The Junk King team arrived the day after providing a reasonable estimate with the right number of men, equipment and trucks to haul away all of the wood as well as other miscellaneous items that were in the yard. I was scheduled for a Tuesday between 2-4. No one showed up. I called to find out what happened and they apologized and rescheduled me for wednesday. I told them I wouldn't be home but nobody would be there to help or show them what needs to be removed. They came earlier than expected, did not call 15 minutes prior. They did call me once when they got there. Knocked on the door asked my mom whos paying? She told them she was gonna call me and they got in there truck and left without another word. I went to Yelp and found Junk King. They set up an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. Brad and John showed up ready to work at 8:00 AM and had my huge brush pile gone three hours later. The pile was six feet high by dix feet wide by twenty five feet long. They got it all into their truck in one load. They were very courteous as well. I had contacted three other businesses. One guy said he could do the job in two weeks but he was going on vacation at the moment. Other business came in with a quote hundreds of dollars higher. The third one was a guy who gets great reviews on Yelp but he never answered my request for a quote. So I went with Junk King. No regrets. I plan to use their service again after my next project.

Great experience fast reliable reasonable on pricing just one note if you have something heavy to move such as a piano I would recommend you tell who you talk to when you call to make a reservation because I only got two guys when I should have had four for moving a piano that was heavy they do all the lifting you don't have to move it it's nice I will probably use them again in the future and I will highly recommend referring them.

Good service! I scheduled a pick up the day before, they arrived and hauled off 3 pieces of furniture. One complaint is that it’s fairly expensive. They don’t give you an estimate prior to coming, so you just need to pay (or decline to have your stuff taken) the estimate they give you at your door. Fair enough but hard to know if you’re getting a reasonable price.

I had a clothes dryer that I needed to get rid of, but it wouldn't fit through the door. I called two other companies first and both told me that they could take it only if I dismantled it myself. When I called Junk King and explained my situation, they said it would be no problem and they scheduled the pick up for the very next day. Scott and Brian did an excellent job and saved me a lot of pain and hassle. They took the door off the hinges, dismantled the dryer, took it away, cleaned up and put the door back, all in less than 30 minutes.

This service is great for those of us who don't have easy access to a truck. You can set everything up online! I set up a time online. They arrived within the time window I set. They called me just before they arrived. The lead man took a look at my garbage and junk, he gave me a price for taking it all. I agreed. Ten minutes later they were gone as well as the trash!
