Came here by chance when I went to get a coffee . They got me in right away for a shellac manicure . She did a great job shaping my nails and the massage was fantastic . I got the polish and was impressed with the uniqueness . I did pay extra for the color. they use magnets to create the look and it was totally worth it.

Wow, this place was so nice.They had great decoration with plenty of space and chairs. The nail salon was super clean and well organized. I had been to many nail salon with this was the best salon that tried to clean up everything after every customer. Moreover their staffs were nice and professional. Thanks to Ocean Spa and Nails. They made a perfect full set pink and white. So love it. Definitely I will be back.

If I can only tap my red heel three time so this store can be closer to my house. Even so I was on a business trip with my company. An my supervisor decided to treat us on a good job! With a manicure and pedicure! Being so close to our hotel we decided to come here. I am really surprised! Greeted us very welcoming! I love Ocean Spa ! All of them were very professional didn't make us wait long. And everybody was satisfied with the outcome. If we ever come back I will DEFINITELY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!

I was there one week ago to have my nails done. I do the dip as it's stronger and lasts longer on my nails. I asked that she make my nails a little thicker than normal. While they looked nice, she did not make them a bit thicker like I asked. I have since chipped four corners off of three different nails, cracked one completely through that she fixed on Tues and now I have two more nails that are cracked all the way through. So after paying more than I do at my regular nail salon (who uses gel polish and not regular polish like she used), I have to one week later go to my salon to have my nails redone and done correctly. Normally I go three weeks between nail dipping and this didn't last a week.

I have been coming to the salon for over 6 months. The nail techs are simply amazing and customer service is always good. I have had services provided by all of the techs. I am definitely particular about who touches my hands and feet. Jessica is amazing with the dip powder and Vi makes my feet feel like I am walking on air. They look great too! My mom drives from another place because they did such a good job on her Mani/Pedi.

Almost 2 years later and I'm still a fan of Katy. This place deserves better reviews! Most definitely. Well at least in my book! I came in with my best friend to get our nails done for an upcoming event. She's the best nail technician that I know. She takes time to work on my hands and make them beautiful! I'm super picky when it come to nails and hair and Katy really helps my anxiety goes away. She talked about her nail technician after we left and only had good things to say about her. We can't wait to get our nails done again!!!

Thought I would give this place a try, due to a friends recommendation. I'm very happy I did! Called and got an appointment the day of, for the time I wanted. I had a basic pedicure with Aba, who was excellent! Super nice, and really took her time. Would definitely go back!

Katy is amazing !!! She's a sweetheart and her work is incredible !!! She's an absolute artist with nails !!! She did such a wonderful job using hard gel on my nails , that they lasted me 4 weeks . The salon has a wonderful selection of polishes and nail art to choose from. Highly recommended!!

Wow I am very happy, and I usually don't right a review on my first time, but Christ! They did an amazing job! The techs you can really tell that they take time and effort to make you feel nice! Amazing customer service. An the interior decor is just beautiful! so relaxing as you walk into the store. Spectacular! Really should book an appointment because they do get crowed. But I wish there were more stars because I tried their Hollywood Signature and I felt amazing! and its just relaxing! Was not even afraid to use a little extra strength into my neck and shoulder massages. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a little vacation in Arizona

I’ve been going to Ocean Spa & Nails for 3 years since I moved here from New York. Friendly staff, clean salon, and great prices. My pedicure lasts for a month with no chips. Great local discounts via the VIP club. I never have an appointment but have rarely waited more than a few minutes. I have salons closer to my home but choose this one.

I am new to the area and in the search of a go to salon. I was really looking forward to going this Friday as this place has wonderful reviews. I called ahead to make sure I could be seen. Got there, had no issue getting in to see someone. Also the salon is very clean, which is why I choose to give two stars. My pedicure was alright not the most even application of polish, my manicure... a different story. After the three coats of polish were quickly and sloppily applied, the worker abruptly left and another worker came to put on a top coat, I had asked if she could touch up the edges that were a disaster, she touched up some however I am very, very disappointed with the outcome. My manicure was very rushed. The super nice woman in front was concerned that I was upset and said she would get the manager, however there was no reconciliation with the issue and I left. I will continue my search for a salon that does a more detailed and thorough job.

I always go here to get my pedicures after work on Saturdays - the entire staff is great and really pay attention to detail - they give GREAT massages and have an extensive line of polish colors! Amy is the best if you're getting a manicure or full set and you can't go wrong with anyone on pedicures!

First time being here and this place definitely became my new favorite spot to have my nails done. I'm kinda picky but this place probably satisfied me well with their great services, amazing works, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff members and the cleanliness. These sweet ladies did their jobs really well and it went over my expectations. The massage chairs were still in good condition which gave a great massage while having my nails done here. Highly recommended!!!

I decided to try this place because it had good reviews. I’m new to the area and I needed a new nail spot. I love my pedicures and I’ve been disappointed by the other salons so far. Not here though! Staff was very friendly and the lady (Mindy) who did my nails did a great job. So relaxing and not rushed at all. I will definitely be back.

I love coming here! Not only is it close to my home but every time I go, my nails turn out great! I usually go to but all the nail techs are very thorough and follow the same steps to a clean environment. Tools are always fresh out of the package, they wear gloves for pedis, clean the bowls each time, etc. They are such warm, kind people too, the owner always greets you with a smile and remembers you. They have the largest selection of colors both regular and no chip that I've ever seen! By far the best nail shop around and for for a pedi (long and many steps too) *Best time to go is lunch time during the week. Less wait time.

Coming here was a big mistake. They make you wait 30 minutes even if you have appointments and once we were three minutes late they canceled our appointment. they also charge extra for length and shape and they refuse to give your receipt so then if you ever have a problem with the service they deny you came here in the first place. They refused to give me any information about who owns the facility so you could never file a complaint.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience here. The gentleman who did my nails seemed so displeased to be there. He kept messing up my French tips and had to redo them. Then I accidentally hit my hand and messed up a finger. He seemed very frustrated with me. Plus the manager seemed to keep coming over to see what was taking so long, making everyone feel uncomfortable. I was supposed to have a beautiful design but I just told him to forget it. I won't be back here. They missed an opportunity to make it right.
