I had a body scrub, mud wrap, massage, facial, and pedicure. They were all wonderful and relaxing. All the people were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job for each service. I will definitely be going back. The owner who was at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I could not ask for more.

If you go, you need to see Tequila. I was a first time, with a lot of anxiety about someone giving me a massage, and she talked to me and helped set my mind at ease with her effervescent personality. Also, she helped alleviate some of the pain I had in my hands and arms from carpal tunnel. 10 stars!!!

My husband and I were in Hot Springs last week on our honeymoon vacation and both needed to find a good salon for hair cuts and I needed a color. We chose Ablution Day Spa & Salon from reviews that were posted on their fantastic web site. I phoned the salon and Renee, our stylist, called me back immediately with an opening within just a few hours. The ambiance there is second to none. A serene, beautiful atmosphere right on lake Hamilton. It's multi-level with amazing views of the lake and just a very clean and neat place. I added the foot detox service as well and they did not disappoint. They staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the haircut and color that Renee gave me was by far the best I have ever had, and I will be 50 in a week. Her years of experience speaks for itself. The prices were extremely reasonable and we left there feeling pampered and special. Highly recommend!!! Denise Brassette, Abbeville La.

My husband, who's deployed, suprised me by purchasing a package for my sister and I for my birthday. We we were so ecited to go and relax, especially my sister who was 4 months pregnant. The facility is very nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. They served me a mimosa and my sister an orange juice while we waited. The staff was so very friendly. Unfortunately, neither my sister and I were able to relax and enjoy our massages and facials because the technicians kept talking. I got my massage 1st and the masseuse kept talking. I felt that she was so focused on talking to me that she didnt focus on all areas of the massage. And spent over half of the time on my legs when i put on my paper that I wanted them to focus on my neck and back as well. Also, my husband paid for a deep tissue message and there was nothing deep tissue about it. Then when I got my facial, the facial technician kept talking to me about the previous conversation that she had with my sister who had a facial before me. I was never able to relax and enjoy it. She kept asking me questions, which were hard to answer especially when hot steam is right in my face making it harder to breath. After we left, my sister told me how unhappy she was with her massage and that her technician kept talking as well. Like I said, they were all very friendly which is great however, I think this was a case of them being too friendly. We really wanted to relax and enjoy the few hours that we spent there but it was never able to happen. I really hope they see this review and are able to improve.

I came here with my girlfriend today visiting out of town and went for the couples retreat with was a jet bath and massage. The atmosphere was ethereal and the staff were so professional. Exceptional service that lasted about an hour and a half. Will definitely come back again.

My daughter and I have used Ablution Day Spa many times and never been disappointed! They find tight muscles you don’t even know you have. Light or deep massage, they adjust to your requests. One of the best spas in Hot Springs, it may be the best!

This is such a relaxing a beautiful Spa. I went for a facial and felt so pampered. I saw the Salon and the view from the entire place is amazing! I have been told they are under new ownership as of 2013 and it shows.

Hands down the best place in town. I have been several times. I normally have Billy but, I did have a massage once done by Lisa and she was just as good and professional. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing from the minute you walk in the door! If you are looking for a great massage, this is the place to go!

awesome massages and facials. they gave all of us endless mimosas. we waiting for a minute because a staff member got caught in traffic but they were so accommodating and offered us drinks and stuff while we waited. both of our masseurs and facial-givers were amazing. if you’re getting a basic massage and fill out the paperwork like so, they will still subtly try to offer you the hot stone massage to make more money. so be aware if you only want to pay the base price they tell you. it’s worth the money though!

Best place in Hot Springs for a couple massage, hands down! No pun intended. Been here several times and it's always one of the most enjoyable things I do when I visit Hot Springs. The options they have are great and the massuies are awesome. I would recommend this spa over all the others in the town.

Came in from out of town and this place is by far the best! Received a full day of papering for me and the mrs. The massages were out of this world, our facials were just as amazing. We had pedicures too that made our feet look new and the wife’s polish was very well executed. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We felt as if we have been coming here for years they really know how to make you feel comfortable! We never felt rushed nor felt as if we were just a number. Definitely will be back!!!

(-) Jenee (and an assistant) did the hair and makeup for my wedding, however my wife was not at all satisfied with the makeup. (and wished she hadn't done it--in her words "horrible"). (+) My wife did like how the hair was done, so this was a positive point. (-) I was also quoted a lower price than was asked for at the time the hair and makeup was done. I was originally quoted at $50+$45 for hair and makeup, however when they were done that asked for $120. We were very much not satisfied with how this was done and would recommend everyone try them out FIRST (and PAY ATTENTION TO PRICES!) before any special events.

RUNNNNNNN! I went in for a facial & to get hair frosted & cut. My facial was great but my haircut is a nightmare along with the frosting that was done. She took a razor to my hair after I had told her that my hair didnt work well with razors. She proceeded anyways. My hair hair is chopped up cut up & chunked up & way short when it was almost to my waist in back It's now barely past my shoulders. I went back in as Kelly thought she could try to straighten it out & she did try but it's still a huge mess. I thought I could wear it in a pony tail...NO WAY! It shows the chop job done on my hair bad worse than wearing it down. It also looks like I stood too close to a heater & thats due to the razor she used on me. It cost $252.00 for this mess & even tho I won that, they should of paid me back for this nightmare. And YES, I was asked to tip also.
