by the Park Ranger even though he had purchased a Bath Pass from the Park Hotel in advance and was standing in line from 9:30 am -10:10 am. He couldn’t use the pass and we would like to get a refund. There was a bath staff member making decisions who gets in, asking if anyone has a massage or another appointment. My husband asked her if he can get in since he has already paid for a pass. He was told that he needs to wait. He went back on the line. In the meantime, a Park Ranger was called to arrest him.

Lindsay Lou

My husband and I came to Hot Springs this weekend for our anniversary and made our appointment here for a mineral bath and a couples massage. We were very impressed with how we were treated and the level of services we received. The bath was refreshing but hot & the Swedish massages were wonderful! This will definitely be our go to spot every time we come to Hot Springs. I would recommend to anyone to come here for their spa services!

Brian Bechtol

Was here for about three hours and received a private bath and steam cave services in addition to the $20 entry fee. All of the staff here were extremely helpful, polite and always at your service. Facility is mixed patchwork of old and new. Some parts of the building look original, some parts look like they were from the 1950's and some modern, such as the Jacuzzi tub for the private bath. All of it is kept clean and area around the public pools is constantly mopped dry. Some consistency and updating for the building would be recommended.

Jolie Moore

All the staff here were friendly and attentive, especially Sandra D. Our group never went without a fresh towel. A dip in the Thermal Pools are a must! There were different temperature options for you to choose from. The Steam Cave was a neat experience - 102 degrees, super humid, cool eucalyptus towel for face and body. My massage, facial and foot scrub were amazing. Alan really surprised me with how he was able to get the knots out of my neck/shoulders. Most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back!

Rachel Carlson

Visited last year with my husband and had a great couple's massage and mineral bath. The heated floors are awesome! Just wish they offered more prenatal services besides facial.

Tamara Tadlock

Loved celebrating my 40th here. Rachel was amazing

William Hall

My Wife and I did the Mudslide. It was very relaxing and fully worth the price.

Nancy Brackeen

Oh my gosh, I love this place. Best massage, and oh those pools.

Catey Williamson

This place was the greatest spa ever! The baths were warm, inviting, and clean. We had a massage and facial which were fabulous!

Mark Willis

Traveled here for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. The spa was luxurious and we felt pampered. We spent time in the hot pools, the steam cave, and the private baths. We also got massages. It is a wonderfully relaxing experience. Go here to kick back and relax in the lap of luxury.

daniel stephenson

The thermal pools were amazing. Didnt get a chance to try anything else. They were booked. I'll schedule ahead next time

Ross McClure

Awesome bath and spa in downtown Hot Springs. Worth every penny no matter what service you select or if you come just to get in the pool. The package prices are very reasonable. The private baths were perfect for my wife and I.

Colleen S

Absolutely wonderful way to rejuvenate yourself after a long trip. I loved it and will go to one when ever I have the opportunity to do so. Highly recommend it for couples to enjoy a day there or two.

Lisa Williams

We had a five star day! Our couples massage was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the thermal pools. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The environment was clean and well kept. Great work!

Kathryn Blevins

Great first bath experience. Pool was tight for two people. Staff friendly and helpful

Jennifer Coward

Bathing in the mineral springs was on my bucket list....so, whilst out shopping,I stopped by in person to book a bath with a one hour massage for both myself and my daughter. With tax, it was $100 each. I was thrilled that the front desk was able to work us in, as I had not realized how fast it books up. She worked us in for 5 PM the next evening, Saturday. She was quick to let us know to arrive about 2 hours early for time to enjoy the spa area, which we did. There are 3 spas, all in one common area. I spent a total of 45 minutes in them, with 15 minute breaks in between. I preferred the hottest, which is 104, I believe. Very relaxing. However, I will say that the tiles need to be scrubbed down, as the grout is dirty in some areas. There was a lady pushing a mop around the pool areas. It had some type of towel on the end, which I was concerned might be pushing dirty floor water into the spa(??) I am not sure what point there is to pushing a dirty mop around, but if it had some type of disinfectant on it, perhaps that would make more sense, or a throw away pad on it. That said, the floors in the downstairs dressing areas are cracked in some areas, and the upstairs bathroom floor is cracked as well. Also, the walls and baseboards could use cleaning, as well as the stair banisters & railings. The three steps with flower pots on them in the upstairs waiting room were absolutely filthy, and plants were not well taken care of, and unappealing. The rest of the area upstairs is nice. The desk clerk had to keep putting people on hold on the phone to help customers at the desk, which is a sign they could use more help in that area. The massage was just ok. I like a lot of pressure, but my therapist couldn't get any knots out. I did feel some better afterwards, but I will definitely need another deep tissue massage when I get home.....I wish I had known about all the additional services this spa offers, because I might have booked more services. Because I walked in off the street, I didn't know it was a full service spa in addition to a bathhouse. The front desk should have asked me if I wanted additional services, and clued me in.....

Harmony Paige

Got a couples package with my husband to have a complete spa day and it was amazing! First we had a private mineral bath that lasted 20 mins. The water wasn't too hot but it was hot enough. It's basically a jacuzzi tub built for 2 with bubbling jets at your feet and back. Then they take you for a 20 minute cool down before your next service and there they provide an icy peppermint towel to lay over your face or put around your neck. At every step they bring you a cup of fresh mineral water that comes in hot and they chill it before serving to guests. We were then escorted to our massage area where 2 wonderful ladies gave us a relaxing 40 minute massage, 25 minute facial and a 10 min foot scrub. It was blissful! They showed us the steam cave which wasn't in the package we chose but was definitely a must if we ever go back. It's a literal cave surround by rocks with actual hot springs trickling through the rock walls. It even has a real life spring and the steam is generated naturally through from the heat of the spring! It was overall a great experience and the entire staff was so nice. The only thing that killed the quiet spa vibe was a bunch of men with clipboards and such walking around inspecting everything, we went on a Monday so I guess it was bad timing. It was a bit uncomfortable walking through the hallway in nothing but my robe, past 6 or 7 men standing around. Other than that I highly reccomend this spa for a day of relaxation! They also offer public mineral pools in 3 varying degrees for just 20 dollars. You can stay all day if you'd like, you just have to bring a bathing suit and flip flops or you can buy some in the boutique.

Maureen Rousseau

Second time visiting the pools. A unique experience. If I lived closer I'd buy the 3-month pass. Attendants we're very busy doing a great job instructing visitors and keeping the wet floors mopped continually. Very loud because of the acoustics.

Bill Kurtz

Couples bath and massage was very relaxing. Friendly professional staff made this an excellent experience.

Carla Frazier

Omg! Had a wonderful spa treatment. Wish everyone could have one.

Sara M

Enjoyed the private bath and the steam cave. Staff was very nice.

Ryan Pittman

Great couples massage and relaxing soak in the hot mineral bath pools - 104° was my favorite!!

Vanita Strong

Awesome visit... attendants are wonderful

Tina Skeens

Fabulous.. first time my husband and I have ever been to a bath house.. wonderful and fun experience. Everyone should try at least once.. so enjoyable.. thank you .staff wonderful.. thank you all...

Amjad Aboushama

Best place to visit after hiking long mile in Arkansas (Houston,TX)

Glipglop C137

It was really nice inside, filled with all the information you would want when visiting a historic bathhouse.

Brenda George

This place is amazing for relaxation ...I got the hot bath, sauna, massage and Facial everything was awesome and Staff was exceptional

Tonya D. Cauduro

What a great experience!! We lounged in the thermal pools before going into the steam cave. The room was below the bathhouse and was kept warm from the stream of hot water coming in through the rocks. They gave us eucalyptus towels and bowls of ice cold water. 20 minutes flew by!! Must do again!

Rick Brooks

Great place for relaxing massage or bath. The place is a bit run down and interior is very old and deteriorated so renovations and updates would enhance the experience.

Emily Fonner

What a fun time. We wanted to do a couples massage but they were booked up. We did get to experience the mineral bath and plan to go next time we are back. It was great. And reasonably priced too. Several of the other bathhouses do not have couples options. We will come to Quapaw again.

Becky Brown

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the staff at Quapaw. A mistake was made by the staff and my mother was charged for her birthday spa day. I emailed them and requested a response which I got within 24 hours even though they emailed me back automatically with an estimate of 3 days response time. The courtesy and apologies more than compensated for the mistake that was made and janine even called me back after the mistake had been fixed to ensure that it had been completed appropriately and that I was satisfied with the result. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellence. They far exceeded mine and my mother's expectations.

Vishruthi Ram

WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO. Hyped up on fake reviews on facebook, but worst service ever. Just called to get information and the receptionist was already so rude- refusing to tell me the services available and extremely short in her answers. She did not even try to tell me that it was a walk-in first come fist served kind of basis she told me everything was booked for the whole week. If you don't want people to come why do you even have a service based business?

They were very friendly and helpful. It is old so you have to expect that. The thermal pools were amazing! One of the employees saw that my husband was struggling putting on his flip flops which are required between pools and loaned him easier shoes for him to wear. I would love to go again.

We made reservations for one of their package deals several weeks in advance. We arrived after a four hour drive and were told the night before that jets were broken in tub, but we could soak before our massage. I reluctantly accepted. A few hours later, they called back and said they’d have to cancel our appointment altogether. No explanation. No offer to reschedule. No voucher for future discount. Very unprofessional. Can’t recommend to anyone else.

Great experience. Good atmosphere. Our massage therapists were great, the mineral bath with aromatherapy was great. It included a cool eucalyptus/peppermint towel which was refreshing. They have a cool public mineral pool which is really pretty. I wish they kept more of a historic interior design throughout the bath areas but that’s entirely my own preference. Would definitely reccomend!

Zachary Curtis

Definitely had a good time. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. If you are going on the weekends make reservations. The private baths are the way to go, but the public bath area is spacious and relaxing.

Beth Jackson

Great experience! Everyone was really helpful and attentive. We sat in the pools before our massage and treatment. Would have liked to after but I would have been wiped out. Al was my massage therapist and he and his story are amazing! Great massage!

Mylinda McKenzie

Very clean, efficient. You can tell they have been doing this a long time. Pools were so relaxing. Loved the super hot, middle pool, but the cool down pool was much appreciated.

During a previous visit, we had the opportunity to explore the private bath and spa area (absolutely great by the way). This visit, we decided to experience the public thermal pool area and found it also to be very nice. Having the four large pools, each at different temps, made the area feel very "uncrowded" with plenty of benches, chairs and lounges to enjoy in between plunges. The restroom/locker areas were clean and fresh, but perhaps in need of just a bit of freshening up which would make this a 5 star spot for the money. Don't forget your flip flops as they are not complementary. Good value - will come again on our next visit to Hot Springs.

Sunday afternoon visit, wonderful. Towels provided, $43 for 2 persons. Must have swimsuit and sandals. 4 thermal pools at different temperatures, stay as long as you want. Water provided to stay hydrated. Staff was awesome. Walked out feeling so light on my feet. Worth every penny.

Could not have had a better experience. My husband and I got the Love is in the Air package and it was incredible. The steam cave is awesome too. Both of the Tonyas were so kind and amazing. Bree was the absolute sweetest as well. We will be back again!

Milton Ruiz

The front desk staff was better suited to be at a fast food place than to be at a spa, not even a good afternoon or anything. I had to be very proactive so that I could even pay to get in the pools, I guess business is so good that a few customers don’t make a difference to them. The attention from the staff inside is mixed, some are really nice and attentive while others looked like all they wanted to do is make it to the end of their shift to leave. Nice facilities but the experience made me feel like they were doing me a favor, didn’t feel welcome at all, may not come back

Ms Keisha and Ms Janine were so amazing in helping correct a very specific, uncommon issue recently. They were very professional, courteous and did not give up until the matter was resolved. Great staff at Quapaw Baths! Thank you ladies!

Lisa Lacy, she gave an excellent massage. She said "I love what I do" and it shows. A short trip away to recharge.

This was the main purpose for our visit to hot springs. We booked a "love is in the air" package. To start, the reception was superb. They were friendly and doting. We had a private bath which was followed by a cooldown with cucumber water and cool towels infused with peppermint oil. Then we were offered small snacks while we waited for our message. The two woman were very friendly, Tonya worked with me and she was an angel. My wife was with another woman whose name i didn't catch. We were taken to a room in low light filled with soothing neutral music. The message was nice but the heated towels, foot scrub/ facials were spectacular. My only complaints are that i left my phone in the provided locker, and that some of the facial scents were a bit pungent but that is hard to avoid when working with organic resources.

Bill Mullins

Nice however get there early, fill to capacity quick.

H H

It is a 20 minute soak in a Jacuzzi tub in a private room - what you can do at home. All staff were extremely nice. I will say my skin was super soft afterwards.

We came down for our honeymoon retreat and this is one thing my wife wanted to do really badly! We had made a reservation for the love is in the air package and from the very beginning we had excellent customer service at the front desk. Everything was nice and cleaned and everything had order to it. We had our bath and then our massage. When it was all over with we didn't want to drive home that is how relaxed we were! Great place to stop by if youre passing through Hot Springs, Arkansas. A little pricey but worth the money!

First time experience, and I enjoyed it so much. Will go back in the future

Janet Bender

This place was so relaxing especially after a long drive to get there four basic pools ranging from 95 degrees all the way up to 105. Nice place to go

Ferris Stieber

This was my first time ever going to a spa. I was able to call and get in on Friday for a facial, deep hair conditioning, and the blowout special. They had great deals and very friendly staff. Kendall was my stylist and she was great. They even offered complimentary wine! On Saturday I did a walk-in for the thermal pool around 5pm. Everything was amazing. The products in the shop were decently priced as well. I highly recommend

I just had the best Swedish massage of my life. Melissa has hands touched by an angel. Book her you will not be disappointed. Marcella was my hubby's massage therapist and he loved her as well. Thanks ladies for making our experience pleasant.

We did the couples mineral bath with honey and oatmeal aroma bath salts. It was relaxing and a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional

Not for "experienced" hot spring soakers. If you have absolutely nothing to do in AR and never been to a hot spring, then try it. However, this is by far the worst hot spring I ever been around the country. Staffs were nice and hard working. But, the water is filled with chloramines which is the combination of chlorine disinfectants and sweat/urine, despite they claim there's no chlorine added. The "pool smell" is so strong that I still had it on my skin after I showered. I'm a professional swimmer for decades, so I definitely recognize that smell. Also, it's indoor "hot spring" so it gets really stuffy inside plus that pool smell. One good thing is the steam cave they have, but don't think it's worth $20 for soaking only. Personally, really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who have been to any hot springs in OR, CA, CO, or UT.

Joanne Griffith

OMG..I'd go back yes!!! Will be taking my husband next! I was so relaxed all day which that was much needed. Would always recommend. Wonderful place and reasonably priced!

William Powell

My wife and I experience was amazing. Our massage therapists Melissa and Susan did wonders!

W. L.

So glad we tried this spa. The place is so well kept and clean. They have a strict rule about taking a shower before entering the thermal pool, which I like. I highly recommend their steam cave. You will get a good sweat there.

Kayla Brock

We really were not that impressed. My husband and I did the couples private bath, and the water was very dirty (the bath lady said it was normal and it was build up from the salt and oils they put in the baths, which we requested no salts or oils), our "private" room had a tent as the ceiling, there were cracks in the tile and floor and walls and ceiling panels missing in the waiting room. Oh! And half way through the "bath" a jet popped off of the tub and the bathlady said that happens sometimes when people bump them. They did offer us a small (25 cent worth) bag of salts for our inconveniences... Seriously, $50 for 20 minutes of dirty broken bath. Save your money or try a different bathhouse. We will not be going back.

Shawni Goldtrap

My husband and I enjoyed the thermal pools together. There are four: 95, 98, 102, and 104 degrees. I didn't think there would be such a difference between them, but I was wrong. It was absolutely the best soak (s) ever! Bring your swimsuit and plastic\rubber shoes, they'll provide the rest (including lockers)

ilovefrogs1990

Great all day hot pool experience with four different pools with different temperatures. Make sure to bring a swimsuit and sandles.

Ian

Bath was OK but the place needs an update. The surround on the bath was coming off, hooks missing from wall. Just not kept up. Reply to you. The things I'm talking about are not from 1922. The anchors were in the wall for hooks they were just missing, 10 min job. The surround on the tub needed to be set with caulk, 10 min job. I realize it's an old building but I could have fixed most of it by myself in a few days. The gift shop was up to date.

Madison Bremer

I visited here around New Years. You have to arrive before they open and wait in line to have access to the public pools. If you don't arrive early, you have to wait for other people to leave before they will let you in. This is due to the capacity of the pools. I thought the experience was worthwhile, but I didn't stay long out of consideration for the people waiting. I did not use any other spa services while I was there.

Serenity Washington

Relaxing hot water....

Rozalin Williams

Very friendly and attentive staff in bath pool area. Pools with different temperatures is great. I enjoyed hottest, although it wasn't as hot as I expected. Very relaxing. Haven't had treatment yet.

Scott Parham

Beautiful bathhouse. Very relaxing. A very different experience from Buckstaff.

Jennifer Booker

Just did the baths. Really relaxing and the service was lovely.

Sara Mills

The staff was so helpful!! I have mobility issues and they took great care of me!

Gene Wong

Very relaxing bath house where you can spend several hours, or schedule massage and facial services, which is what we did. Very professional but friendly. Baths can be private or communal. Just DO IT! You are in Hot Springs.

Sean Ledford

My wife and I do the pools - very relaxing, clean and employees were very friendly! We are headed back again today before leaving town.

Envision Wildlife and Pest Control services

We drove 600 miles. First night it would've been only 2 hours of soak time so we were told and agreed to come back the next morning so we get the full treatment/soak. They gave us a number 13 like it was a joke. We waited all day in their lobby till the last hour and seen people get called all day long. They obviously can watch folks get upset and not give a f___. They need a new staff or a adjustment of management.. This was before all the bacteria that was found here. I bet this bath house dont believe in karma "

Kj Fox

Modern day bath house that is very nice. Most of the things require reservations ahead of time but the public bath house allows walk-ins.

Levi Irvin

Relaxing baths for a reasonable price!

Cody Tinkle

You feel like a new person when you leave. Love this place.

Elizabeth Ferrara

Great massage and spa services.

Soap Curtis

Great staff and service!! The baths are a good deal, too. Haven't felt so relaxed in months!

jiljewelry

It is always a great place to unwind, I hope they had more sitting areas to be added there is always a constant battle to find a pool size chair.

Jason Allen

Flip flops are required here, if you don't own any they have some available for purchase. Our experience here was quite pleasant. The baths ranged in temperature from about 96 degrees to 105 degrees. They have a limit on how many people can be admitted to the pools, which ensures there is room for everybody and there is no overcrowding. They had ice and room temperature water available in the pool area. We also went to the steam cave which was beautiful and relaxing. Altogether we probably spent two hours here for under $100. We did not purchase food or beverages because they were sold out of the options we wanted around 1:00 p.m., and there was nobody behind the counter to sell them. The other area which was lacking was the locker room. It is what I remember my high school gym locker room looking like. Altogether, It is a 4/5 star experience. Not as luxurious as I expected, but the basics are all there for a wonderful getaway.
