If you don't value your time, come here. They have zero respect for anybody who isn't their truck and employee. After 12pm (which BTW, they shut the whole place down for a half hour at noon) you may as well not even bother trying to drop a scrap load. On average it can take two to three hours to get out of this place. Sadoff employees are union so apparently this means they have the license to be slow, lazy and rude. Go to Alter. Haven't had a bad experience there yet.

Everyone was super friendly upon drop off. It was super fast and effecient. The lady however, behind the counter indoors was not so friendly. Regardless ot was quick, easy, and syper convenient when you don't know what to do with all your scrap metal.

Very unprofessional, and directions given were very unclear. Screwed us out of big dollars because the guys working did not want to take the time to sort the load. Sadoff stole our money and they won’t be getting our business again.

So clean I passed it on my first try finding the scrap yard. Prices are competitive and fare. Staff was very helpful and considerate. I will be back!

DO NOT SELL WIRE TO THEM. They post one price on the website and give you a tiny fraction of what is listed at the lowest rate. They have no excuse for what, in my opinion, is a bait and switch scheme. They dump your load into the mix before they tell you how much they will pay for it so there is no chance to stop the transaction. I sold lamp cord, extension cord, automotive wire and jump wire. All ends removed and preprocessed by me. I want them to look at the records and tell everyone here they paid a good price for it. I should have left the ends on, I would have probably gotten the same price without the additional effort.

I sure Miss David, he was on the ball, the new person in charge excuse is I'm heading into a meeting, I've been in a meeting. I asked for prices email me prices that wS 4 month old for ferros n non ferros, brought it up to the people there, they go that's not right. Here the current price sheet wow way higher, sad thing is the other lady took it back. Was told the ewaste contact will be calling me I said Cant I talk to him while you have him on the phone, no he will call yours he says, meanwhile unloadingvthousands of pounds off my truck NO CURRENT PRICE SHEET IN MY HAND. Never got that phone call from the my point of contact as promised, got my check didnt even hit 2k. I was mad. They then stated we closing now. Had no choice to leave. I drive 7 hrs round trip. Confronted the President in regards to this. Oh I'm sorry about the lack of communication. What are You serious. How about lack of professional people. Not the first rodeo I've heard. Its ashame that a good employee left and the replacement is one that doesnt communicate or return calls. I lost money on this deal. BIG TIME. I asked to work with a different accountant as told no. So unprofessional. The President of the company stated he was gonna get back with me. He didnt I had to call him n then email him to get a response. Truly disappointed in the management's of this company. 1. No current price list 2. Was promised I would be recieved a phone call while I was there. Never happen. 3. Product unloaded without a face value of my commodities and already dumped into their containers 4. I had to leave because they were closing. 5. Lack of communication Thanks truly appreciate the awesome customer service when DAVE WAS AROUND. Wherever you are Dave Rock on.

Clean yard. I waited for 10 min., but no one came to guide me to the right area. Sad as I had a lot of metal but will not make the drive back there again.
