I work for a local school district, we try to support local businesses. We purchased a AM/FM radio, (NO CD) for an 03 van in December. We did not get a chance to install it til the middle of March. It did not work,we attempted to exchange it. NO CAN DO ITS OVER 30 DAYS! So we ended up calling B&M ,they had it for 10 bucks less and delivered it to us the next day. No extra cost!!! That's customer service!

Crappiest service EVER! Call for a part, was told comer on in I got it right here.. When i got there some how the part magically disappeared! A simple phone call would have been greatly appreciated!

I was told I would get a certain price for my car, then after driving 30 miles to get there, they dropped the price. I asked why, and it was for mileage and age. Something I had already discussed with them earlier. So I'm pretty disapointed. I did It anyway because I was sick of dealing with it, and had to plan ahead to have ride back. Not happy about my experience.

Helpful, reasonably priced, helps load AND removes the part you want from the vehicle (if needed). They have inventory marked and organized. Used this place for another part (rear window). Removed the part while I was in route, picked up the part and left. I am pushing this facility as a go to for parts. Significant inventory, online search, able to call and speak to a real person and they can drive you around the lot to look at different parts. I first used them to snag a new truck bed. 4 were available. Their ranking system is based on cosmetic looks. Can be deceiving! In the world of used parts, this place is a gem!

I called Mike at Eagle Auto parts on a Saturday morning looking for a wheel for an older model Honda Odyssey. While they did not have one in stock, he spent at least half an hour of his own time online looking for this part, even though I was not going to be able to buy it from him. And he gave me a phone number and location to call with a part listed. THAT IS SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND. If I ever again need another part, I will start first with Eagle because I can see that customer service is their top priority! Thanks guys.

Bought an engine from them that had a bad rod knock on start-up. It sucks when that happens, but occasionally will with a salvage engine. The important part is that they made it right in a very prompt and professional manner. The best indication of a good business is how they take care of you when there is a problem. I greatly appreciate them resolving the situation. Will definitely do business with them again.
