I had my hair done, and while the gal was fixing my hair she kept fondling my ears which seemed weird. I was the last appointment for the day. Upon leaving and partway home i looked in the rearview mirror and discovered my Harts on Fire 1carat studded earing missing. Ireturned to the salon only to find it closed. I returned first thing in the morning and spoke with the owner. She had the girls turn the place upside down, even had a someone check the pea traps on the sinks. To a avail. I did have another appointment and the hairdresser said she knew the lady and that she had been let go for other problems similar to mine. Any questions feel free to contact me. I left my hairstylist of 10 years for Darae's. I think they are terrific. The staff is warm and so fun, the place smells great, and I love my haircut. These women really know what they are doing. They also offer all of the other services I like, nails, brows and Brazilians.

As for the entire staff at Daraes, they are efficient and friendly. They don't push products and they always offer tea or water. I can get a full wash, cut, and style in less than a half hour (and I have thick, long hair). Paige at Daraes is great. She's been cutting my hair for a few years. She is very client-oriented. When I wanted bangs, she cut me bangs. When I wanted bright red hair, she dyed my hair bright red. When I wanted to get rid of my layers and revert back to a natural style, she helped me move in that direction. She always understands (and many stylists don't) that telling your clients what looks good on them is no fun, unless they ask for it. What's also great is that she does a very good job. I can walk away knowing that bangs, or red hair, or no-layers wouldn't have looked better had I had them done by someone else.

Great! Got up early for a full blown, expensive style and cut--waited until they opened for the appointment and VOILA--no hair styler! So sorrrrry.... she's called in sick. This place is deadbeat. Don't waste your money.... The other ratings for this place are obviously by family and friends, too--just check out the sameness.

As always a perfect cut(which is why I gave it a 4) HOWEVER I made an appointment for my boys and I yesterday and they ended up not being able to do my boys hair ( they have been able to do it previously so i thought nothing of it) It was terribly inconvenient, so I was left to find a place last minute to do my boys hair , which in the end I'm thankful for, Sports Clips did an amazing job. Now the only thing left is to find a new salon which values my time as well.

I had a 90 minute massage and pedicure. It was AMAZING! I get a lot of massages because I have lower back tension and sometimes it is very painful and takes multiple visits to get the tension released. This massage released the tension and was well worth more than I paid.
