I have been coming to Best Estie for almost a year now and I have not even one bad thing to say about them. I liked them so much that I became a member without a second thought. I get a massage almost every month and have combined my massages with essential oils, reiki, and hot stones. Every single one of my experiences have been incredible and have left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and all around like a new person. I can't speak on my favorite masseuse because I have had the opportunity to have a new one almost every time. Over the past few months, I have also had a facial and dermaplaning done, both also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The spa is always spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the experience is definitely worth having.

My boyfriend and I were spending a couple days in Mesa and found this spot via a Google search. I didn't anticipate being able to book a same day appointment, but Michael, the receptionist, was able to book us a couple's massage for 1:00. The atmosphere upon entering is very serene and calming. We were offered water, tea, and snacks while we filled out our paperwork. We signed up for an 80 minute couples massage, with a few add-ons including hot rocks, and aromatherapy. Courtney was my massage therapist and she really worked wonders on me. I wish that I could have stayed all day! My boyfriend and I left feeling calm and rejuvenated. The price was very reasonable and we have no complaints. Next time we are in Mesa we will definitely be visiting again! Thanks to everyone at Best Estie Day Spa for a wonderful experience.

I was a Groupon purchase and very impressed with quality of service. Had Kayue for a massage. Now she can give a great deep tissue!!!--- communicates so not too deep, but wonderfully strong hands. Then had a facial with Heather, which was awesome. She recommended an enzyme peel and I am feeling the wonderful effects days later. You can do a membership program which was really reasonable, but even without the prices are reasonable. I went on a Sunday and there are not many places that are open then, so a great feature for those of us that work weekdays and are looking for some weekend relaxation.

Super not cool! This felt like a total bait and switch. My wife and I purchased a couples massage through Groupon for this company and called them for a Valentine’s Day couples massage. They told us that they would not honor that Groupon at the moment because they had already reached their max number of Groupon appointments for the month. They stated that if we wanted to get a massage within the next couple of days we would have to pay the regular price. So we did. We just left the appointment but before we got the massage done we asked them if we could schedule the Groupon appointment for later and the girl at the desk told us that her manager could schedule that. We went in for our massage which was great, but when we came out they told us they would now no longer honor the Groupon at all because we are officially “clients“. Now we have to go through the hassle of getting Groupon to refund this or file a dispute with our credit card company. Can anyone say, “bait and switch“.

I was a little hesitant about this place based on its location, but I was impressed. After taking a few extra minutes trying to find this place, you walk into tranquil environment. The music was not your traditional native flutes or cliche massage playlist but a mix of modern and epic movie soundtracks that not only help me relax but also inspired me. The entire experience was pleasant and we will definitely be returning.

Our first experience at Best Estie and it was great. My partner and I chose a couples massage through Groupon. I had Camillia and my partner had Courtney. Camillia was intuitive and thorough, I was beginning to think she was reading my mind the way she would move on to the next areas right on time and always hit the right spots. When you get a couples massage there is always a chance one therapist isn't as good as the other but in this instance it appeared my partner was equally satisfied with Courtney. We can't wait to return and are already making plans to schedule our next.

Terrible. Do not buy Groupon from this place. They refuse to fulfill your order. Lady I spoke with was completely ready to book me until I said Groupon, then her tone changed and was very short. I recommend massage envy over this place.. and that says a lot.

I bought the groupon and discovered Best Etsie. I have had many massages over the years and left more then pleased and actually surprised. Kaylie was my first masseuse and will most likely be the one I choose each time. She has a true gift. Her deep tissue skills are such that you feel a little scared because it’s intense, and you feel she’s taking you to the edge. Just when you feel it’s going to hurt, she amazingly smoothes you right past the fear edge and into pleasure. She’s intuitive enough that you feel as if she’s connected to each muscle fiber as she works, and you melt. She doesn’t rush and treats every area with equal consideration and care. Kaylie is meant for this and the experience is truly magical. Can’t thank you enough, and she was the reason my girlfriend and I became members. Keep up the great work guys!!

I just had my first Reiki massage with Devon K and it was one of the most amazing experiences. I went in with so much stress and tension in my neck and shoulders and opted for the full body massage. I left feeling like a brand new person! This is the first time I haven't had pain in my wrist in years. He even showed me a few stretches to do at home. I 100% recommend this place and will be back very soon for another reiki massage as well as some of the other wonderful services they offer at Best Estie!

Love the ambiance and excited to see that they've expanded their building. The membership is a deal of a lifetime and so far I've had a pleasant experience with each service I've had done including full body massage, facial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and the back exfoliation. Kaylie is the only masseuse I've seen that I've been entirely comfortable with in my life, though I enjoyed the other massage therapists before I discovered her. Overall for the price, customer service, and level of treatment I'm extremely satisfied and hope to be a member for years to come.

I had a massage and facial. My first impression walking through the door was ruined by the strong smell. I understand that they use essential oils for aromatherapy in the service rooms, but being hit in the face with the scent a frankincense immediately when you open the door is really off-putting. For a day spa, where relaxation is the whole point, it's extremely loud. Staff talks loudly which prompts clients to do so as well. It's very distracting and this is a problem which could be easily solved. The service rooms are extremely dark. I had trouble dressing and undressing. My esthetician couldn't see that she left a lot of the exfoliating product and lint on my skin and in my hair. I was finding granuals for several hours and finally just took a shower and scrubbed everything off. I also thought it was very odd that my masseuse took off her shoes.

We had the couples message through Groupon, however they book differently and nothing was available. So we cancled Groupom and paid upfront for an earlier date. (In other words if you want Groupon PLAN IT IN ADVANCE). The spa is located on the second floor near the middle and has the greatest and sweetest service. First you walk in and they have an aroma that helps you feel relaxed right away they have you sign in and In the document asks for of the typical allergies medications you're on if you have chronic Pain and so forth the 2nd page is about how you would like to be massage light medium or hard and in which areas of the body you prefer the 3rd page is 3 and out showing you different add ons you can place on top of whatever spy you have we chose the Hot stone massage which was definitely a great idea because it was not too hot and was all over the body it is a bit pricey but definitely worth every single minute. The women we had service us were very kind and work thoroughly on the areas we had issues their names were Gabi and Lauren. We will definitely come back!! Thank you!

I was gifted a massage for my birthday and was so pleased that this was the establishment I was sent to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would... seriously. When I first came to the spa, I was a little off put as it is upstairs in a quiet business plaza. When I entered the building, I could tell this was a professional space employing people who are passionate about their craft. Not only do they offer complimentary hot teas in a beautiful waiting area, but they also sell crystals and cards. My kind of place for sure. My massage therapist was Camillia. This woman is an angel. Let me tell you why. I've had a heavy heart due to recent events in my life and my shoulders are carrying the weight. Knots on knots on knots. I told Camillia a little bit about my grief and she took good care of me. She even accidentally got my time mixed up; I paid for a 50 minute massage and she confused me for an 80 minute massage. After she wrapped up the whole 80 minutes, I could feel her around my head, and she was praying for me. Now, it wasn't loud, and I don't know if she even knew I knew (I am an intuitive and could feel her energy), but just knowing she heard me, cared for me, and took the time to send a prayer my way made my day. I felt seen and loved, if even by a stranger. When it was time to pay, she told me that the extra 30 minutes was on her today. No fuss, no hassle, no anything - just a big hug from her and some loving words of encouragement. Camillia, you're awesome. Give this woman your money, ya'll! Not only is she killer at what she does, but she gives a damn too. That to me is more valuable than money. Thanks again!

The inside of this spa is decorated nicely and has soothing music, delicious tea and some small snacks like dried fruits if you forget to eat and need something to tide you over. Devon K did my massage and it truly was the BEST massage I have ever had hands down (no pun invented) We don't live near by and tried this place with a Groupon but I am already trying to figure out how I can get this to be part of my regular routine. I felt so relaxed during the massage and today my body feels really good, I need this in my life and so do you! I've been a customer for several months now and I love Best Estie, the staff is great and the owner is down to earth; not suffocating you with options to buy products or getting you to spend more money on their services. 2nd time here, very easy to book appointments. I signed up for the membership my first visit and took advantage of the 50min massage on my second visit. It’s a bit of a trek for me to go to Mesa; but they make the trip worthwhile. Daytona did my facial with extractions and an enzyme peel on first visit. She did a great job. Devon K did my 50 min massage on second visit, and he did a nice job as well. Definitely a lot of pressure on the massage, but it was needed. He is good about listening where you’d like him to focus.

I had Camillia for the massage and she applied the right amount of pressure and stretched me too since I told her I’m a dancer. I then had Aspen for the facial. The guy said "oh yeah we have lots of availability throughout the day tomorrow" I'm like great I wanted to buy your groupon and come in tomorrow guy backpedals "oh well we can only get you in if you don't use the groupon and pay our first time customer fee which us more" bait and switch.... now dont get me wrong I get that they dont have to offer groupon and etc but if they aren't going honor it or want the appointment booked weeks in advance it should say so on the groupon

My wife got us a couples massage on Groupon to this place. We both left feeling much more relaxed then when we went in. Both masseuse listened to us and gave us exactly what we requested as far as pressure and location. We did get shorted almost 10 mins on our 50 min massage but we were the last clinents of the day and I'm sure they wanted to get home. All in all would go back.

Super love this place, wonderful environment and very nice and accommodating staff. We did the essential oils added to the massage oil for 10 bucks each and its definitely worth it. Amazing massage, they really listen to want you want and give helpful advice if you have sore stressed muscles.

My husband and I came in for an 80 minute couples massage. They got us in same day and it was amazing! The staff is so friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the massage therapists are the best! We had Lauren and Dominique. They were so tentative and gave us the BEST experience. Also, the membership is such a great deal! We usually never sign up for memberships but it's so flexible and affordable. I 100% recommend this place! Totally worth the $$.

Awful experience with this company. Do not buy a Groupon, they are using Bait and Switch tactics to get you to pay more and book through them directly rather than allowing you to use the Groupon deal that was already purchased and try out the company before paying full price. Male on the phone told me point blank that they lose 50% of their profits when they let people use the Groupon discounts so they only let a few customers per week use them. (in this case they should not be allowed to advertise if they don't let you redeem it for over 6 weeks out). Next available appointment he said would be the end of May, but if I booked through the company directly he could get me in tonight. So, they have employees available and ready to work, but are not filling the spots because they are losing a little money to get new business through the door. This is not how a company should be run and will fail without bringing an excited new customer through the door. I am extremely disappointed and now have to try and get a refund on my Groupon. I use Groupon all of the time to try new places and let him know that he was losing a new customer before I even walked through the door. He said that it doesn't matter because he can't get me in sooner unless I cancel the Groupon that I already paid for, even though he has several openings that are "Non-Groupon" bookings. Absolute scam and definitely do not recommend due to lack of basic customer service skills and terrible management.

In response to the owner: Do you realize how ludicrous that is?? It's like calling a restaurant you found online, to make a reservation and they tell you they won't hold a table for you unless you give your credit card over the phone and pre-pay for dinner. That's not how the service industry works. If you're concerned about people cancelling their appts, have them sign a form agreeing to a cancellation fee. I'm not sure that this is even a legitimate business. they would not let me schedule an appointment over the phone, and pay at the time of service. They wanted my credit card over the phone, when I have never even been there to verify who these people were. They don't take walk-ins. They have some sort of membership program. It's all very sketchy. Good luck even getting in!

Best estie spa has a very calming atmosphere. After filling in my paperwork I was immediately greeted by Cindy. She heard my concerns and suggested a facial that would address the issues. She was very gentle and walked me through the process. I felt really refreshed and hydrated post my facial. I would 100% recommend this place.

Everyone at the spa was so kind and attentive, the areas were clean and relaxing, and the massages were FANTASTIC!! I asked Eric how many marriage proposals he got in a day for a reason!! Didnt get what I paid for. The massages were nice and relaxing. We went in for the signature couples 80 min massage, our appointment was at 1pm we arrived at 1255pm. Our massages seemed to fly by and when we were in our car driving away we realized why, it was barely 201pm. We walked in the door, filled out the paperwork, got our massages, got dressed, got all checked out and paid, and got into our car driving away in 65 min when the massage by itself was supposed to be 80 min. I won't return since I didn't actually get what I paid for. So disappointing..

My boyfriend purchased an 80 minute couples massage for my birthday. We were really looking forward to this. First, the ambiance is beautiful and inviting, however the massages were absolutely horrible. I wish I could say something positive however 10 minutes into it I was wishing for it to be over. The massage therapist did not apply any pressure, it felt like she was just rubbing my skin. I completed the assessment requesting for the pressure to be deep. It was not. I asked for the therapist to focus on my left hamstring. She did not. She never explained the different oils that could be used, I only learned this after my boyfriends massage therapist came in and explained this to him. His experience was also horrible. She spent in inordinate amount of time on his head and not his body and constantly watched the clock. My boyfriend noted this because his eyes were open for most of the time. We will not be back. The therapists seemed not to care for the quality of our massage. The “80” minute massage was only 65 minutes and the speakers broke 15 minutes into our massage so there was no music. Overall, horrible experience.
