Had 30 lbs of brass and they wanted to give me .45 cents a pound. Claimed because one piece was polished. Never have had this problem anywhere else that I've went to in the past. Been doing this a long time.

I used to use another recyclable company and went to try Recycle Management. Lets say I wouldn't go back to the other company. Recycle management staff is very professional and polite. The way they operate you can tell they know what there doing. The whole process is fast and painless 5 stars no doubt.

Recycle Management has very good customer services. Staff was quick with the question I had about the stuff I wanted to get rid of. Staff was very knowledgeable with the items they had. Upper management was on location when I was there and treated the employees very well.

I've been able to fund things like school field trips, pizza nights, and all kinds of good things for my kids by saving up metal to recycle. I go to the Harrisonburg location where I'm welcomed by friendly folks. They weigh my items and give me cash money FAST! I can't say enough great things about Recycle Management and the people they have working for them. I recommend them to anyone from homeowners to business owners. They will take care of you.

They complain to me for having gas tank left on vehicle. As I brought them vehicle.yet there was many outback crushed with tires left on and gas tanks on.?? They weren't very friendly. Any good yards out there anymore??

We have taking several loads of scrap here an they pay much $$$ per pound then some of the other places around Harrisonburg! Staff is easy to work with and they gave me stainless steel price for a piece of equipment that had some black metal attached to it, other places would have made me take those parts off or offered black metal $. Not here, worth the trip!

They came and picked up 2 f150 pick ups. 1 GMC camper with camper taken off. And a roll off container full of scrap iron. And had waited 3 months for a payment. Then check came for only 6000 pounds of scrap. Haul lots of scrap a year and they will never get anymore ever period!!!!!

Went to Recycle Management today for the first time and I will never go again. I arrived 5 min before closing and had to wait on another vehicle in front of me, when I finally pulled up on the scales I was told that I needed to back off the scales. I was then told I could go ahead and drop my scrap off after backing olmost all the way off the scale. After dumping my scrap I pulled around to the front of the building and asked the lady at the window where I was supposed to take my aluminum cans. She then Informed me that they were closed and would not take them. What type of scrap yard turns away metal? I informed her I was new to their location and did not know exactly where I was supposes to take everything and she tells me she didn't know because she didn't ask me. At this point I'm upsetband just take the money for the scrap and leave. I will got to the scrap yard in fishersville from now on, they have better prices and far better customer service. Recycle management is the absolute worst scrap yard I have ever seen. Do not go there.
