Daughter was on way from St Louis to Pittsburgh when her Subaru died. Subaru dealer determined cost to repair would exceed value of vehicle. Called A-1 and spoke to Buck who offered to (quickly) retrieve car from dealer. Once he had the car he offered me a fair price. Nothing but positive things to say about A-1 (and Buck) who could have taken advantage of us but instead chose to act professionally and kindly every step of the way.
