My wife set up an appointment for us to get a couples massage at La Vida Massage this weekend. I have never had a professional massage so I did not know what to expect. The facility was very nice, not overly feminine but very welcoming. The massage therapist was very nice, asked about my comfort level and specific trouble spots. It was all very professional. It was nice that both my wife and I could enjoy a massage knowing we would not then have to then rub the other ones back! I am glad she talked me into it and I would surely go back to La Vida again.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew I would love this place. Each and every person acknowledged me an we’re very polite and attentive. There was minimal paperwork to fill out like most places I’ve been to which Only gives me anxiety before I’m called back. MUSCHI is the best injector in Arizona!!! Besides having such a great eye for where to administer the injections for the best results she is so genuine, kind, and funny!! I went 3 years ago and Muschi was my injector. I swore that day I would never go any where else!! I was so impressed with her and her expertise!! Because of my financial situation I could not get back till just recently last week. Unfortunately my situation didn't change much, but Muschi was able to figure out what would give me the best results that i could afford. Once again I had the best experience and Beautiful results!! I truly believe that their just isn't anyone in Arizona like her in this profession! She is an artist!....I just love her and you will too!!

The services were always good but my last experience was terrible. I signed up for the membership and had 4 credits built up. I had to move out of state without much notice and wanted to use the credits at La vida in my other state. Well... They won't transfer or refund credits. They promised call backs to resolve this and I don't get them. I asked if they could give me a gift card to use at the new state and they can't do this either. They never mentioned not being able to transfer credits or losing them all if I moved when I signed up, this was not part of their disclosure. I guess they are only nice if they know you will continue to come to their location but since I can't go there anymore they just don't care.

From beginning to end the service was wonderful. My massage therapist was so professional, kind, caring, and kept my relaxation and comfort as her top priority. My mother and I actually decided to schedule massages together for our much needed Mother-Daughter day of relaxation, and this was certainly a major highlight of our day together. LaVida always goes the extra mile to make my experience, any time I am there, the best experience possible! I actually ended up joining the monthly membership, to force myself (and my mother) to take time out of my schedule at least once every 1-2 months for a massage - it is necessary and worth it!Also, the aromatherapy was EVERYTHING!! I love essential oils and as soon as my massage therapist pulled those out, I was even more relaxed than I thought possible!!

I had the pleasure of having a massage today and my masseuse was named Heather. I have been to La Vida several times and always have had good experiences. Today was a GREAT experience! Heather asked me what area I wanted to work on, other than a full body massage. I did ask her to work on my neck. Heather utilizes hot towels, and they were amazing. I have never had a massage utilizing hot towels. She did work on my neck and used a hot towel for that portion also. When I say hot towel, I don't mean a scalding hot towel, one that is warmed just perfectly. Heather was absolutely fantastic. I am a returning customer and from now on I will ask specifically for Heather.

I had made a 90 minute massage appointment three weeks prior to us coming in, (my daughter and I). When we arrived we found out that somehow my daughter's appointment was lost and we were unable to have our massage together. The staff was extremely apologetic and very helpful in rescheduling us for the next day after making phone calls to move other clients around to make it work for us. Our massage the next day was nothing short of wonderful! Our therapists were experienced, intuitive, and thorough. We were also blessed to have complimentary aromatherapy. When we went to pay for the services afterwards, we found that our massages had been comped due to the mix up the day before. This company really knows how to give excellent customer service! What a pleasant surprise! We had never asked for this comp, nor did we expect it. LaVida MedSpa took responsibility for their error making up for it and then some! Since we were prepared to pay with a MedSpa gift card, they took the balance after tipping our therapists, and applyed it to our account so that we can come in for another massage, or whatever service they offer in the future. In these days, this type of exceptional customer service is rare, and I highly recommend this company based on our experience. Well done LaVida! Thank you!

First, I had them match the groupon special, I had 20 units of botox treatment, my forehead never froze, even after going back two additional times after initial treatment and paying more money, the girl treating me said my body had become used to the botox and I may need to try dysport. 5 Months later I went back to my regular girl and had a frozen forehead in three days for much less money and only 20 units. The staff was very friendly.

I get migraines regularly and when they get bad, they are unbearable. I have seen 3 different therapists now at LaVida and every time, they did not disappoint. The therapists have been compassionate, caring and check in constantly to make sure I am comfortable to keep my pain and discomfort low from my migraine. The front desk always makes it easy to get in and get out so I don't have to fuss with waiting to pay. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit, you WON'T be disappointed!

I had never had the hot stone massage but now it's one of my favorites. It was relaxing and just the right amount of heat. Andrea thoroughly explained how the stones were going to be placed and the benefits of the stones.
