We live almost 2 hours away and have never had any issues with getting parts. We typically get parts shipped to us and everything gets to us in a good time frame. 10/10 recommend. Dillan is the best to work with there, he will drop everything and walk out in the yard to find what we need

Called to see about parts for my New Holland baler & the guy just told me he didn't have enough time to look today. Call back Monday. This at a little after 11 am on saturday. Sounded like he was half asleep on the phone.

The Dowining clerk Kevin N. was an absolute jerk to us. Not customer friendly whatsoever. A simple "we can take of this" would of been better way to deal with his problem but asking my wife, who was making the purchase if her name was Ed.. was insulting. I only called to find the part. By the way the sales person I spoke with was super nice. Would never talk to that rude clerk again. Also spoke with another person, Pedro at the main number. He was super helpful.

I have call for ask 2rim and tire for my tractor a guy his name is Tim he dont even know what im talking about. Worstless costmer service. And I check online there is couple tractor of my kind is show in there but he still saying they dont have anything like my. Bad bad bad

Kevin at the parts counter and I made a deal on used tires. Tires were going to be on a rim and I was to bring my old ones down on a rims. Got there to pick them up. They were of the rims. Not part of the deal. Got the manager involved he was worthless didn't want fix the issue. He told me he could get them mounted again but take 2 weeks. Again manager was worthless. What happen to customer service?

I ordered a rebuilt carb for my tractor and it ran worse than it did woth the old one .the carb had rust in the the bowl and the jets were plugged, still they called it rebuilt!

Call one day and quote is 200 for part that I needed, they said they’d go out and check right away. Called a few days later they never checked to see if I had part and the quote went up to 300. Don’t give these guys business if you don’t have to they’re a complete joke.

Kevin N. shouldn't have a job there that deals with customers. Very very rude!!! Last two time we've been there to get parts had to deal with him and left upset
