I visited the spa for the gym as part of a stay beat the resort. The gym was well stocked with a variety of equipment, both cardio and weight training. It had a good selection of fresh towels, chilled and normal, as well as waters. The changing area is part of the spot, which is also very nice.

The lady at the counter was so kind! She only charged us as 2 people (we were 3) and they didn't charge us for parking!

There are a lot of spas in the Scottsdale area to choose from & I recommend you try others & not go here. All the employees were great, My facial by Christine & massage by Maggie were wonderful but the spa itself is in terrible need of an update. It's run down feeling. Every time a toilet flushes there is a horrible loud noise that happens that can be heard throughout & everyone here is annoyed. My massage unfortunately was in close proximity to this loud noise the entire time. The relaxation room is also where you wait for appointments so it's not relaxing & doesn't even have relaxing music playing. I'm actually filling this out while sitting in the spa that's how not relaxing it is! Too many other options to try.

The massage therapists are AMAZING! My treatment was with Meredith and she great. Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. The spa itself could use some updating. The waiting area/relaxing room only has a handful of lounge chairs and there were at least 10 people waiting for treatment and the spa is quite the maze to get through. We used the Travelzoo voucher and it was WELL worth it. We're booking again in a few weeks.

Perfect for relaxing! From the moment we got there, we we're so well taken care of and treated so well (which isn't always the case when you show up with a Groupon). Alex and Pamela at the front desk were so helpful and sweet, explaining all the amenities the spa had to offer that we're included in our Groupon. We were taken back to the locker rooms, given a tour of the spa (hot tub, steam room, sauna, relaxation room all included with our service), and given spa shoes, a robe, and a personal locker that we could use all day. Robyn was an amazing massuse, with great technique and awesome recommendations. The spa pool doesn't allow kids during the day, so the noise was minimal and the water calm. Steven, our waiter, checked on us every 30 minutes to make sure we had water and that we didn't need any other food or drink. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking to unwind and get pampered!

Had a wonderful relaxing experience at this Spa. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and booked an appointment for a Monday morning . Parking for the spa is in a paid parking lot for the Westin Resort, so take your ticket with you. Parking will be validated. Once checked in they take you in the back where the ambiance is soothing and lights are dim. Calming sounds and music are playing. Change out of your clothes, put on their plush robe and spa slippers. Then head to the lounge where you wait for your appointment. Here you can enjoy a mimosa, coffee and other drinks. It’s better to check in at least 30 min before if you want to finish your drink before your appointment. Otherwise you can always relax in the lounge afterwards. My facial was with Christine, wonderful and relaxing. I would go back here again

The spa is clean, the massage is nice and the people are friendly. Howevet it is not a relaxing atmosphete. Even in the quiet areas you can hear people talking, toilets flushing and showers dripping.

My husband and I had a couples massage here yesterday. With 20% gratuity included, for a 50 minute massage, it was around $400. That’s a lot. And I expected a lot in return. Sadly, and this is not necessarily the Spa’s fault, but the “relaxation room” was anything but. 5 very loud women would not stop loudly talking and laughing and honestly it was annoying. A staff member did come in the middle of the ruckus but didn’t do anything. There wasn’t even enough seating in the room for everyone waiting. That part was disappointing as was the bathroom that was littered with guests robes on the floor and used sandals everywhere as well as an overflowing hamper full of robes. A sign on one sink stating it was “out of order.” Also no deodorant in the bathrooms for guests, but they did have lotion, etc. I understand it was Mother’s Day and they were busy but I feel that bathroom should have been better attended to. The massage was ok. I said medium pressure and it was for sure just light. She was very friendly and professional. I was just “eh” on it all. Not for the price we paid. It actually kinda makes me sad to think of the money wasted. We don’t do this kind of thing regularly, this was a long weekend away for us without kids. Scottsdale is certainly not short on posh spa’s. I’d try somewhere else.

Very nice place for massage. I used the groupon and found the service very accommodating. Included in your cost is sauna, steam room, hot tube , shower ect. They have everything you need for a shower as well which was appreciated. Everyone was very pleasant. Will return!

Overall the place is amazing, but don't waste your money on a massage here. I paid for an over priced deep tissue massage and did not get what I paid for at all. I specifically asked the masseuse to focus my lower back, glutes, and hamstrings and I even asked for a male in order to get a deeper more effective massage. 60 minutes and he may have spent 15 minutes total on those areas combined. It was not a deep tissue massage (it was like he was too scared to touch me). I am very disappointed and extremely upset that I spent that much money on a massage. I ended up having to go to another spa in the valley and paid another $140 for a better massage. However, the place is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly but unfortunately the massage therapist was not efficient and did not listen to my needs.

Didn’t have the Spa services but wanted to review the yoga that partners with the spa and resort. Great instructors and really sets your day up right with the everybody yoga class. Would recommend anyone staying at the resort wake up and participate if they can.
