After getting an online offer I called Cash 4 Cars because of the reviews and he beat their price by a few dollars. Craig is incredible. I experienced some car issues that I was told, by several mechanics, would cost more than my car was worth. I was devastated, and not in any position financially to take on car payments. I work two jobs and rely on having a vehicle... I didn't know what to do. I called Cash 4 Cars, just hoping to get a little money to salvage my vehicle. He could have just offered some money and called it a day, but instead he offered to look at it. Craig was honest, patient, and took the time to show me what was wrong with my car so that I could make the right decision. The communication was incredible- I was a total mess over this situation and I can't imagine how differently things would have turned out if I hadn't called Cash 4 Cars.

Good fast service and better price than other salvage yards were offering with scrap metal priced so low/ton. Our kids were hit head-on by a lady texting and driving, and while we thank the Lord everyone was relatively okay, our van was totaled. First time ever dealing with this and C4C gave us the best price as well as picked it up the same day I called. Not sure of the man's name, but he took the time to ask how our kids were as he'd heard about the accident, and obviously saw the result.

Had an old Dodge van that was ready to go. Called Craig at 9:30 am. Picked up the vehicle at 10:00. Easy, transaction. Couldn’t locate car title right away. Dropped it off next am and he wrote me a check. No runarounds, no games, great to deal with.
