For my first time a deep tissue massage and jet bath, oh my gosh the jet bath was nicely hot it felt so good I had lower back pain from working out and standing all day at work my quads and my hamstrings are sore especially in my neck and my shoulders. The deep tissue massage just relieved so much tesion in my body and fully relaxed me to the point that all I wanted to do is stay on massage bed it feels so good. I will be back and recommend to others

My husband and I found this place online researching places to visit during our vaca in hot springs! It was amazing!! Friendly helpful staff and very professional! Each technician was professional and efficient with their services! Felt like a wet noodle when I left ❤️

I have been a customer at Chrysalis Day Spa for at least 7 years. I have had multiple massages, some special packages, and pedicure. I am very disappointed in them today. I had 2 friends in town and we wanted to try to get a massage at Chrysalis (my recommendation) all at the same time. I called and they said they could get us in at 1:30. I gave them my name and they saw that I was a past customer. They needed the other 2 names. I gave them my friends name, but wasn't sure which daughter-in-law she had with her, but told them who I thought she had. They said they would need the name in order to put them in the computer. I told them I would call and have my friends call them. My friend called and was told that someone had gotten scheduled in one of our slots! I called them back and asked how that could happen. Apparently, they recently changed policies and required a credit card to hold slots....but she had neglected to tell me this! I thought it was all done! The girl on the phone (which was the same ding bat that messed up our appointments) never once acted like she was sorry. She, in fact, kept acting like it was totally our fault. She could have avoided the whole thing if she would have explained the change in policy from the very first. She also could have said "I am so sorry. I neglected to tell you that we had changed policies". I was fuming by that time and just could not accept the 3 slots at 3pm that she had open.

If you want of a fantastic day of relaxation and pampering this is the place to go!!. Every professional there made you feel pampered and special. They served a great lunch with cheese cake for dessert! Mimosas and wine to your hearts content! The only negative was the nail lady. She was short on time and she made a huge effort making us feeling guilty for it. Even after I asked her not to make us feel guilty. She was very unprofessional. Every thing else and everyone else went above and beyond! Thank you chrysalis we will back!

I went to go get brow tinting done, and I showed the lady who was going to do my brows a video of how I wanted the outcome. & I showed her a video of tinting and she says no thats microblading, when everyone knows you use a blade in microblading. So she says she doesn't know but it will make the skin tinted not the brows, I say okay, that's fine. As long as you can make the lines clean to give it the effect that I already have it filled in. Then she says oh wait no it's just going to make your hairs darker. I'm like whatever she doesn't know what's she's talking about... So then she only puts the gel on where I already have noticable hair (making my brows look SO unclean), she only leaves it on for 3 minutes when it's supposed to stay on for AT LEAST 10. When the procedure was over she sees I'm not happy and says you can start filling in after 2 days, like the point of this is so I wouldn't have to fill in. Plus even if she did do good it only lasted 2 days and not 2 months like said

My friend and I went for pedicures and shellac manicures a few weeks ago. Sharon and Christina did a great job. It was very relaxing and they were so friendly. We were both very pleased with our experience. If we lived closer we would definely make frequent visits! The service was great, the place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing!

Melody and Juliano performed reflexology on our feet accompanied by a full body massage. My wife and I are more than impressed with the friendly staff and clean relaxed environment. The owner of this establishment should be made aware of the amazing staff they have available. Juliano and melody picked up on certain things with our body's that needed attention we had no idea were even there. Just shows how much experience and care these people truly put into their profession. I would highly recommend the chrysalis day spa to anyone in the area or visiting. My wife and I both agree our bodies haven't felt this amazing in a long time thank you chrysalis day spa!!!

I had an appt for a Brazilian Wax. I usually make the drive to Little Rock to Unique Threading to have a Brazilian Sugar because that is what I prefer, the ladies at my usual spot are so great and professional and I am always satisfied. On top of all this my usual go to is quite a bit cheaper...but I was leaving town and decided to try out a new place. At Chrysalis, the girl who provided my service seemed nervous. The experience started out okay but as we talked, I learned that she had never really heard of body sugaring?! She took alot longer than I am accustomed to and as time went by, she began apologizing and saying she didn't know why it wasn't working...a couple rips were really painful as they weren't fully pulled off. She started tweezing which I guess I appreciate but I realized I would have been there forever so I told her not to worry about it. After the front was finished, she didn't know how to tell me to situate myself in order to get to the back portion. So I suggested a position that my usual aesthetician uses... This was the worst experience of down there hair removal I have had.

I usually enjoy my day spa pampering at Chrysalis. Not on this visit!! I went for a relaxing weekend and after spending quite a bit of money, I left extremely disappointed. The massage was average. The gentleman did not work out my trouble spots as requested. My facial was the only bright spot of my entire visit. She did an amazing job. After lunch, my friend and I went in for our mani/pedi. I was starting to feel relaxed and it all went downhill from here. After sitting in the chair I noticed that it didn't work and the manicurist told me it was broken. She proceeded to tell me all the things that were wrong with their area of the salon. I slipped my feet into very cold water and quickly took them out. She worked to fix this problem in what seemed like forever. After no resolution, she decided to bring in bowls of hot water from the back. My pedi started......my toenails were cut crooked, she offered a wax treatment (which she charged me for...REALLY?) and when finished my polish looked like a 10 year old painted them. My manicure wasn't much better. The atmosphere in the mani/pedi room was extremely tense and very unprofessional. I learned a lot about things I didn't need to know. Needless to say I wasted my money this day because I left as tense as I was before I went in. I will not be returning.

My daughter scheduled hot stones for both of us. My masseuse did use the hot stones and it was great but hers did not even though we were in the same room and specifically asked for that service. This is my second visit with issues of service not being correct. Not sure if I will return. Hate that she paid but service was poor.

I can’t believe how poorly Cathy’s staff is managed or what they are allowed to get away with. Unwelcome feeling and noses turned up as soon as you walk in this scandalous establishment! They seemed like they didn’t care one way or another if anyone new tried their spa. Front desk doesn’t even know what services are offered, causing confusion between me and the staff about the services I was “told”could be performed. Waited to speak to the owner and was told 13 minutes later that Cathy didn’t have time for me!! WORST SPA EVER

I booked my mom and I seperate massages. It was one of the best that I have ever had. She got my back to crack a few times which also felt super great. I was so relaxed by the time she was finished that I was about to fall asleep. I work at a desk all day so that massage could not have been more welcomed. Super nice staff and really reasonable prices.

This was the worst spa experience in all my life! Booked a Couples Retreat spa day for my mom and I a whole month in advance for Sat 4/28. We are here on vacation. Got a called Friday about are we coming. I said yes Saturday at 10. The guy that never identified himself stated that there must have been some kind of error. Can we come Sat at noon instead. I said sure. Saturday comes and we show up and they have completely changed our services and never told us. Bummer! And of course they cannot fit the services we were supposed to receive in. Well, we still wanted the massages so okay. Well we were supposed to be in the same room. Nope not happening. My massage was HORRIBLE. And still no one has apologized or anything. Spa Day with Mom totally ruined.

I totally recommend Chrysalis! I called that very day and scheduled 3 massages. My boyfriend received a massage from Judy. He was totally impressed! My daughter received a massage from Sarah. She helped relieve all the knots in her shoulders from 4 years of college. I received an AMAZING massage from Jon Smoke. Oh my! Who knew how much better I would feel afterwards!!!! I will def be going back!!! This was our first visit of many to come in the future! Very clean and very professional!

I booked the Blue Butterfly package for my boyfriend and me, a 4.5 hour immersive spa experience. Starting with a relaxing hot salt soak, we moved to one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist honed in on my problem areas, and made me melt into the table. After a delicious hand prepared lunch, we both enjoyed relaxing facials. Then to the manicure pedicure. I wish I had better things to say about this part of our experience. The facilities were sub par to a dedicated nail salon and the technician seemed disgruntled about being there. Upon sitting in the pedicure station for my service, the technician asked if I was an "entertainer" because of my tattoos. This offended me a great deal based on her implication. After a mediocre pedicure, the technician working on both my boyfriend and I suggested we skip the manicure to save all of our time. At this point, I couldn't agree with her more and they credited us the service upon check out. I wish this was a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the nail service was the pitiful finale to our half day immersive spa experience. Highly recommend Chrysalis Day Spa for everything else, but save yourself and get a mani pedi elsewhere.

I'll start with the positive. The massages were great for my husband and I. Lots of personal touches and great technical skill. The pain points: front desk made us feel unwelcome. They acted as they would rather be anywhere but here. The woman did not smile or act in any way hospitable. I tried smiling at her only to get a cold scowl. The first impression really sets the tone...and businesses sometimes dont stress this enough. We felt like a number up until the point we got our massages. The couples bath was nice..but could have improved had it not felt like they just ran water for us. There were candles in the room not being used. Essential oils would have been a nice touch...or Epsom salts. It just felt like an afterthought. We went here for a real spa experience visiting from out of town for our anniversary.

Today was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. My esthetician Valentina did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable, as well as keeping the conversation going as to not let it get awkward! (Which was a huge concern of mine) I can’t wait to go back and see her again!

I haven’t even made it to a massage or some other service at this place. When I went inside to ask for a listing of their services, the guy behind the counter acted like he was inconvenienced that I was asking questions because I didn’t have an appointment. He finally gave me a brochure and I just walked out. I would have liked to try this place. It looks cute and relaxing inside. However, it didn’t seem like they cared one way or another if anyone new tried their spa. So I scheduled a 90 minute massage somewhere else.

Juliano is absolutely amazing. My husband and I came in for a couples massage, we normally go to bathhouse row every anniversary but wanted somewhere close to our hotel. This place beats any and every spa downtown, the location was easy to find and very clean, calm, & nice. We did the couples package with a bath and massage, it was to die for! We left feeling amazing and not like another number, Juliano and Courtney took the time to pin point and work out any tightness they felt which left us feeling rejuvenated! 5 stars across the board!

First, the therapists were 25 minutes late in getting us started. They took us to a room which was very cold, had no blankets and the heat warmer on one table wasn't even turned on. They had no idea that we'd asked for hot rocks or hot towels, either, and had to be told about that. One therapist gave a sports massage to one of us and the other mostly rubbed lotion around. I felt sorry for them though because the front desk told them absolutely nothing about what had been asked for. Worse still, when we went to pay, the new girl has misquoted us so that when we checked out the bill was 80 dollars more than we had expected. Fortunately, we went to Sabai the next day and that experience really, really made up for this one.

I LOVED this place. I spent an entire day here getting the "Day at Chrysalis" package for my birthday. It was worth every penny. Every single person who saw me was extremely nice. The massage and spa treatments were amazing and the therapist was so sweet! Lunch was fantastic and everyone was always quick to make sure I had everything I needed and that I got to my next therapist quickly. I even had some White Zinfandel during my pedicure. I LOVED the people here and I will definitely be returning.

This was my first time having a massage. I came all the way from Texas. I enjoyed the massage but I enjoyed the atmosphere, the wine and everyone was so friendly. We could not find the spa . We called and the person on the phone talked to us until we found the spa. I would recommend Chrysalis Spa and give it a 5 star
