So my experience overall was a bit like a bad date. Initially it was going well, I appreciated their online paperwork as I'm a bit busy in life (the simile falls apart here), but when it came time to schedule, besides the non-stop hold everytime I called for 2 hours, the best time frame we could agree on was friday afternoon, by that I mean between 12-6... So I blanked my schedule out for friday and spent spent from 12-5 puttering around the house before getting a call to reschedule... so we tried again for Saturday between 12-4... at 3:30 I called to ask how it was going, talked to a nice gentleman in Vancouver WA who asked me to follow up on my experience, which I guess I'm passively (aggressively?) doing here. Since I never heard back back from them, and I have no interest to play the phone waiting game with people who don't show, I guess I'll have to sell my old jeep to someone else.

They were punctual, called to confirm. They were professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They went the extra mile to not just do their work. But to understand the emotional attachment one might have with memories of a past time.
