I recently spent $900 on a front bumper cover from novex I also bought a right fender and of course support. Right from the start I dealt with Scott, who sounded very annoyed with a lot of my questions and I always felt rushed off the phone. This was discussed with other staff and myself. However I did ask a lot of questions to ensure that this bumper did not need to be painted, I was only looking for painted parts that match the car I was working on (2012 Ford fusion paint code rz) because the paint is so expensive. Novaks is 260 miles from my home and I drove out there to get it. The parts were graded 000 and there was no note of it being painted by another shop. After a couple weeks, I got to the point where the bumper cover was ready to be hung. Immediately after hanging it I realized that it wasn't the appropriate paint code. Every other part I got for this car with paint code RZ match perfectly even the rear bumper cover I bought through another source paint code RZ. I just called novaks who claims if you're not happy with their parts you should let them know and they will take care of it. Scott answered and basically told me that they don't guarantee a paint match which I could understand but this is not even the same ballpark. I did have a local body shop tell me that sometimes urethane and plastic parts don't match metal parts and that they could be off a little bit, but the rear bumper cover matches perfectly which is the same material as the front bumper cover. Below are some pictures of the parts I got against the paint on the car. The only thing that stands out is the 0 0 0 paint code RZ front bumper cover I got from novaks and I was told there is nothing they can do about it or we'll do about it. So now I bought a painted $900 bumper which needs to be painted. 1In response to your nonsense reply yes I said the parts were great obviously you can't tell one maroon vs another maroon when your 260 miles away from the car. 2 us talking about paint matching and you saying you couldn't match the paint is hearsay I simply asked to make sure it was paint code RZ (it is obviously not) I actually wish I looked harder at your pictures because your front bumper doesn't match your fenders on the car came off of.. this information would have been great when we talked about it. I was rushed off the phone by Scott was always annoyed with my questions and could care less to help me. Roger's son who helped me loaded in my truck agreed. 3 why is a painted bumper more expensive than a non painted bumper if you can't guarantee color code? I wouldn't have drove 260 miles for a bumper that wasn't paint code RZ. 4 yes it's a month later because I was waiting for parts to assemble the car. 5 my local shop said often times bumpers are different then the metal bc they are eurothane but they then assured me this wasnt the case here because the rear EUROTHANE bumper I got from a quality salvage yard paint code rz matched perfectly! It also didn't have tape masking marks in it either. Stick to your story this will be a card didpute... the only reason I pushed it this far is because no one was willing to even hear my case or talk to me like other people have stated on Google keep up that 3.7!

$140 dollar and u don't honor warranty worst company ever dealt with.. my business will go elsewhere next time.. high high prices.. check out ebay junkyards they can't rip u off as easy..if a part does not have a warranty the customers should be told or should be in writing on receipt but nothing states the part didn't have a warranty so u can pick and choose what is not warranted is B's a . What's rude is I ask to use the bathroom and was told there was no bathroom. Had to piss outside.. reading reviews and it said they would be happy to escort some one to the bathroom god this place is full of it very rude lazy worker.. so this owner lies through his teeth in his replys can't wait to see his excuses so I can lmao

Terrible service!!! Brought a wheel from them and they never said anything about a core charge for the other wheel. My wife picked it up and when they told her about the core charge she questioned it because she did understand. They the. Treated her like an idiot because she didn't know what a core charge was. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DISRECPECTFUL INGORNANT PEOPLE!!!!

The customer service and treatment of the customer is lacking all except one employee. I had dealing with three employees and two of employees talked to me like I was stupid. The only reason because the first employee was polite and apologized for not having the part. The guy when I asked a question for what I was looking for was rude and ignorant when I had a misunderstanding of what I needed. The other employee kept telling me that I had the incorrect year of my vehicle and what type it is was. I am not a car guy. They told me they had the part when I called the day before, and I told them the year and type of vehicle. I drove and 35 minutes to get it today. I was glad I had a picture of the wheel rim I needed because they didn't have the right part and argued that was not the vehicle I have.

I used to seriously detest this place. Pricing is extremely high, and for that they get a 4. Now I will say this place charges cores for crazy things most other yards do not, but given that it is a standard...it is something that can be done without huge concern. I can always take my business elsewhere. Many times I have. I recently moved very close to here. Scott down there is extremely helpful and knows a lot about vehicles that I have no idea about. I never got a wrong part from them when I bit the bullet and bought it there, so I guess on some level you get what you pay for. They offer lifetime warranty on some things...I don't even get that in parts stores anymore for brand new stuff. Big plus, and why they are rated as high as they are. Tires are pretty widely available in their side warehouse. A big bonus as I have my own tire machine and balancer, so I buy my used skids here and slap them on. Driving for a living needs to stay cheap. BEST place to get recycled coolant. Like literally 2-4 dollars a gallon depending on green or red. You bring the jugs, of course. But the way I go through cars, hit deer, replace radiators and engines...I won't buy the stuff brand new. So you win me there, Novaks! All in all I don't mind doing business here, but it is far from my first pick. If the owner reads this I hope this review has given proper reason why. I wish no ill will on them and have come to really see how they are the best at what they do for tires and coolant/antifreeze.

The moment you realize the wheels on your Murano need to be replaced. Shopping around for the most reasonable price led me to Novak Auto Parts. Having no idea what to expect and anxious over the anticipated cost, I am happy to say my concerns were immediately gone when I was greeted by amazing, courteous and helpful staff, who offered an even less expensive option than I was researching. I can't review this place negatively because I have not done business with them. I tried to make a purchase nearly $1,000 worth of parts and ended up going elsewhere because they're not open on the weekends. I cannot afford to take time off of work to purchase and pick up a part during work hours which happens to be their business hours. Most people I know go spelunking for parts on Saturdays. I'm sure they'd see a massive increase in business if they were open on weekends.

Decent people, but beware, does not say on the receipt nor do they tell you but they take no returns on sheetmetal. I tried to return the day after i picked up the parts, because i screwed up and got the wrong color.

They didn't have the part I needed but the guy said he would call around and let me know. He called me back in 20 minutes and said he found the part and could have it there in 2 days. This place was the only salvage yard that would help me. This is the only place I will call from now on. Highly recommend calling Novak before any one else.

I called this morning about two parts one a side mirror and then the other was a tail light. He said he had the tail light in stock but had to order the side mirror. Had me go over my credit card number 3 times to make sure he had the right number. Too bad he didnt check the year of the vehicle because it was ten years off! He wasted my time and his.

Very unfriendly and very unprofessional. I brought then my vehicle as scrap and they wouldn't allow me to take the brand new battery I borrowed to get it there. Pretty much told me to shove it. Really disapointed do not recomend them for that reason. The guy at the front desk should be replaced.

Within the last seven years, I've bough three salvage vehicles from Novak Auto Parts (2006 Mazda3, 2007 Mazdaspeed3, 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart). If you're willing to put in a little work to repair them, you'll be surprised by how much car you can get for your money. I've also bought wheels, HID headlights, and lightly used tires from here. They have anything you can think off. I've never been disappointed. The girl at the counter is easy on the eyes too.

I used their email service. The person who responded to my email typed in all CAPS, which isn't polite so I can only imagine how he is on the phone. Also, he asked me questions which I clearly answered in the email he was replying to. Just poor customer service.

Cannot walk yard to see parts before buying. Only employees can remove parts. If they do have the part you need it will be twice as much as a new replacement. Just don't see the value and they wonder why their employees are always standing around? Their "repairable" AKA heavily damaged wrecked vehicles are outrageously priced. I wouldn't waste the trip unless you literally cannot find it anywhere else.
