I walked in this location in the mindset I would get the same great customer service I get from the Gilbert Location. WRONG the Manager along with (2) other employees were to busy talking to each other to help me. It's worth the drive to go to Gilbert . Customer Service 100% Everytime Ladies and no they weren't busy just busy talking to each other .

Always most awesome Women's Intimates, sleep/lounge wear. Well worth the investment - even better when twice annual 70% off Sale is on. This was supposed to be for SOMA, however have been here too - great spa services.

Amazing place!

I went for a massage and a facial and walked out feeling like I got more than I actually paid for. The facial was excellent and she really took the time to explain what she was doing as well as some recommendations. The masseuse, however, was AMAZING! She was far and away the best provider of massages that I've ever had. I love the idea of being a member which "gives" you one treatment/month and then also discounts any other treatment you may want to add on. Super excited that I found this place and would recommend it to not only my friends, but also strangers on the street.

We came as a group of 10 ladies to celebrate a birthday. I had a massage and pedicure. The massage was great, and I honestly wished I had gone for a longer time (but doesn’t everyone?!). The pedicure was nice but comparable to a basic nail salon that I could visit for a little less money. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating to us, allowing us to have a cooler of champagne and juice to have mimosas while we visited. I would definitely consider a membership here for the massage, and perhaps next time I’ll try a facial.

I had a gift card to Fuchsia, so I went for a massage! Jared did a fantastic job! I felt very comfortable and taken care of here! I mentioned to Jared that I'm sensitive to fragrances so he offered to do part unscented and part scented! He went above and beyond to make it a great experience for me! Thank you to all the staff here! see you in April! :)

Fabulous service, great location, super friendly staff. My pedicure was incredible, and the Fluffy Bunny cocktail totally made my day. Love the color choices and the fact that they have Vinylux nail polish.

Rachel Meyer

The best spa in the Valley! Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. The prices are very affordable for the quality. I get a manicure every two weeks and even though I love Cara, I've had other ladies when she's been unavailable, and everyone is awesome. I also love the pedicures with the free cocktail!

Abby Jones

I love this place! I have never been disappointed walking out of there. You are always greeted warmly and the services are fantastic! I am only rating this a 4 star because they can be a little hard on the up selling in the facials, selling the product afterwards or trying to get you to sign up for their membership plan. But I know this going into it, so I am prepared to say no. It is always clean!

Amber does my nails and she does the most amazing nail art! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have referred so many people and they all love it there too!

Do not work here if you are a licensed professional. I absolutely loved the owners and the manger so much but it's a shame how awful the lead esthetician was to me and other newbies. First off, she the lead makes you feel comfortable (at first) and briefly gives you the rundown of the spa when you first start. Your schedule will be expected to be very unpredictable for training which was annoying because she was so unorganized and I had to constantly remind/ask when do I work for almost 2 months. Secondly, they claim to be a family environment and very welcoming which was false. The ladies in my department which was esthetics, were very closed off and didn't speak to me unless I had questions about anything or if they had to train me. If I forgot to do anything or maybe didn't do something their way, my coworkers did not verbally communicate to me to let me know. Instead they all texted the lead and my lead would text me being extremely rude and Instead of asking about a situation she would text me and make accusations and I had to defend myself over text! She was so rude about it. Half the time she never spoke to me in person about it- a situation. What group of 30+ year old women text a lead about a situation instead of being an adult and verbally saying "hey you forgot to do this..etc"? Another thing, the front desk is extremely lazy when it comes to closing duties expect 1 girl. Hey I myself used to work front desk jobs and I always helped cleaned when no clients were coming and had time to spare. It would not be fair. ALL service providers are expected to do opening/closing duties which is fair right? When we work 10 hours and have clients back to back and have a client to the last hour, it would be nice if at least 1 of the girls up front threw their own trash away (we had to throw THEIR trash away if not they threw a fit) and hey maybe helped with sweeping up, mopping, something maybe 1 or 2 chores to help us professionals a little bit. If I ever spoke up my mind and brought that up I'd get shoulder shrugs, rolled eyes, or told no. Why not? Not everyone was terrible to me, I adored the nail girls and the massage therapist they made me feel more welcomed than the esthetics women. My lead overall she's made me cry endlessly due to how rude and unprofessional she was to me. I was not the only one who felt this way thankfully and I tried so hard to just stay. She would argue with me over text constantly, she had a bad attitude with me, she would call me "dude", cursed a lot, made my work life 10x harder than it had to be. I had a health situation with a drs note and I gave it to my manager and she gave it to my lead and she sat me down in the office. She asked what happened I told her and...instead of saying I hope you get better, don't worry about working back your normal hours, she said "so how long do you need your schedule shortened? How long is this for?" I don't know? Maybe permanently? I was so upset. I wish I was able to sit down and talk to the manager before I left to let her know this lead is the reason for so many people leaving because she is the problem but, I couldn't because half the time she was never there or was extremely busy and so was I. My heart hurts to have left but I was starting to question why I entered this profession in the first place. My health wasn't taken seriously there, literally every other shift I'd come home crying- angry, I felt tension/bad energy when I was there. I tried so hard to be happy and talk and that wasn't enough. I will truly miss my beloved clients and some sweet girls I got the opportunity to meet. This is not bashing Fuchsia as a spa because overall with clients they treat them like queens and are awesome with them. If you're young and naive and new to this industry don't work here. They will break you down and it's tough and definitely not worth the time, pay, with zero benefits. I'm glad to say I got a new awesome job, will be my own boss this summer, and I put my health and my family first.

My mother received a text advising Fuchsia had a limited number of vouchers for a free pedicure and wax. She said she was interested, and booked an appointment. But when she was done, they charged her for the pedicure, saying only the wax was free. She was too nice to argue, but this sort of misleading bait-and-switch is something that she confided in me she will never come back for service here. For anyone curious about this place, know they are not above misleading you to take your money. I'm glad she told me, because I was considering going. Not anymore.

Mark MacLachlan

Have been going here since they first opened. My wife and I are both members. Super friendly staff, professional but welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Fuchsia.

Melanie W.

Best massage I have ever had was here. Even 80 mins wasn't long enough. Whenever I come for a visit, I make it a point to set up an appointment. An oasis after a 4 hour flight from Chicago!

The worse service I have ever received at a nail salon, felt very unwelcome, I had my 5 year old daughter with me because she wanted to get her nails done also (which has never been a problem at any other nail salon) but they said they had a no kid policy so they pretty much kicked us out. I've never been so disappointed with a nail salon, they hurt my daughters feelings they were not polite about it either. I even called before arriving and mentioned that i had my child with me and they didn't mention the no kid policy then, very poor customer service on their end. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to any one.

Im sick of these membership places. Cancelled because I didnt use them due to circumstances and had 7 built up and still charging and building. Cancelled in May and when I called today to finally be able to use them, $500.00 worth, they told me they are no longer available. I ALREADY paid for them, tbere should be a year at least for cripes sake. Now out that money AND services. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone such bad practices

So disappointing. I went in for a massage and was not greeted. I walked to the front desk and informed McKenna at 5:45 PM I was checking in for my appointment at 6:00. Once I informed McKenna I was here to check in she replied with " okay your all checked in, I used the service you had left over on your account". She did not look at me or tell me where to go. As I found my way to the waiting room I waited for my name to be called by the massage therapist up until 6:02. After entering the room with Shalien she asked what oil I prefer and once I informed her she said okay ill let you get changed. That was it. I guess I was expecting her to ask why I was in or what I would like to be worked on but that wasn't the case. After 6 minutes Shalien finally entered the room and began the message. While getting massaged I asked if she could do a lighter pressure. She giggled and said yes I will try because heavy hands is my specialty. I was pretty bummed when I heard this because when I called a few days ago to get an appointment with Jessica who has soft hands and is very relaxing I was informed by a receptionist that Jessica and Shalien were identical in style. Anyways, after the message ended I got dressed and looked at the time and it was 6:55. I found this surprising since I payed a good amount of money to receive a one hour massage and did not even get that. Finally as I was heading out I was not told have a good day just merely looked at as I walked out. All I can says was I am just so sad and disappointed with my visit here and would not recommend anyone come here for an appointment. I can not believe the customer service I received. ):

I’ve had great service! Disappointed my toe polish is already chipping and it’s only been a week. I’ll be back but definitely getting gel next time. But all the staff is great

They book quickly so if you want to come here you need to call them. Booking online will only be a “request” and therefore not valid unless you confirm with an actual person. It’s unfair and flawed but I get it. When I called to ask why that is the reciptionist was rude and unsympathetic. On the phone I said that it was unfair and they would lose customers. Alex responded with “I seriously doubt that”. I was going to come in another day but will not after that experience. If their receptionist is that rude, I can Only imagine that their services will be on the same level.

I love love love this place. I've been a member for almost two years. I swear by the massages and facials and Natasha is my favorite. I love that my services earn me points which turn into more services (ex: I can make my massage 30 minutes longer just using points I've previously earned). I also adore the ice-cold lemon water and peanut M&Ms in the quiet room. This location is one of my very special happy places and I became a member to ensure I treat and take care of myself at least once a month-- you should too! :)

I went yesterday because I got a gift card from my baby shower for a pedicure. The spa is in a great location and the only positive thing I can say was the front desk girl was very nice and the salon was cute. When i arrived I wasnt sure where to sit and wasnt even sure if i was supposed to sit on the circle thing in the middle. They told me to pick a color ...then i did but it ended up being the wrong shelf then i had to repick. Once it was my turn i was uneasy about walking up the few steps to get my pedicure since there was water on it and i almost fell into the girl next too me. My nail lady didnt offer me water or m and ms like the other techs did. My pedicure was rushed and she didnt even get all the dry skin off the bottom and was still cracked ...pretty much not smoothed like my norm nail salon. She didnt want to scrub them too much she said it might put me in labor? Lol She kind of embarressed me with wow how many kids do you have? Why are your feet so cracked? What happened here why is there a scar here? What kind of phone is that... Oh cricket lol. I was so uncomfortable and couldnt relax at all. Once it was over i almost tipped over the stairs because of my nerves. If your older and pregnant i wouldnt recommend getting a pedicure here if youre uneasy with steps. I should if just stuck with getting a massage.

My husband went in for a facial I booked, and when I was paying they told me we'd get 10% off next time if we booked another appointment right then. So, I said I'd make an appointment for myself and proceeded to do so. When I finished my appointment and went to pay, they told me the 10% only applied to him... Now why wouldn't they tell me when I'm standing in front of them booking for me? I then booked another service appointment and a week later got a text asking me to confirm my tentative appointment with a credit card. This is my third appointment I had scheduled within 2 weeks and suddenly they tell me I have a tentative appointment. I told them I'd be at my appointment and would give them my card when I was there. They proceeded to cancel my "tentative" appointment and inform me the night before via text. Now I understand sometimes you have to put policies in place, but you don't punish the people who have a proven track record by making their lives inconvenient. This defeats the entire purpose of making a self care appointment and is incredibly rude. In a matter of principal, I won't be returning there according to how they treated me.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. I booked two fifty minute massages (with the addition of hot stones) for myself and my sister as a birthday present to my sister. In the booking that I did over the phone, I requested specific masseuses of which we had had past good experiences with. I was informed my particular masseuse no longer worked at this location, but my sister was booked with her requested masseuse. When we arrived ten minutes prior to our appt, we were rushed to the back "quiet" area. I ran to the bathroom before my appt, and practically as I came out of the restroom, I was greeted by my masseuse (even before I made it back to the quiet area). My sister was being taken back at this time as well (not even being given the chance to run to the restroom herself) -- we were completely rushed in and it all seemed very chaotic (not a very relaxing beginning to our massages!) As we were going back, I noticed my sister was being taken back by a male masseuse (whom she had had before and had a very disappointing experience with). In addition, this was not the masseuse we had booked her appointment with. In my massage room, I mentioned this to my masseuse and asked if any other masseuses were available. She stated no and so I asked to switch masseuses with my sister (this being a birthday gift for her, I wanted her to completely enjoy it. I could deal with the lackluster masseuse). She stated that she would go see and left briefly. When she returned, she said everything was fine. She had discussed it with him and he said he had worked on my sister before and not to worry about it. He "was very professional" and we should not worry. I wasn't worried about his professionalism...the concern was that he is an awful masseuse. And when a customer makes a request such as this, would it have been that big of a deal to simply switch to make us happy? I didn't want to continue to argue (as I had other booked plans made for my sister that day) and went ahead with what would end up being one of the worse massages of my life. She spent twenty minutes on one side of my back and five minutes on the other. It was a full body massage, didn't massage my arms, did different techniques on my legs -- the whole massage was very weird. Finally, while on my back, she was massaging my neck, she rubbed so oddly that I began to choke. She didn't offer me water nor even stop the massage -- I felt she had no clue what she was doing. At this point, I was irate. I went to pay and was told by my sister that they had not even used the hot stones on her, as I had requested (just another screw up!) When I was at the register to pay, I explained all of this to the receptionist at the front (as this completely ruined my birthday present to my sister). Her response was "I'm sorry -- I'll make a note of it for next time." ARE YOU SERIOUS? Do you really think after this type of experience, there will ever be a next time at this salon. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
