I absolutely adore the staff at ABloom. They were friendly, professional and very informative. I felt very comfortable speaking to them about my concerns and the staff addressed my needs. Had my first IPL photofascial, Julia the tech talked/explained to me the process whole way through the procedure. I would highly recommend ABloom to friends and family. I look forward to more treatments in the future. Thank you to the staff they are awesome.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! Very clean and modern set up with lots of food and drinks to offer while waiting. Was politely informed my wait may be a little while since there was a special while I was scheduling, which is great to know ahead of time. Kaitlyn was my aesthetician and was very informative and knowledgeable. She worked with me for the best cost effective price and even let me know about upcoming specials. Front desk staff were super helpful and answered all of my questions! Will definitely be coming back for future appointments!!

Amazing staff and service. I have been with abloom for over 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Got a recent laser treatment by Kimmy and by far it was the best one I had in 8 years. She is a great tech and made the whole procedure so stress free and quick. Love this place!

Owners are dishonest and greedy. Over priced and under served. This place is all about taking as much money and buying large packages with no refund. Absolutely no customer service. I should of known by pushy phone calls, emails, and empty parking lot/empty spa.

I just went there for the first time today. My appointment was for 12:30 and I arrived a few minutes early with my paperwork already completed. I was told the employee I was scheduled with was running a few minutes late since the customer before me arrived late. At 1:00 I was still sitting in the waiting room. I got up and left since a few minutes and 30 minutes are not the same thing. At 2:15 I got a call from them asking if I was still coming for my 2:00 appointment! This place doesn't seem to have a clue what is going on. When a customer arrives so late it runs 30 plus minutes into the next appointment, the customer shouldn't be seen. This bussniess clearly puts profits over service. There are plenty of other medspas.

Buyer Beware!!! My mother scheduled a procedure here that was going to cost a pretty penny. They used high pressure sales, and never gave her a copy of a contract explaining their policies. She then went to have a second opinion by a qualified physician who determined the procedure that Abloom wanted to do would be inappropriate for her. My mother canceled the appointment and asked for her money back which Abloom refused to refund in full. Up until then she had been a very good client and sadly will never return.

Don't waste your time. They will try to up-sell you on products. Waited for 25 min to be told to buy a cream at the spa and come back in three weeks. Scam.

I've read a lot about vampire facials and wanted to try it. Dr. Punia gave me a free consultation and explained the entire procedure to me. Based on the fine lines and wrinkles on my 50+ year old face, he advised a demapen microneedling session as well. I did it and am so pleased with the results. Since there is a urgent care next door, they took my blood for the procedure with no problem and I have tiny veins. The doctor and staff were very caring throughout the entire procedure. It's been three months since the procedure and I am so happy with the results. I'd recommend Abloom to anyone! THANK YOU!

I inquired about the neck Smart Lipo and was told that I was a candidate for this procedure, and so I gave A-Bloom a $500.00 deposit and scheduled the appointment. Later, and in thinking more about the procedure, in consult there seemed to be these gray areas regarding the effectiveness/outcomes/expectations as it pertained to me, so to be prudent, I obtained a second opinion from a highly skilled, qualified specialist of the face and neck in Scottsdale, who advised me NOT to do the procedure, telling me in my particular situation that I would be wasting money on a procedure that was NOT going to work for me in the most effective manner. After hearing this information from the specialist, I canceled the forthcoming appointment with ABloom in advance of the appointment too, and I even sent Dr. Punia a certified letter letting him personally know why I canceled and I reminded him of his promise in our consult to refund or credit my money if I decided not to do this procedure. I never heard back from Dr. Punia and A-Bloom kept my $500.00 that I gave them in good faith, being told by their accountant in the most unprofessional manner, that they were going to keep my money for their time ( yes! their time discussing a procedure that wasn't right for me in the first place!). A-Bloom doesn't appear to care about appropriate outcomes, client satisfaction, retaining good clients, or proper informed consent regarding their monetary policies and so I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

There is no price you can put on trust, safety, confidence, and the skin you'll wear the rest of your life. That's why I'll only go to Abloom. A trauma surgeon with fantastic accreditations performs the injections and major treatments. Who would know the ins and outs of a body and it's aesthetics better than that? The front desk people are simply wonderful. They're kind, compassionate, insightful, and very helpful in finding the best treatments for you at the best value. Imagine that! They actually try to save you money! Never any up selling or pushy tactics. In fact, they make you feel beautiful just the way you are! The doctor takes a "less is more" approach, offering his expertise, but letting you show him your problem areas. He also makes you feel so beautiful (which you are!), and isn't afraid to tell you no if there's a procedure you don't need, or wouldn't help you achieve a "you, only brighter" look. He never lets you feel as though you need any procedures at all. He's kind, extremely compassionate, and has a phenomenal bedside manner. I have had multiple procedures and many visits to Abloom, and every single experience has been perfect. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I was impressed as soon as I walked into Abloom with their lovely clinic. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. My technician, Trisha, was wonderful in explaining the procedures I was interested in. I went back a few days later for laser hair removal and am extremely pleased with the results of the first session. I will be going back for more treatments, and have set up treatments for the vampire face lifts. I also met the doctor that owns the clinic and was very impressed with him.

Horrible under eye filler and vampire facial experience. I wasted over $1000.00 at this place for both procedures. Dr. Punia promised both procedures would take away my under eye wrinkles. I didn't even have one wrinkle disappear after either procedure. I just lost a lot of money, and hope. I had a ton of bruising and pain and redness, and I couldn't even leave my home for 3 days after that procedure because it looked so bad. I looked like a monster! The under eye filler that was supposed to take away my under eye lines, did nothing to take the lines away, but it permanently made my cheeks fuller and now I look like a chipmunk for at least a year now. When I came back for an appointment to talk to Dr. Punia about my disappointment over his promises not being fulfilled, he didn't care. At all. I strongly warn anybody against going here.

My wife had lip injections done here. After the DR did the initial injections there was still some product left and he said he would save it for the follow up appt incase he needed to inject the rest. She went to the follow up appt this morning and met with the DR and told him that she wasn't happy with the initial injections and she would like to use the rest of the product that he supposedly saved. When he looked for her product it was no where to be found and she asked what her options were. His response was pay $375 for more product although she only needs it in the bottom lip. After paying around $500 for what she got, paying more is not an option for something the DR failed to save. As a business owner myself I would never treat my customers this way, I would eat the small amount of cost to ensure my customers return and give more referrals, but that wasn't the case with this place. I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome of this and will never recommend or return to this place.

Being 50 years old, I am losing volume in my face and hands. Thanks to Dr. Punia and the wonderful staff at Abloom, my face is looking much clearer, firmer and younger. As I noticed facial improvements with anti-aging treatments, I realized my hands were looking very aged. I had lost firmness and plumpness and they looked bony , with veins showing. Thankfully a product used to increase volume in the face called Radiesse has recently been approved by the FDA for treating hands. I recently received a hand rejuvenation treatment at Abloom. The Radiesse is injected with a very small gauged needle into the hands and used to plump them up where they have lost volume. There is a small pinch when the needle goes in but the actual injection is relatively pain free. I did have a little swelling and a small amount of bruising, however these resolved quickly. My hands now look as great as my face! Thank you all!

Awful! They destroyed my face! With unnecessary fillers in cheeks and Botox injections by a unqualified injector. doctor never came in. They even called my credit card company to get my limit increased! $2000 !

Run don't walk from this place, If they injure or damage you do not expect a refund they will walk back all of there ineptitude. The director of the Spa is the wife of Dr Punia talk about a conflict of interest. They could care less about taking responsibility for neglectful practice..No good faith in buisness dealings if you are one that got away with good service congragulations thank God above..If you are one that got neglected after poor service with no refund just another victim of Abloom med spa..If you go in and you see parking lot is empty and wainting room is also void of clients it's because quality of care and basic human decency has left the building.

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms everything explained throughly. Great prices and OMG the stuff they sell there works just like they say it does. I will definitely be going back and referring my friends and family.

They do not care about you personally, only care about your money and want you to spend more of it! I schedule a consultant with a microdermabrasion in mind. First, the lady did not consult with me at all, she just tried to jump to business. I wanted actual advice though so as she sets me up for the microdermabrasion I'm rambling about my facial concerns and what results I want. My main concern is I want my blocked pores on my forehead gone! So she starts telling me about chemical peels and suggests a VI Peel. She guarantees I will be happy with my results and tells me a microdermabrasion will not target my clogged pores at all. Keep in mind that the chem peel was literally 4 times more expensive (I had a coupon for the microdermabrasion). I still said "screw it, I want my forehead cleared up ASAP". They give you two tiny sample packets of cleanser to use twice a day for seven days after the peel. Well I ran out of this on day 5. So I called the office, trying to get more. It's Saturday and online and in their voicemail and everywhere else it says they are open 10-3. But I call and even go there at about 10:30, nobody is there. I had to call a different medspa that has Vi Peels to ask what to wash my face with???? They finally contact me on Monday, saying they do not have any more sample packets of cleanser (which makes no sense seeing as they give these as part of a post peel kit)-- but they do say I can buy a full sized bottle. My peel is now completed and my forehead acne has gotten way worse!!! Many more clogged pores and now even some painful pimples to add to it! After doing much more at home research I seriously wonder why she suggested the peel for my particular case? Most likely just to upsell me- do these aestheticians work for commission???

I moved from California and searched online for a medi-spa, thank god I found this place, the staff is soooo friendly and make me feel comfortable, I've had Voluma, Juvederm, 3 vampire facials and now I'm going for my fotofacials with Trisha! She is amazing..I highly recommend Abloom. I drive 45 miles and will continue even though there are many places closer..
