I've gotten parts a couple of times here before. The service was always sub-par. I felt they treated me like I had no idea what I needed or was talking about, but it was better than waiting for parts in the mail. Then when I needed parts quick for a break down that left me stranded they jerked me around all morning. At 7:00 when I first called and they said the parts would be ready in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later still 30 minutes away until at 10:30 they tell me it is impossible to get the parts today and that I *might* be able to get them the next day. I am thoroughly upset with how I was treated and will not be going back.

Does not return calls, multiple visits, inquiries get "...come back tomorrow". I've seen him tell another customer who made special stop in, same thing. He has the part, like trying to pull teeth to get it from him. I'm done. Going to East Troy.

Do not do business with this place at all costs. They are disrespectful, they do not give a straight answer and do very shady business. I attempted three times to order parts from them parts which they stated they have. I attempted to give them my card number so they could charge me and send out the parts. They kept on saying they will call me back. Communicating with this company is a battle. They do not fulfill their promises and intentionally screw people over. Finally three days later they call me to say my parts are on their way. I wait all day and at 4 pm I call them complaining that my parts have not arrived. The owner on the phone swears at me and tell me to screw off. So there you go - this is my experience with this place. Good luck!

I have seen other people give this place poor reviews and I'm not sure why. They were polite enough, I'll be not incredibly friendly, but I don't expect very much friendliness from the local junk yard. They have my part that I asked about in the time frame that they gave me that they said they would have the part. the price was fair, in fact it was much cheaper than getting the part off of eBay or Amazon, and I did not have to wait several weeks for shipping.

Called several several times. No one ever picks up the phone. Finally went in to the store to find the gentleman sleeping. Said hello. He looked up briefly and went back to sleep. Guess they don't want our money. Ridiculous!!

Horrible service no one ever calls you back like they say they will my boyfriend order tires the son said they'd be there today and I played tag all day and still haven't received my tires the owner kept saying I'll call you when I find them well that never happened!! Future reference don't go to D&E auto!!!!!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. John went above and beyond after putting a battery in my car and it still wouldn't start. He kept it overnight, took a look at it, let me know what he thought it was. I've here in the past for parts or to get a tire checked/fixed, but never knew I could get a battery! This will be my "check first" place from now on.

Terrible customer service. I own a service and have dealt with many salvage yards and have never had such a poor experience. They do not return your calls, and promise delivery dates they cant hold. Will not do business with ever again.
