Massages- get a better one for $5 in the chairs at the mall. Call it harsh, but I'm not kidding. Or just splurge and buy your own chair and it'll pay for itself in a few months. Waxing- strips of hairs, etc left on skin, untouched. Had to tweeze immediately upon return home. Mud wrap- SUPER cold---->HOTTTT! Not a problem if you are expecting it, definite problem if NOTHING is explained. *ASK FOR SEVERAL -->*FRESH*<-- Robes, Towels, Washcloths!! They do not check/wash/replace these items and several of ours smelled like the following: -Body odor of the previous user -Mildew -Urine Lunch is brought from a deli down the street, so unless you want a sandwich for lunch while at a SPAAAAAA then I suggest you go next door to the Star of India. Or just go there and dont even go to your spa appointment. That place is amazing. Manicures and Pedicures- Be specific with what you want in regards to nail color, clear coats, etc. Those girls KNOW what they are doing and deserve some props. If you tell them you want frosty the snowman freehand painted on your nails, buckle up Buttercup, you're about to get Frosty the Snowman freehand painted on your nails. Conclusion & final thoughts- If you have a choice, I would go somewhere else most definitely. For the price, and honestly even on a good day, there is too much wrong and the staff are not nearly courteous enough.

My wife and I recently went to Little Rock for our 11th wedding anniversary. We stayed at The Capital Hotel. They do not have a spa, so I asked them to recommend one for a couples massage. They recommended Ava Bella and my wife and I are so happy they did! Everyone was very friendly and professional frpm the guy that took our reservation over the phone to the person that greeted us at the front desk to our massage therapists. I had researched a few other places in the area and found that Ava Bella's pricing for a couples massage was very comparable and reasonable. I had a "relaxing" massage while my wife had a "deep tissue" massage. We both loved it. The room we were in was very relaxing.Ava Bella is located in a shopping strip but inside is very clean and calming. Our massages were for 1 hr and that was perfect for us. We would not have changed anything. Our experience here was perfection. We highly recommend Ava Bella if you are ever in Little Rock and need a massage! Great job Ava Bella!

I made an appointment for a couples massage a month in advance on my anniversary and was called the day before to confirm. We showed up 15 mins early, appointment was at 6pm, was asked to fill out paperwork and then waited a few minutes and then we were told that one of the therapist had a family emergency. The only option we had was for the next morning but ofcourse they could not accommodate us then either. We took off work, drove all the way here for this! Worst experience ever!!!!!!

My husband bought me a birthday gift card for this place. It was for a facial, massage and pedicure. I didn't want to use it as I thought of another place I wanted to go. When they would not reimburse the purchase so I could go elsewhere, I decided to use it today. Was I ever wrong. The massage was the best ever, done by Lisa. Strong hands and sensitive thorough work. The facial was wonderful and the pedicure by Ms. Ford (not sure of first name was absolutely as professional and wonderful as can be. The entire staff knew their business and seemed as though they loved their jobs. I can't say enough positive things about Bella Day Sap. Wait....the name of the place is also great!!!!

During our annual trip to Little Rock for Big Dam Bridge weekend, I scheduled a hot stone massage. Joseph the massage therapist had just the right amount of pressure to create a very relaxing experience. In fact the whole staff created a very relaxing atmosphere.
