I had a very pleasant experience with Junk King. I emailed them the night before and they were on time the next morning. I could not get the back gate unlocked and regardless they were able to remove all of the junk and furniture over the locked gate. It was a smooth move and I will be calling them back in the future. Scheduled on line, clicked the drop off as Friday and the pick up Monday. The crew showed up with the dumpster on a truck right on time, walked through what I need to put into the dumpster, quoted me a price, and I went in the house thinking they'd drop the dumpster, only to see them driving away. Tried calling the number that they called me to confirm just 30 minutes earlier, and no answer. Called the corporate number, and was told "We don't have drop and fill at the location you chose. WTH!!! That's NOT what I chose on the website. The person that gave me the bid called back and apologized for the confusion. They don't have dumpster drop offs, but they WILL come by and load everything into the dumpster. So I agreed. Today they showed up on time and cleaned everything up and hauled it away at the originally quoted price. Great service.

We've now used Junk King twice. The gentleman that came and did our service, and they were absolute gentleman, were above and beyond any expectations that you could have. The pricing and the efficiency in which they deliver the service is above everybody else. We have used that other company before, and you know who I mean, and we're highly dissatisfied. Junk King will be our only service company that we use from now on!

Used them to haul out junk from a foreclosure property. If you call their number, you reach their call center. Their call center is very bad. First person I talked to after getting the quote lied to me about scheduling the appointment to haul things out. After spending a weekend with no confirmation email, the following business day, the person (different person) actually scheduled it. Franchise owner in the Milwaukee area is very nice, professional and generally a great person! If I were to rate him, specifically — 5 stars. Call center is 2 stars.

Mark and his crew did an amazing job, especially this being there first job. It was a full overhaul of a 2 bedroom condo that could have very well been on the television series "hoarders."
