The place looks being nice and clean. The staff that gave us the massage were very professional and accommodating. The massage itself was very good and felt amazing afterwards. I highly recommend it!

I have very oily skin and I break out often and have for a time. Since I have started getting facials at rejuvenation I have noticed a drastic change in my skin. The staff is pleasant and nice to talk to you. The atmosphere is calming. And I generally wonderful experience five stars.

Not only can I get a haircut and color they have a nice little gift shop and plenty of hair products. The staff are friendly too.

I have been going to rejuvenation spa for quite a few years now and everyone there is just awesome. I am going through chemo and I bought a wig, wild hairs sticking out, couldn't do anything with it but Nancy stepped up and trimmed it for me, looks great,thank you so much Nancy, you rock.

Hair stylists is an over statement they aren't skilled at hair styles and told me they don't know how to do the pictures I showed them and they said they could curl it for me but I can curl my own hair why would I pay them to. Waste of money.

Staff at Rejuvenation always have been polite in person and on the phone. Ladies up front are the first point of contact and I'm always greeted with a smile and by my name. Services at Rejuvenation always have been satisfactory. Would recommend the spa to friends.

I've had a shellac manicure, waxing, hair and make up done here. I was pleased with everything. The staff is very professional and nice. I was checked on often, and offered beverages while I waited. I've also has numerous massages here. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The massager understood my "tight areas" and really worked out my knots. It's always a treat to go here. Truly a relaxing spa day!! I totally recommend this to anyone who needs some time to chill and relax! They treat you wonderfully.

For years I've purchased my Image Skincare products from Rejuvenation (even had family members buy it there and mail it to me when I lived out of state); and of course have always had my mani/pedis done here. Since moving back to Juneau two years ago I went in to get a trim and met Nanci who I went back to for a few trims over the past two years - about two months ago I made an appointment with Nanci (albeit a very long appointment! lol), with Pinterest picture in hand, to go from my dark brunette hair color to a complete raspberry color overall. I had my reservations since she needed to lift all of the current color from my hair (turning me temporarily blonde!) but the end result was so far beyond my expectations I can't even express how satisfied I am with the outcome!!! Literally EVERYWHERE I go people, young and old alike, tell me how fantastic my hair looks and how much they love the color. It is bold and loud, but works so well with my style and skin tone that I will stay with this color for quite a while. I recommend Nanci and Rejuvenation to every person who compliments me and/or asks. Thank you so so much!!!! My favorite hair color EVER!

I go to Loree at Rejuvenation and I am always so blown away by how much time she gives me to help me figure out what I want during each visit. She really listens to what I want and helps me figure out what will work best for me. Also, she's always on the up-and-up on the newest styles and cuts. I have been going to her for over a year now, and I don't plan on seeing anyone else! Also, I have gotten a massage at Rejuvenation and that was fabulous as well. SUPER relaxing with the room, music, and smells. Rejuvenation is truly the best place in town!

They have good service at the front desk and the massages, nail work, and hair cuts are pretty good. Some of the staff can be kind of catty, though.

The hairdressers are skilled and the salon is clean and well cared for. However, I have never made an appointment that hasn’t been rescheduled by the hairdressers. It takes weeks to get the time slot and they do not make an effort to make it easy to reschedule. Having to make another appointment that is several more weeks out. If you need something done, expect to wait at least 2 months. UPDATE: After speaking with the manager it turns out that the hairdressers will cancel appointments simply because they do not feel like doing whatever it is you want done, they will also become defensive and start cursing at you when you tell them that waiting a month for an appointment that you made 2 weeks ago is not appropriate. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
