MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT ON THEIR GROUPON BEFORE BUYING. I signed up for a companion massage with my girlfriend that I thought was only going to be $70 total, but the final price ended up coming out to $220 plus tip. This massage was definitely not worth $220. I have had way better experiences elsewhere. The masseuse' rushed the massages and did not pay close attention to my girlfriends requests on what parts of her body were hurting her. I feel like I have been cheated out of $220. Don't bother coming here unless you are just going looking to get the "resort feel." This was supposed to be a special suprise for my girlfriend and I since I bought it for our 1 year anniversary. I'm very disappointed.

Overall staff helpful and enthusiastic about their work. However the spa services were average. My deep tissue massage was not deep tissue and used too oily of product. My pedicure was fine but the lady did not engage in any talk. My facial was average too.overall rating a c on services but an a for all the smiles

THE best spa around. I didn't know how good this place was until I tried spas at other resorts. Each time I did, I found myself comparing it to Aji. Now that I've been to Aji a handful of times I can say that it is consistently excellent. The staff is professional. The amenities are always clean. The atmosphere is serene. The cafe serves yummy and healthy food. It's not the cheapest way to spend the day, but when you're looking for relaxation, everywhere else is a waste of money. Did I mention I'm addicted to their Indigenous lotion?

I visited on a day pass, which was very difficult to "book" (resere) because I was told that the day pass is subject to availability because they have to accommodate their guests who have reserved/purchased a spa service. Upon my fourth attempt (over a two month span) I grew irritated that a day pass is offered but really not available so I asked to speak with the spa director. After speaking with her she was willing to accommodate me with a reservation for me and my three friends. Keep in mind the reason I could not get a reservation through the normal process (front desk) is because they are too book up to accommodate us on a day pass. The spa director alluded that they were booked heavily but made an exception for me. The day of my visit the spa was completely void of guests! I spend nearly 4-5 hours there, hence the day pass. In my duration that day I saw a total of four other guests! The front desk reservations surely could have accommodated my request for three reservations. I suspect the spa does not actually want to provide guests to take advantage of the day pass because the cost is considerably less than the cost of spa services. To add insult to injury the day pass increases in cost on Friday - Sunday! I had to pay $50 as opposed to the normal $35! Guests do not get anything additional on Fri - Sun to offset the increase in price. The facility is nicely appointed and there are great amenities but nothing outstanding that other spas offer, such as Talking Stick. At Talking Stick the spa is nice and not as large but their $25 fee is the same all week long! To me, Aji Spa represents themselves as a high-end, luxurious venue but in reality they are not much different than all the rest. I was so disappointed with my visit that I have not returned and I have made Talking Stick my preferred spa.

I spent most of a day here getting the aji essentials package, which includes four 25-minute treatments: massage, facial, mani, and pedi. It also includes lunch. This costs $260 and includes tips. It was an amazing day. The facial was probably my favorite and I got some tips for the future. Lunch was good too. A neat peri perk was use off other amenities: steam room, Jacuzzi, pool, showers.

Staff are always very friendly. Would give 5 stars if they were more strict in the locker room. There's always at least one guest who is obnoxious and is allowed to be that way. Last time I was there, a guy was shaving while watching the news on his phone at full volume! Not very relaxing.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with my mom and 2 sisters there today. It was magical! The service was A+++ I had a mini facial and a full massage. The whole staff was kind and professional. The amenities are wonderful, from the locker room, sitting areas the steam sauna, the many hot tubs, lounging by the heated pool, basking in sun with the mountains in the background! The lunch was so gourmet and would please any palate! Treat yourself, a spouse or a friend! We stayed for the incredible sunset! Awesome! This Pittsburgh girl will be back!
