I asked for prices email me prices that wS 4 month old for ferros n non ferros, brought it up to the people there, they go that's not right. Here the current price sheet wow way higher, sad thing is the other lady took it back. Was told the ewaste contact will be calling me I said Cant I talk to him while you have him on the phone, no he will call yours he says, meanwhile unloadingvthousands of pounds off my truck NO CURRENT PRICE SHEET IN MY HAND. Never got that phone call from the my point of contact as promised, got my check didnt even hit 2k. I was mad. They then stated we closing now. Had no choice to leave. I drive 7 hrs round trip. Confronted the President in regards to this. Oh I'm sorry about the lack of communication. What are You serious. How about lack of professional people. Not the first rodeo I've heard. Its ashame that a good employee left and the replacement is one that doesnt communicate or return calls. I lost money on this deal. BIG TIME.
I asked to work with a different accountant as told no.
So unprofessional.
The President of the company stated he was gonna get back with me. He didnt I had to call him n then email him to get a response. Truly disappointed in the management's of this company.
1. No current price list
2. Was promised I would be recieved a phone call while I was there. Never happen.
3. Product unloaded without a face value of my commodities and already dumped into their containers
4. I had to leave because they were closing.
5. Lack of communication
