Getting my feet done was quite new to me. I must say that it was a pleasant experience and it certainly helped with the cracking of my heels, which happens all winter long. I also learned that super glue is a miracle temporary cure for the cracking as well. The staff are awesome.

Crazy dissatisfied with this place. I don’t leave reviews like this because my business takes our reviews very seriously, so I hope this salon will do the same. They charged me $80 (before tip) for a full set, which is way more than I have ever paid, but they looked nice and I’m unfamiliar with Alaska prices as I’m visiting. At least four of the tips fell off as the girl was filing them, to which I laughed and said “are you going to use different glue?” She laughed and ignored me. When I was finished I just hoped they’d be fine. I was wrong. Later that night I lost 3 nails- they just fell off. I called the next day and they offered to fix them for free. By the time of my appointment today I had lost all 10! I noticed that the price sheet said that my service only costs $45. Confused, I asked the girl behind the desk why they charged me $80. Apparently shaping the nails and taking care of my cuticles (included in the service at literally every other salon I’ve been to) all costs $35 extra which is kinda crazy, but again, whatever. At this point I no longer wanted my nails fixed, I just politely asked for my money back. They refused. After a few minutes of being denied any real answers, they gave me a gift certificate. All I can say is that I hope my sister enjoys 3 free pedicures I guess. Staff was nice enough but service was terrible.

I have been going here for years. The staff is friendly and personable. Everyone speaks fluent English which is helpful. Judy usually does my nails, she is the best with designs shapes etc and she is a BEAST with eyebrows. Jello does my pedicures, she takes her time does great attention to detail does awesome massages and never gets frustrated if I change my mind on colors or anything.

The location is easy to find. The layout is nice with the exception of the "reception area" being small. The ladies that have done my mani's and pedi's are nice, but the end product quality is ok. With the lady several visits I have noticed that within a week the polish from the pedi starts to come off and the gel starts to peal/ seperate from the mani. I'm not doing anything different with my daily life and due to a busy schedule I don't always have time to go back and have them fix the gel.

I am no expert on spas. However, I can tell you that the staff is amazing. Friendly, and personable. The feel and look of the place is very fashionable. I haven't tried any other spas in Eagle River but I don't feel like I need to now either.

I travel full time. This is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. They were professional & friendly - everything is tracked on a computer program. They knew my name by my phone number & the tech I had seen previously. He did an outstanding job on my longer nails & even added an attractive accent. I’ve been getting fills and pedicures every two weeks since August 2018, my favorite is Ben, & I love Shauna. I’ve never had an issue with the acrylics, no chipping or lifting. The one time a jewel fell off my nail they fixed it for no price and quickly the next day, it never fell off again. On top of that, Ben gave me a free design to make up for the fallen off jewel lol. Me and my best friend love this place, it’s definitely worth the price.

I went there with 2 of my girlfriends I had pedi and they both got full set of acrylic nails, when I called to make appt. I asked prices they told me 38.00 for Pedi and 45.00 a set for the nails, and at the end it was 100.00+ for nails and my Pedi was 45.00. I would have been ok with the extra if I had known (certain polish, trimming of cuticles etc.) Was an additional charge. The bill was almost 300.00! You don't have to steal from people to make money if you are good at what you do!

Listen, idk why everyone is so crazy about this place. They did HORRIBLE on our nails and we just got a clear polish. In fact, my mom’s polish completely washed off with water hours after we went there when she went to take a shower. We were both left with a ton of hangnails on our fingers. One technician was scolding her daughter while helping my mom and the one who was helping me, left me to go wax someone’s eyebrows, and then finished mine. My technician also didn’t file all of my nails down so I had one longer than the rest. I don’t think we’ve ever had such horrible service. It’s a beautiful building but I paid way to much for my nails to look worse than when I came in.

Tao was not nice, surprised that I didn't like the nail art, and was bad mouthing me in Vietnamese to her co-worker. She did a messy job around the edges and had to file the nail polish off my fingers when she was done.

What an amazing nail salon! I visited here based on one of my runner-friend's recommendations. I too am a runner and have not had a professional pedicure in quite some time (years). It seemed pointless as I am generally missing at least one nail and have many others that are varying shades of blue. I was quite self-conscious about getting a pedicure but my runner-friends assured me this was the best place to go! Vilas was my nail-technician and she did such an amazing job. I got the shellac-polish (because it is a little more sturdy) and she made my tired feet look so cute and lovely! My nails are now covered with a cute sparkly layer of pink - judging from my toes you could never tell I am a runner :) Thank you for the amazing service - I will most certainly be back!

I was in town visiting home for my wedding and needed my nails done for the big day. I called and made an appointment for next day no problem. I actually asked for the wrong thing and when the nail techs realized I asked for the wrong thing, jumped to make it right and correct my mistake, so I left with great nails and was really happy. Everyone was so friendly and chatty with the customers and it was just a good vibe.
