Meet a guy in the crashed car biz with integrity. Thank you Billy! I would recommend Billy for his current business and anything he does in the future. I found Billy in a search for auto hauling. He couldn't come over on a busy Saturday but I called him again on a hot Sunday and we made arrangements to pick up the totaled car in Bellevue from Starbuck's towing (they're terrible but more about that later). Billy went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could have hoped for. After a horrible experience with L.J. at Starbucks's towing in Bellevue. Billy patiently waited and got the totaled car up on his big rig. Because it was my late husband's car Billy removed whatever he could for keepsakes to give my sons, the Mercedes hood ornament and a few other things. Thankfully my high school son was fine and no other cars were involved. Billy drove me to my car as it had a flat tire, he inflated the tire so I could get to the next spot. I would highly recommend Billy for his services any day. Thank you Billy for the reassuring words and for bringing a bit of hope to a crappy experience. FYI - Stay away from Starbuck's Towing, they (John and Kelly Starbuck of MI) also own Mercer Island Towing and Overlake Towing. Male staff bullies female customer. After that, I went to Sears at 5:00pm when they were ready to shut down.

Great guy, did all the relevant paperwork and was available right away. Keeping on my list for future junk hauling. He's super busy, so tends to get right to the point on the phone. It's a junk hauler, don't expect Starbucks glad handling /customer service.

These guys bought my car and resold it illegally without putting it in their names and now I'm getting huge bills for $10.00 each morning for someone driving my car on I-405 in traffic every morning and every afternoon. So far I've received a bill for $853.68 It's illegal in Washington state to buy and resale cars without a dealer license. This company doesn't even have a wrecking license either. They just gave a hulk hauling and transport license. BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM.

Billy's Towing is simply the BEST! When we started to clean up the hoarder's house next door, I researched and then interviewed probably half a dozen tow companies and consulted knowledgeable authorities. In the end, only Billy was patient and steady enough to walk me through the necessary paperwork for a pair of abandoned scrap-only junkers with no titles. He was honest, and when he promised to show up, he was there. He winched up the first car from far back in the lot with no damage to the yard, then came back for the second after dark to finish the job. He refused to charge me for anything (I had to insist on a very modest tip), and the neighbors are all singing his praises. Seriously: Billy is an honest, hard-working guy who's trying to play by the rules in a world that seems to expect short cuts. I am very, very glad I selected Billy, and urge you to call this young man, too, for your car disposal needs. You will not be sorry!

Easy, quick pick up for my car. I wasn't sure how I'd get rid of it, but Billy responded quickly and was open to work with me, despite a very busy week for him, to pick up my broken down car at a convenient time for me. Very friendly, easy to talk to and a quick pick up. I don't know anything about cars, and was told to take my radio out as it may be worth something. When Billy came to pick up the car, he noticed I forgot some very important parts/wires of the radio that I needed. Then he took the time to take out the wires I needed. Overall just a really good experience!

Great guy ! He's a honest hard working guy trying to make a living. Make sure you have you details in order prior to meeting him to dispose of your car. Signed title and make sure to get his information too to report the transfer of title of the car to him. If you don't DOT your i's and CROSS your t's it on you. You can do it online after he picks up your car. Great experience but it always feels terrible because you are getting rid of a car or truck that you think has more value than it really does. Will never work with anyone else if I need to do this again. Very patient, very friendly, and very transparent about his business practice. Notice how most of the bad reviews are either from competitors or have very similar stories (fake accounts..) Billy’s nothing but a nice guy trying to run a fair business and if you work with him you’ll see that. I felt obligated to post this because of all the bs he told me about the industry and the competitive nature (shown in the false reviews posted by competitors). Was expecting to just get my car hauled away but I got 150 when all was said and done

After calling ten junk car removal places and mounting frustration for false promises of delivery, no shows etc. Billy came through! While he couldn't do the job for me given the particular truck we needed for this job had been recently t-boned by a bus, he provided me with the contact number of someone he highly recommended. This company had the special tow truck size to fit into a commercial garage with a 6'5' clearance. It was refreshing to finally talk with someone who cared about my problem and was willing to help me even though he wouldn't reap the benefit. If I ever need to get another car towed, I'll call Billy first!!!!

Called a few places and Billy could not only come out quicker, but offered me $50 more for my old piece of crap. He showed up 5 minute early called when he was outside and handed me cash. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes once he showed up. I tell everyone now how great it was after dealing with some of the other guys.

I called to see if I could get my totaled car towed away and was rudely interrupted when I tried to explain that I need the tow truck to meet me at my place of employment the next day. He chewed me out when i asked him to listen, saying that he was already 15 cars behind and told me that was all there was to say... really... that's Billy's idea of good customer service?

The guy who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. He did call back and explain his shortness with me which was im in bremerton and hes in seattle. Granted i was just calling just for a quote and would have gladly taken it out if it was worth it. I can understand his point on the matter. Over all 2 stars: cons dont call if your not in or near seattle because he doesnt have the time or means to deal with it. And he is from what i understand just a scrapping yard not a junk yard. Google has his area and classifaction wrong. Pros he called back later to explain himself. Personal note: only call if you need a car gone thats literrally just scrap

Called in to see about getting my old truck towed away before moving and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. Even tried to help me out with how to get my title paperwork fixed. Even though he was not making any money and was not sure I would call him back or not he still went out of his way to help me out. You don't find that too often these days. Thank you for all the helpful information, I really appreciated it.
