If you want to get rid of a junk car this is the place to call. The guy that picked up my junker was awesome and professional. My van had been sittin in a parking lot on west cary street and they picked it up from there. It was a tight situation to get the van out but the driver got it done in no time. I got a call back acouple hours after emailing the company, got the cash before the man started towing. The guy that came over to my house was nice he backed up his truck and got ready when me and my family were coming out. He helped me sign my title and worked directly with me he didn't seem to care I was a teenage female (19) he treated me like an adult and never once looked away from me to speak to my grandfather about my vechical an I really appreciate him for that. 1year later I used there services again for my park Ave an Dodge neon. If you have an eye sore in your driveway that you are finally ready to get rid of, Roscoe’s are the people to call...Please your wife, please your neighbors, and finally get that dirty rusted piece of junk off your property. I called a couple of other different companies before calling Roscoes and I was either given the run-around or not called back. I went to Roscoe’s website to get an online quote and within minutes of completing the form I received a phone call from a representative. I had two old vehicles that I needed removed. They gave me a very fair price and they were able to remove both vehicles in less than 24 hours. The driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I was at work at the time so the driver helped my wife with the bill of sale and the transfer of title. He also removed the plates because I had forgotten too. From the time I visited the website, which is super easy to navigate, until the time my two vehicles were on the flatbed headed up the street, it was nothing but a pleasant and professional experience.
