This Scrap Yards corresponds to the category of Used auto parts store.
Nice people that work there and they don’t mind helping you with questions.
Have had poor customer service ad if I was bothering them with my questions on cost of parts could have a little more Knowledge of the products they offer. Brought in a battery to look for a used one on the shelf and could not tell me if they had a match or not (didn't know what to look for.)
Excellent prices, a good membership program, and great selection of vehicles
A great place to get Auto Parts pick up parts to help for workers and good attitudes
The staff was extremely courteous both on the phone and in person. When the tow truck driver came to our house, he was concerned about disrupting things in our yard and was very friendly! He actually took great care when loading our junk hearse....treated it like a new car. If I ever have the need to remove a vehicle I will only call this pic n pull. They deserve 20 stars in my opinion!
Great service and peaple are friendly.
Get all those expensive body panels and head lights on the cheap! Just be sure to bring your tools and lookup online to make sure they have the car you're looking for (chances are, they will)
This is the best place to buy used Auto parts. The cars are in rows and on stands so is easy to locate the vehicle you're looking for. If you jump online you can search to see if your vehicle is in the yard. The prices are the cheapest in town, especially when they do half of weekends. All yards should follow this business approach.
They DON'T..when I say DONT I mean DO NOT answer the phones.... terrible service....
Pretty cool you can look up online what cars they have. Be sure to go there quick as parts and cars can be stripped fast! It get 5 stars but you gotta pay to enter now, didn't used to be that way
Understaff.... Expect to wait forever just to get in. Or to have your phone call answered.
Nice people big yard, I came to get a spare and found one that fits my minivan. Didn't take me too long and they let me borrow the tool to remove it. I'll be coming back to sell them my truck that I'm junking. They know the procedure and told me exactly what I needed to do, all the documents required and even gave me a quote for how much they'll give me for it. All I need to do is sign the title and schedule the pickup time. They also give veterans discounts, 10%
Was a bit upset because I called y'all before I drove all the way down there and asked if you had what I was looking for and needed first I sat on the phone for an hour, then got disconnected. I called back same person answered and got upset and used any snotty and angry tone. I was told I'm not going to find it any faster if you hang up and call right back, because then I have to stop looking to answer the phone. This time please stay on the line. 45 minutes later he got back on the phone and said yes we have several in the yard. I drove an hour and a half went from one end of your yard to the other not only was not several there wasn't even any of the type of vehicle I enquirered about. What a waste of my time money and gas.
You can always find something there
Spent half a day pulling some audio wiring my new stereo installation only to find the price nearly matched retail at 60$ , if I wanted to pay that for an amplifier wire kit id go to car toys Found what I needed at a competitor yard for 7$
Worst place ever!! Horrible customer service! I agree with the other posts, dark haired over weight chick is RUDE!!
customer service is non existant. i tried calling several times and their line is always busy. drove all the way there from Portsmouth just to find out that they don't have the vehicle i need. i would not suggest this place to any person looking for a specific part.
Terrible experience poor customer service. Larger Lady with dark brown hair shouldnt work in a customer service job. NEVER returning bec of this lady's attitude.
Amazingly well organized and arranged for a junkyard. Great place for replacement parts for all brands of cars
Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.
Easy to check online if the car you need is in the yard. Vehicles are raised for easy access to the underside. Great prices on parts. Come early so you can use the available wheelbarrows that are provided. Bring your own tools. No jack's. No cutters. No torches. Other rules apply. Check website for details.
Very good place to shop for used parts, very helpful staff!
Poor business customer service. I returned their used tires 2 of them as that's all that was needed, within 3 days cuz per their receipt "get professional installment" so I did that and their 175/65r14s did not fit the vehicle which had all other 175/65r14s on it. So I purchased used tires from that installer. Go to return at Pick n Pull and they refused to give me my money said its a tire for tire exchange and I have absolutely no use for these whatsoever they weren't driven on they weren't even used from my purchase. Absolutle horrible buisness for customer service. I never go to pick n pull and after this horrible experience and not returning my money rightfully. They will never have my business. AVOID THIS STORE FOR TIRES THEY DONT REFUND YOU! The so called "manager" of this store a Marina or Marnie, was a very rude lady toward me had attitude and tone and an all around screw you customer persona. Very poor experience.
Overpriced, charges you for every little thing. Almost cheaper to just buy a parts car
Buy parts here when needed if they have what i need. Cheaper way to get parts and its a clean yard. Prices cheap but they get you on the back side with environmental fees and core charges. Not great deal on common parts but you can really make out on in demand or rare parts....if you find them there.
Friendly staff. The yard has lanes that are marked making it easy to find vehicles.
Very pleasant experience everyone was so nice even the other customers that were there.Getting a tool kit rewards card is a must in order to save even more.
Love it going back ....orginized ....freindly..... Helpful ..... And have like a yard seal looking section got a purse and tennis rackets along with other stuff
I was able to replace the window, track and motor in my Durango for less than $50. Thanks Pick-n-pull. Lol
Great staff and the yard it well organized and all the vehicles are already up on blocks ready to go! It's my new favorite place!
A large number of vehicles in the yard to find what I wanted. Worth calling them to see if they can help you too.
I love this place I call it the happiest place on earth and I don't mean Disney land lol great customer service great layout !
Great place for parts, check prices first.
Usually good for small hard to find parts like this coil connector.
Found good parts....friendly helpful staff.
Went in today and the cashier Brittany and manager Tom I think we're amazing were very helpful and courtous made sure I was satisfied and helped to ensure I was a return customer I also introduced myself and let the manager know I had applied to work there and looked forward to working with them he took my info and said he would call corporate and have my application send to him for review and let me know about an interview awesome people awesome place would recommend it to everyone
The driver had a 4 hour window 12pm-4pm 2 hours late with no phone calls to anyone to inform them of the delay
Very helpful staff.
Great place to find all the little, or big, pieces to fix your car like new!
They tried to charge us $75 for a bumper and a wire that we had to pull off the van. Totally ridiculous how much they were trying to charge for not doing anything.
Expensive, for pulling the parts yourself....I think it’s expensive. Staff there was friendly & helpful. Which made it a little less painful experience.
It's like a grown ups candy store I love it
Love this place. Great for the aspiring mechanic.
I went to buy a part from the Arlington yard and was quoted multiple prices. I complained to their corporate office and had a follow up with the local manager. All I got was an oops and I'm sorry. Don't trust them or their corporate owners, they simply do not care about being honest or up front. This is a poorly run company that doesn't care about getting it right or how customers are treated.
Went to dealer to get a spare Donut for the car but the dealer said they no longer make it. Went here and got one in pretty good shape for fifteen bucks. Can't beat it.
Visited this Pick n Pull while visiting family nearby. Staff and prices were much better than at the LKQ empire that bought out almost all of our junkyards in Baltimore. Only downside is that there aren't nearly as many LS-based GM trucks than at LKQ, but that's nit-picking and can't really be helped. Also nice not seeing as many rust buckets as i'm accustomed to. Staff are nice and helpful, yard and parking lot is clean. Watching jets fly over from Oceana is cool too.
Parts selection is good but... THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! So there is no way of knowing if they have a pulled part ahead of time.
Always great place for 70's to 90's auto and truck parts prices are SET per part but some parts its cheaper to buy new ones
Received multiple answers from 3 different people. Each time I tried to sell a vehicle, staff treated me with disdain and disrespect, and was not helpful one bit. There was no reason for them to be as unhelpful and uncooperative as they were. Ended up selling my vehicle to a different local scrap yard which was more than willing to be helpful. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.
Great place to find parts
They pay peanuts for your car and charge top dollar for a couple of pieces of plastic they do have a good invintory personally the worker at check out are rude arrogant and scared of losing a job because of the corporate leaders scab work ethics to make money they won't give a break on 2 bits to. Or let you slide
Good selection!
I really appreciate that the staff was super patient with me. I had never been to a yard for parts before and they answered all my stupid questions and were extremely helpful - even the other customers were willing to give some guidance on the process of entering, retrieving parts, and exiting. I was nervous/intimidated to go to a yard and it was a relief that everyone was so friendly. Part prices were kind of high in my opinion - even damaged body panels were comparable to brand new ones ordered online. I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted (I settled for the wrong color because I was in a hurry to fix my car) but I'd definitely recommend to other newbies with a small DIY repair project.
Best placr around Snohomish County for pre-loved auto parts. You pull only, but there's a way through their website to find an independent to pull it for you. The cars are all on blocks or old rims and GENERALLY very stable so you can crawl on, over, under the hulks to get your goldmine part. If you are removing and engine or transmission they have gantry cranes you can move into place to lift them up and out. Pretty cool contraptions with overhead hand-operated hoist and rolls on old spare tires with rims and 4-wheel steering. Why only 4-stars? The hulks are on asphalt slabs but the ground between the slabs is lower than grade and dirt. The dirt is covered in rainwater, oil sheen, radiator coolant and whatever else is dripped from the hulks. It's less than desirable on a rainy day, so bring waterproof boots and a change of socks.
One of the better junkyards you can go to in the area, fairly clean and always loaded with vehicles. They almost always have exactly what I need.
They had the part I needed and way below everybody else's price.also nice people working there.
Always enjoy going to this Pick-n-Pull the staff is very friendly and the yard is very clean
Good place to find car parts. They provide wheel barrels and a sink with soap when your finished. Greatly appreciated that. Good pricing also. I walked out with $300 worth of stuff for only $80.
The only drawback is $4.00 per person to go back to find and get what you need otherwise very organized. Vere reasonable pricing.
Great place to find affordable use parts if you willing to get dirty
keep an eye out for this character
It is what it is. The yard was at least easy to get around in. It would be nice if the entrance and exit lines didn't converge. It made it difficult to get the large cart I used out and back in. I think they may have been understaffed.
The only thing this place has going for it is it's staff. EXTREMELY high prices! Like almost double what other places charge and they also charge silly fees no one else charges. I wish the staff would find better jobs because you can tell they are good people working for a HORRIBLE company. I guess that's why they are understaffed ALL the time.
I called before driving to make sure they had the car I wanted parts from. They said they had five in the yard. I drove an hour and paid the lady the entrance fee. Then she tells me that she doesn't have any of the car I need in the state. Well that's ok accidents happen. Then she refuses to give me my entrace fee back. I have never been so blatantly cheated out of money. I will never return to this place. Your much better off buying new parts online. Good luck and happy shopping.
9 out of 10 times i always get the part I'm looking for....great customer service.
Looking for a good deal on used auto parts this is the great place to be I love this place it's like Walmart for men LOL
Selection isn't always the greatest but the prices are awesome.
Clean for a junkyard, the yard is labeled nicely and prices are really fair.
Always got what I need and big selection id almost every car and year.
I.T. Is the BEST .
They have independent parts pullers which is helpful when you are handicapped like me, whom you pay separately from Pick N Pull, or, you can pick it yourself. 16 with ID and up in the yard only. Very very pleasant experience. No cash returns but you can return a part for future credit. Umm... what else. . Oh. And they do have core charge returns. I think that's it. Seems like a fun place to be if you wanna learn about parts of your car without effing your own car up. LOL.
Great place to go to when you need a hard to find or super expensive part, I believe the name has changed to FOSS, but on Google maps it still says Pick n Pull for current location of the place. Last time I was there it cost $2.00 to get in and then price of the part, Not bad good for the consumer.
99.9% of the time they have everything I need. Staff are friendly and helpful
Great place to get parts
Called ahead to confirm part by the time I got there 2 hours later they had pulled the row for disposal so we traveled 30 minutes for nothing. They great thing is their customer service was excellent and tried to help every way they could.
This wrecking yard has a good selection of cars to pull parts from and their inventory changes frequently. Definitely the place to find used parts for your automobile. Join their club to get specials via email.
Was very bad bad employee at check out always here people in line talking about this rude employee when I’m un lucky enough to get her waited 25 minutes to buy a window washer fluid resivore 22.00 after waiting for her to get done searching the guy,s toolbox in front of me for 10 minutes asked why so much the other guys was 12.00 well she said it has a extra fluid pump expect this when you go to the Arlington pick and pull ! I’ve had galls that were great there watch out for the hag!
Good place. Very clean for a parts yard.. Nice people. Helpful for the most part..
They always have what I need to here. When I go here it's like my own heaven.
They had what we needed. In and out with the part, easy peasy. I didn't go into the junk yard with my husband, only the office because they charge 2 bucks to do that.
Pick N pulls a great place where you can find parts for your car be sure to take a mechanic with you if you don't know what you are doing for the simple fact you have to pull your own part but that's not a bad thing due to the prices being so cheap also they always have specials going on where you can get your parts half off also if your part doesn't work they will let you bring it back to exchange it or give you a credit towards another part great place to go if you ever need work done to your car
Always a great place to stop by for cheap car parts
The staff was pretty helpful. They have a very wide variety of vehicles there and are fairly well organized. They were a touch on the spendy side. Over all, a pleasant experience.
It was great only lack a few more pieces
Super, Super Happy with Pick & Pull Arlington. I got what I’ve been planning and needed for my classic truck. And got it for 50% off! And the staff are always super cool with me. And I pick up some super rare and expensive on the internet, pair of tail light lenses, again 50% off!! I have a super stressful job and enjoy working on the truck I inherited from my father. Pick & Pull really is a valued business. Thank you for making an old car guy happy
I went there to fix my windshield on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner. The service was quick and the workers professional. There was a small scratch on the bottom that I noticed an hour or two afterwards. I sent them a photo to verify the problem and without issue they replaced it the next day. Would definitely recommend as the price was better than my insurance company’s suggestion.
Very friendly ladies that work in the office. For a junk yard they keep it well organized and a safe yard.
Love going to pick n pull, so much better than most places
Wonderful place. The walmart of junk yards
Had what i need at a great price. Ill be coming back when i need more parts or tires
Let you know after I pick up my merchandise that is on hold, paid for, tomorrow!
Gone there two times after I called and they told me they had the car I was looking for, then I get there and they tell me they didn't have it in the system. They made me waste my gas time and money screw pick n pull will never use them again
Convenient layout. Staff was nice. Cheap price.
Nice place for parts, but starting to get expensive
They have what I need. But the service isn't good. I don't like being hung up on when I call during regular hours and there's no reason to be rude to a regular customer who rarely takes up any of their time anyways. And I've definitely heard them talking about very un work related things such as drugs and sex. I keep to myself but I definitely will not say it's a pleasant visit every time. They shouldn't make people feel like an inconvenience and remember that they're being paid to be there. Anyways like I said. They have parts there so if they're the only one with what I need I'll go there. But these employees could learn a thing or two about being good people in society and knowing how good business is handled. I hope 2016 is a better year at this location and that it can be a more pleasant visit each time going forward.
Horrible counter person, said I was stealing the freshly painted hinge I brought in for comparison!
Recently visited and purchased a transmission, (unbelievable price) Was also able to purchase a 1 year warranty for $30. Great place when you need parts for a very reasonable price.
Probably the worst self service yard I have been to. It took them almost ten min to check me into the yard, there was one customer in front of me and two cashiers. It took even longer to buy the part. I ended up leaving the part on the counter as it was cheaper to buy new. I highly recommend trying out NW in Machias or 360 also in Machias. It may cost a little extra fuel to get there but I guarantee it will be cheaper and their service is better.
Jay I am very disappointed at your manager liz at the smokey point picknpull we were dropping off a car and brought in all the paper work title/bill of sale all transferred and dated and she told us to have the owner to come in with his I'd we were there for more than 2 1/2 hours and she told us she wouldn't take the car we were also dropping the car off for FREE she made it a point she wasn't paying us for the car very rudely we run 4 different classes at evergreen speedway and we always need parts it's really nice having a close place by BUT I GOT TO SAY WE WONT BE BACK!!we will take our business to nw auto recyclers and one star is way to much for rating it should -0 stars
Great place to go if you need cheap parts for your vehicle. Really came through for me I needed a starter for my Ranger and didn't have money to buy a new one. They had 3 Rangers on the lot and a mustang they said would work as well. They can tell you interchangeable parts which is amazing!
Helpful and friendly staff. 99% of your interaction is at the counter haha so pretty easy to maintain 5 stars as long as your staff is respectful. Inventory is in a constant state of change and as things are picked obviously they become limited.
Nice conditions nice cars to choose from
Great variety of cars and parts are really reliable and have a great exchange policy if the part doesn't work
They treat you like a thief on the way in then rip you off on the way out the women at the counter are rude and lazy especially the Big one with dark hair ( going grey) pony tail - SEA COW - ,we were quoted a price on a tailgate but after all the work to remove it when we went to pay for it the price was raised 25 bucks the young man who quoted the price was standing right their, they should have more integrity and also hire people with basic manners... also they assured me they would respect my email and not send spam-- LIARS--. the owner \ manager should pay more attention to these one star reviews and make some pr improvements, they also made a big deal on opening the doors so we could get the tailgate out... again the manager \owner should have a meeting with the rude women working the counter, very disappointing . I THINK THEY SUCK!! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY
We had agreed upon a sale price of 160 dollars today. They said they would show up between noon and 4. They showed up at 5 and gave my wife a check for 125 dollars. Not what we agreed upon. I tried to call the office and was told because she took the check there is nothing that can be done. I live 5 minutes from thus place and received the check 10 minutes ago. Yet everything is final? Give me a break. Over 35 dollars they will be exposed.what a horrible way to do Bussiness and treat people.
Nice place, and I liked the layout. Everything was easy to find and they even print you out a slip for the part/vehicle you're looking for. Will be back again.
Great place and very well organized, it is not like all those other salvage yard, pick n pull is very nice.
Great place to get OE parts for a fraction of the cost.
I'm always there getting parts never had any issues friendly staff...
Good selection of vehicles to pull parts from. I rarely leave without what I came for
Good place to get inexpensive parts for your car. Found a headlight assembly I needed and hood struts in good condition, all for a cheap price. It's like a treasure chest with a wide array of makes and models. Wheel barrows for your convenience and heavy duty hand wash to clean yourself up afterwards. Friendly and helpful service.
Easy to get in and out because there are organized and the prices are great
It would be nice if someone could run a registered here, and if you call because you had to leave your stuff behind, because they took too long to ring you up, it would be nice if someone could actually answer the phone and talk
For pulling your own parts you pay way too much anymore
It was beautiful they had everything I needed
It's a good wrecking yard reasonable priced
Wide selection that can be easily checked online before heading up there. Staff is always friendly and you can save a heap of money getting your parts here.
Great place to get cheap parts if you know how to remove them. My go to for spare parts. Their website has their inventory and the people working there are usually kind enough to look up the vehicle you are looking for. $2 to look and browse.
The experience of going to a junk yard was reflective. PNP was well organized, staff was helpful, and the part I needed was effective and it did fit my vehicle. What a life saver. Thank you PNP.
Good layout. Newer cars are coming. Engine hoists and wheel barrows are supplies. $2 entrance fee and waiver signature required to enter. Well laid out and good selection.
Okay had a lady that was going to sell me a car for 750 bucks actually it was a little SUV okay so she goes to get it inspected for me and it fails for $2,700 worth of stuff calipers rotors brakes rack and pinion Tire windshield light bulbs windshield wiper blades crazy amount of stuff the lady calls me back and tells me I can have the car for free since it needs so much work if I just want to fix it ..... Here's where the actual review comes in I spent $90 and about 45 minutes at Pick-n-Pull and got all the parts I needed to pass inspection now I am mechanically inclined and I'm pretty fast with my tools but anybody can strip parts off it's normally putting them on that's hard so with that said$2,700 worth of repairs for 90 bucks this place will always have five stars from me the only weird part about it is you have to pay $2 just to get in the yard and that's to even see if they have what you're looking for but their stock and amount of junk cars they have and the condition of the cars they have are all awesome and great
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the information that was needed
Went with my son to get parts for a VW. Very well organized, good help, they have discounts and member specials.
Great customer service had what I needed pulled part fine coming back again!
The website info was correct. And the lot is very organized so i was able to quickly find what i was looking for. $2 admittion, bring ur own tools, & wear boots.
Staff is very unprofessional and unkind. Don’t understand why they are so unkind when they are paid to sit there and help you.
Great selection of vehicles which are raised off the ground. Also some nice vehicles for sale at reasonable prices.
These are Great People..returned not needed part even after 30 days and they still gave me the Credit for it...Thanks Michael and Staff
Workers give you attitude for no reason, stupid entry fee. They sell broken cars for ridiculous prices.
Poor costumer service, the lady in the front has a very poor attitude when dealing with costumers, Mirna, Míriam, can't remember her name but I can bet people already report her in the past. Lynnwood in the other hand have pretty good people on the front, very helpful and respectful.
It's a junk yard but a great one!
Good yard to find that one part you need to finish your whip
Pick and Pull is my favorite place to find used auto parts.
Management is terrible. This place needs to get it together.
I have so much fun going here i love finding parts I need for our ford explorer and what a great deal they are
Great place very organized go get your own stuff
Really a great place. Staff is very nice, prices are just the best.
Good place to buy used auto parts
They had what I needed for a reasonable price. I would go there again. Don't forget to bring your own tools. And if you are not sure what you are doing maybe watch a YouTube video or ask a friend to help you.
Cool place. Nice clean yard. And they had like 5 grand ams I could choose from. The day I went they where having a 50 % off sale
I got sprayed in the eyes some months ago Still seeing my doctor because my eye are giving me trouble , management contact me once to see how I was doing due to them not removing all the Freon from the cars Which by law . So be careful out there with them A/C Lines .
Cheap prices and super easy to get around. Lot was well organized.
Good selection of cars, staff is occasionally willing to help you find what you want in the yard depending on how their day is going
Paid to get in and drove over an Hour to get there! parts listed they had in stock but wernt there waist of time gas and entry fee
Good prices . I have a 78 car and they get older cars in . Easy to get at the cars.
I love coming here Very good employees
Great prices and huge selection
Found what I needed at a great price
Great pick and pull lots of Honda, Nissan, Chrysler, Ford and GM. No Saab but still had a great time.
Good prices and friendly staff this place is great
Had a lot of inventory to choose from. The parts would have easily been over $400 new, so less than $65 was almost a steal
I love junk yards. It's like a giant car thrift store. Prices are very reasonable and they supply a wheel barrow to carry your parts
Kate and Catherine were super helpful. Particularly Kate who went well 'above and beyond' what I expected to supply me wth detailed info over the phone about a couple of vehicles because I was coming from quite a distance for the parts. Thank you Kate. Catherine identified other Pick-n-Pull locations between Washington and California that likely had a hard-to-find part for my vehicle. Great service! Thanks to you both.
Rude manager! I used one of their carts to carry my toolbox and 2 rotors. I came in to pay and was called a thief for taking the cart. I thought she was kidding, no sign on the cart that its "store use only" how am I suppose to know. Im at counter next to check out and she wants me to get a wheel barrow to transfer my stuff to..what? I'm next I'm now carrying my tool box and 2 rotors . she kept saying I stole the cart and called another girl to "steal it back" then helped people after me in line saying I'm not listening.I'm holding the rotors and my tool box at the register why do I have to get a wheel barrow? It makes no sense. I'm trying to check out, then she used the word stole again for the 5th time and that was the last straw. I said forget it keep your rotors and I tried to leave and she is yelling at me we have to check your tool box. Now my tool box is a little seat box you can sit on. You can't put much in it, let alone car parts. So I showed them my tools and left. If you have a special cart you do not want customers to use then maybe put a sign on it? You go out the door to the yard how are you suppose to know which ones you can use? I assumed they are all for customer use. And good customer service is not yelling at customers and calling them a thief. You already had your special cart emptied so stop harassing your customer by making them go get a wheel barrow when I'm just trying to check out. I will never return here again. Reviews are right the large "B" manager has zero customer skills and she needs to be replaced.
These prices here are great. What a great savings.
Usually a good selection of the average Vehicles out there. if you're looking for something rare and exotic chances are you're not going to find it here
A waste of time they are rude unknowledgeable when you pull apart off it will charge you for every single item. They do not know how to look up parts. They overcharge. Core charges on junk? Environmental fees? Hail the parts I got I told them they can keep them I did not pay for them and I bought the same stuff online cheaper with a warranty. Don't go there.
Got the parts I needed for a GREAT price
I have been going to this location in VA Beach for 5 years. Very clean recycle yard with good/ up to date inventory for how small it is. I do want to put on blast Amanda & Fredrick. Multiple times I have been there near the end of their shifts and they are extremely helpful and polite. Have been in customer service my whole life and they shine in that category. Don’t call.. search online for what you need and stop by, enjoy the adventure.
This to me is just a fun place to go and tinker around. I used to build engins and transmissions he'll rebuild whole cars from these places long time ago before on board computers got put all over every rig. For literally every system it's just not worth the money but still fun to go here with friends to see what is new and maybe there in need of a part
Priced right, place is looking better than it did a year ago.
Great staff! Fun going out with my husband and spending a day pulling parts we needed.
They didnt have what i needed. But gave a name and phone # to who might. Great customer service.
Super easy and the people are nice. Resonable prices! Got a window for 20 bucks. Their website is a little confusing. I couldn't find a price for just a window and I was expecting to pay 40 bucks.
Not many options... Although the wonderful staff really makes you feel like lowlife scum, that's always good. Kinda like the DMV and a metermaid we're squished together and dumped here.
Lots of good stuff. Reasonable prices.
Love this place, but if you want to know what they have look on the website. Some cars aren't on the ticket they print out to you in store for some reason. Also dont even try to call, if someone answers it's like you've found a unicorn
Wide variety of makes& models. Picked what i needed pulled what i didn't. Overall , moderate satisfaction. Now to see if these parts truly fit..... Wish me luck....
Awesome place for parts! Was looking for one part, after searching all over Virginia Beach, Pick and Pull has the part! Highly recommend!
The parts are great;just not the human help
I love it I'm diy person and it was just amazing
Inventory never matches on the computer. Italy never find what they say they have.
Love this place. Since nothing says it anywhere, the admission fee is $2.00.
Big yard and plenty to choose from, very constant rotation of vehicles. It's under the flight path of a military airfield so regular fighter jets overhead. Super cool BUT SUPER LOUD. If you aren't used to loud noises, bring ear pro or something.
I almost always find what I need. As long as you're nice the staff is great
Never been to a pick and pull before. Not a bad set up. Don't bring your kids they don't let them go out to the vehicles. Cars are on blocks so you can get at everything. Bring your own tools to remove what you need. They have inventory of what vehicles they have just not what has been salvaged off of them. Located by Smokey point Wal-Mart. Staff was friendly when I went.
Love this place. I could live here with the crackheads and listen to jets roar overhead. There's no hassle. You can look up the car before you get there or call and there isn't somebody telling you can't have a rubber grommet unless you buy the whole system part of the car for $300. I don't see why anyone would say they hate the service. Brother you are the service -> "Pick-n-pull"
As long as you know what you're doing, it's an awesome place to get used car parts.
Great selection of used parts and good customer service
I absolutely love pick n pull. I seriously cannot express how many times I have saved money and time by getting my own parts and putting them on myself. It's a great place to go for any minor repairs or parts you might need.
It's up to you to know what's compatible for your vehicle. Their cross referencing program is basic and not correct if there is more then one option for your model.
Great place. Easy to navigate. Helpful staff.
Awesomenessly Awesome. Great place i like it.
Bring your tools and pull your own part for cheap. Or use some of the yard pullers to pull your part for you. Good deals at a fraction of the cost.
Very nice woman working there, except the guy I think his name is Mike is an ass.... The yard is very well laid out, I mean it is a junk yard but it is very easy to find the car types that you need and the woman was very helpful. I'd give 4 stars, but that Mike guy needs a little customer service training.
Decent place to get used car parts. Auto salvage yard with a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. Prices are lower than others because you pick your own parts from the vehicles, which cuts out the middle man. $2 entrance fee, but still worth it. It's a small price to pay for the value your getting. I would recommend this place to others for a more affordable option for the automotive parts you need.
It's great if they got what you need and it's cheaper than buying from the stores also 2 dollar admission
I didn't have a problem at all and they had great customer service
Love that place, valve cover for $12 bucks...
Much more organized than a junk yard, and the staff are friendly
How can you not enjoy a morning at a wrecking yard!!! People are friendly and easy to find the car you are looking to pull from.
The graveyard for automobiles is Spacey so more than likely you find what you need
Always good prices. Helpful staff. Vehicles easy to get to.
The worst experience pulling from a vehicle. As a female disabled military personnel they refused to help me whatsoever they expected me to carry a hood two doors a tailgate and a bumper at the same time through a small glass door they refused to let me take my trailer to the gate but once I saw someone else load a bed on a trailer through the gate it was ok. After waiting 45 minutes in line to pay they told me to go to the back of the line cause she wasn’t ready for me yet. I have never been so disrespected. The only reason you got one star is because at the end of the day I actually got the parts for a decent fair price.
My favorite wrecking yard! Way cleaner than the Lynnwood one (you can actually get under the vehicle to work on it without floating in a cold oily tidepool...) But BOTH STAFFS are awesome
Place where you dnt waite time
Called them to sell my car with a junk vehicle affidavit and they said no you need a title isn't that the same thing?
If you own an older car this is definite a must to add to your repair and maintainance go-to. Especially if you're a Hands-On person. You go in and you take off the parts yourself and are charged for them when you leave. Most of the staff's price thing is pretty reasonable and its definately worth the trip
Good prices for used car parts.
Good trip found What I needed
Always a good place for car parts
Everything I need for every car I have in 1 place!!! Some ECM's for newer Caddy's will be unavailable though due to the high demand of engine removals. Remember, the early bird catches the worm! FYI: DON'T SLEEP ON THEIR GOOD DEALS & YEARLY SPECIALS!
Horrible customer service I will never come back no stars
Considering how little they buy cars for, I find their prices absolutely absurd. Most things aren't even recycled, so to charge a core charge on almost everything, be it a buck or two, is highway robbery when you consider most people wont bring back a broken core for so little OR their core isn't even broken! Many parts they sell can actually be bought new or refurbished for the same price with a little searching, but don't worry... because if you drive a somewhat rare car that they happen to only have one of, and you buy a used part from that car that doesn't work... they won't give your money back. Instead they'll give you a "credit" so you can exchange parts off another car... oh but the only other similar car is in a picknpull across the state... I do absolutely everything I can to avoid ever supporting a business with such an off-beat moral compass.
Weekly favorite... like a playground for guys. Love going with my girl and watching her do her thing that she loves.
Great deals on my old truck parts
The tow truck driver never showed up today. I was just in the office yesterday and confirmed the pick up time of some where between Noon - 4 pm. April 16th. Talked to a gal in the office at 3:25 who confirmed the the appointment again.
Was quoted $45 for a ecu with a $5 core charge, went to pay and it totalled $65 and change, you do the math. "No cash returns" needs to be on their website. I didn't find out until I had already purchased the ecu.
This place is very organized and inexpensive compared to other junk yards
Perfect 4 parts
Car parts. You need them, you go find them and pull them off.. Kinda fun if you have the time. Prices are not bad either. Don't forget there is a small fee to get in and don't forget your tools!!
Well organized. People are pretty respectful of not destroying things to get the 1 part they need. Inventory is changed/ updated enough
Happy people everywhere!
The lot seemed a little low on cars but I've never had a bad time there.
I enjoy coming here, but I'm aggravated from my recent experience. About a month ago I was given a paper credit on receipt paper and told to treat it as cash. Knowing my self I took a picture of it and I put it with my cash in my wallet. While on vacation in Florida, went on a water ride at Bush Gardens. When I spent my cash that was next to my credit receipt, I noticed all the ink from the paper receipt had transferred over to my money, and I was left with a blank piece of receipt paper. When I showed the picture I had taken, of the receipt, I was told pick-n-pull no longer accepts pictures of receipts. I explained, I didn't ask for the credit to be printed a month ago, the employee then looked up my account, but was unable to print a duplicate slip. I feel the employees did try to the best of thier abilities, but are limited to what corporate supplies them.
Love these guys. Great people. Very helpful. Keep up the good work!
I LOVE PICK-N-PULL! Huge selection, good/okay prices (better than stores!)
Because we were there looking for stuff and had to leave because people were smoking pot out there and my fiance is highly allergic to it and couldn't breath
This place was immaculate when it first opened as pull a part, since Pick n Pull took over you can tell cleanliness is their least priority. It is however, a junk yard so it doesn't need to be pretty to get the job done. Their online pricing is vague to say the least and they always err on the side that makes the most money. Parts are always upgraded to the most expensive. Wait for 50% off days to save money.
Horrible shop!!! My friend took her alternator there to try and find a match and didn't see the sign that says "no outside parts brought in" and, thus, got charged $35 for her alternator upon leaving, as they wouldn't believe it belonged already to her.
Great selection of older vehicles. Found what I needed for a 91 Ford and the only place who had a compatible Subaru.
You always find what you are looking for and stuff you didnt realize you need it or wanted
They will NOT answer the phone ever; so don't bother calling. Never sell a vehicle to them, because you can get way more selling on Craigslist. Usually a limited selection of vehicles that turns over very fast. Prices are a good bit higher than Chesterfield Auto, but PNP is this biggest in town so you don't have much choice. The staff is friendly and they will loan you a tool if you forgot to bring something.
Didnt end up having the piece I needed but that is how it works sometimes but the layout an ease of access to the vehicles was great an so was the customer service from both the younger woman an the older woman that were working the entrance an exit will definitely return
Love the clock npluck
Top of the line service
For such a small lot there seems to be an abundance of vehicle makes and models for all your needs. Best price on head and tail lamp period! Highly recommend to all do-it-yourself mechanics.
Got a great deal
My first time visit! Very I teresting and what great way to sell used auto parts. Just like thesign reads, "Pick and Pull". The really great part is they this gentleman at the desk who will help you determine what you need and if they have that product on their lot. Not only is this gentleman a very nice person, he's using a great computer program that identifies all the parts of any vehicle and if they have it. Great time saver wouldn't you say? "Yes"!!! Thanks 'Pick and Pull'!! See ya next trip!
I'm always in this place and I have had no problems with the people that work there and they all have great customer service skills. I love going into the yard and getting the parts I need. THANKS PICK-N-PULL
Love this place...would tell all to go here. Its orderly, always have a good stock of cars, just...go...go and see the amazingness lol
Great place for used car or truck parts...
Excellent prices for any used auto parts you need.
It was great. I be back. I own 4 older cars.
Prices has gone up they offer a warranty now witch is stupid like a power window motor u can buy one online cheaper and now its 2 bucks to go look around
Love this place. I've been coming here for years.
They now Charge almost the same price for used part as for a new part. I bought a used brake drum for $22.95. Including some bogus $1.89 environmental fee Amazon has one for $23.50 brand new. Next day. The only reason I'm here is because I needed it today. Otherwise I would have ordered it from Amazon
If ur not purchasing brand new ur most likely a lil tight on cash. I have bn unexpectedly thrown some ridiculously high prices of course depending on the part, and the vehicle. All in all they are fair.
Great prices but inventory tracking could use improvement.
Find anything you need, good prices
Alot of good parts.
Has a lot of junked cars but there are lots of useful parts on the ground that other junkies like to throw on the ground to get it outta the way. These parts, in turn, end up being useless as they get trampled upon or broken. Best bet is to find out when they get a new shipment of vehicles and get in there before all the degenerates get there and make an even BIGGER mess of things (if that's even possible at a junkyard). :)
They didn't look up the part for us and let us know if it was there or not they just let us know the vehicle was there. They had us pay to get in just to walk all the way to the vehicle and find out that, that was the only part missing. They then sent us to Lynnwood and told us it was there guaranteed. We drove all the way there and also paid to get in for the part that was promised to be there only for it to be the wrong year so not compatible. It would be better if they kept a better tab on inventory and were willing to look parts up for you to let you know if they are there or not.
For a "junkyard" it's very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I saw a couple with a service dog in dream the salvage yard today so they're definitely a handicap friendly place. Not sure what the dog was for but nobody had any problems with them taking the dog through. Other than that the yard is very well organized. There is a $2 per person entry fee for looking around and that's the only thing that kept them from getting five stars.
pretty much anything you need. Just do it yourself. Kinda fun!
Great junk yard but the line to checkout was long
As far as self service junkyards go Pick-n-Pull (formally known as U-Wrench-It) is definitely one of the better ones. Up front pricing, a decent selection of parts, and very knowledgeable employees make it my go to yard. Plus the online inventory makes it easy to figure out if they have a specific vehicle before you head out so you can cut down on unproductive trips. I have been coming here for many many years and I plan on continuing to come here for a long time.
Great had both cars I needed parts for and got them on a sale day at 50 percent off.
Prices are ok. Getting parts from here is fine. They're customer service is the absolute worst. I've gotten better service at the DMV. None of the employees care about you as a customer. Problem is this business will never die no matter how bad they treat their customers and they know it. There should be a system in place to force them to be better at this.
They helped out alot, look up the car. Gave me the location. Cheap way to fix your ride. Wear water proof Boots
This place is amazing. The staff for the most part are knowledgeable on all type of cars. Cheap entry fee of $2. Don't forget to bring your own tools and check their online inventory before showing up.
The staff is 2 star at best, but the biggest ripoff here: nearly every part has a “core charge” Electric fan? Core charge! Leaf spring? Core charge! And an inexplicable $11.51 environmental fee despite not purchasing parts that contact oil.
Great experience. Had everything I was looking this time. LOL
I really like Pick-Pull. The only reason for only for stars is because the price for parts is unknown to customers until they get to the counter to pay. It would save a lot of dread on my part if what I just labored to remove is not worth to me what they say. I understand they are in the business to make money and customers want to save money. Maybe if they post or disclose prices there would be competition for my money.
Found a lot of needles In cars. Pretty unsafe.
This place is great. Easy to get parts off of cars. Plenty of room between cars
Very little help. They stated they had two vehicles like the ones we needed parts from but when we got to them they were station wagons. Wrong cars.
Great selection of parts, knowledge from the workers
Customer service here is terrible. I went in to buy a throttle body, and asked the cashier the price. She says $40.99, so I spend 30 mins pulling the part and then when I go to buy it the manager in the back office tells me I have to pay for every little piece on it. Each sensor costs $27.99!! They treat you like you're a criminal trying to steal from them when they are the ones ripping you off. Why would I pay over $100 for a throttle body when they are all over eBay for half that. You are supposed to save money by pulling the part yourself, but they want to Nickel and dime for everything. She ended up just throwing it in a bucket and I'm sure it will end up never being sold. Good way to keep your customers coming back.
Nice layout. You basically pay to go in pull your own parts then pay for them.
As a first time customer I was very impressed how well organized the place was
good place too get parts for cars nd truxks nd vans
Ehh not really sure how to judge a junk yard, I wish the cars I went to were not as “picked” so I could “pull” what I needed. But as far as selection, fair amount of cars. Only thing I didn’t like was they stack each car on the steel rims from that exact car. For example if you went looking for a spare rim for your used car, very unlikely you will find it, because they stack each car on top of the rims it comes with. O yeah haha if your not a local you will probably at one point notice the jet noise (pretty intense)
I waited in line 35 mins until I was help, then. Had to wait an additional 29mins for the Guy at the desk to find some one to Pull my part, after an Hour I Walked out and the desk guy chased me down and still couldn't get me a Puller :( I was upset but I'll give them a benefit of the doubt I guess they were busy couldn't really verify that cause I didn't pay the $2 the get on to the junk yard I eventually had to drive to deep Suffolk the Bryant Motor sport . I was out in 30 mins at Bryant
Arlington pick n pull has courteous staff, clean parking lot, and salvage area is organized . This pick n pull location is my favorite for these qualities alone.
Clean establishment plenty of cars poor customer service very rude staff and out rages prices went for a window regulator paid $35 for it then looked online to see it was five dollars cheaper on line showed them and asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do it would not recommend going to this place definitely a rip off
This place has tons of cars to choose from and lots of parts on all those cars. They also have cars for sale at a very reasonable price. The employees are helpful and nice. The prices on the parts are very affordable, and easy enough to get out of the car; even if you only kind of know what you're doing.
Perfect place to find the parts you need
Almost everytime I've been there I have found what I was looking for, in and out in 30 minutes.
Great place n awesome prices... Friendly service and amazing employees.
Excellent service, found everything I needed
Looking for hard to find part on a mid/late 90's Subaru, online listed one finally. Always ALWAYS walk the section, you never know what they mid-level. Got the propeller shaft for this 1996 Impreza sedan off what they had listed as "1999 Outback Legacy", it was a 12/95 Outback Impreza. Their error worked in my favor, but be weary if on a budget... there is environmental fee(s), plan an extra $5-$10 over entrance fee/part/core.
They got what you need with good prices
Good selection, good prices on tires and good sales but most regular priced items are way over priced.
Needed a simple part, no tools required. Was turned away because I had my kid with me (in work boots). Came back with a sitter and was turned away 10 minutes before closing for something that would have takem less than 5 minutes to get.
There were parts everywhere ! I tripped over a metal round thing !! Someone should seriously go through the aisles and clean up all those little and big parts! from those Vehicles very dangerous there please if you are reading these posts go to the facility in Arlington it is unbelievable
OK place to buy car parts. Dangerous as they don't seem to keep the yard clean very well. Also very poorly understaffed especially for a 50% off weekend. Lines were way way way too long. Also they kept allowing people who left the line to come back in and skip it. If you leave a line you lose your spot, it's a pretty simple unwritten law. Please don't continue to allow this 'Pick and Pull'. You'll want to check the website to see if your car or a compatible year car is on the lot. Cars get picked through fast so if you have a very desired part you'll want to check daily and hit the car as soon as it hits the yard. The fee to enter the yard is now $2 per person. You can't return parts without them being marked for return at the point of sale and without your receipt (somewhat common knowledge). Also your return is only given to you as a credit towards a future purchase (pretty lame if you ask me). Do not wear good clothes when you come here. Even a simple easy part removal stands a good chance of your clothes getting ruined. You also need to bring your own tools.
Outstanding customer service. I would say they have a lot selection.
Very good experience. Found the part we needed and worked just fine. Thank you!
I don't visit Pick n pull very often. But when I do I always recommend this location over the hwy 99 location. Very helpful staff. The lot is much better organized and cleaner I like the concrete over gravel and dirt making climbing in and under vehicles much more pleasant. Prices of course are always great.
Great customer service.
Guy in the back has no manners and cars too close wont go again
Everything i needed ...and i like the new set up ....in there
Excellent, large selection and reasonable prices.
Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Favorite place to get parts or learn hot to disassemble a car
Never had any problems here
Good service! Got a starter out right in the nick of time thanks to an employee who is nice enough to help me at the end of his shift!
I have been to a lot of junkyard in my day. This place is so well oiled, I am afraid to put it in that category. They have the cleanest most organized facility I have ever been to. And the helpfulness of their people is without reproach. Becky always seems to have a good answer for my questions and Candace always points me in the right direction.
Worst service. In person or if you're trying to sell a car. For them to come out and pick up your car you must be at your home between 8:00 a.m. - 12pm or 12 to 4pm You must be present. I don't know too many people who have a working life that can be at their home from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Monday through Friday. And if you don't schedule it soon enough there's no way to get a Saturday and in that case you have to have a block of 4 hours available as well. Then they tell you you can bring your title into the lady in the office a she only works 8 to 4 as well. Terrible service I recommend nobody go there to buy parts or sell a car.
Nice people Clean place the cars are seating on the concrete not on the mud
A regular there. Cars are easy to find and the yard is kept up very nice. The employees are always ready to help.
Pick the right parts-pull some great helpers when needed. And with their knowledgeable staff with cross-references on nearly every vehicle part that was ever made, this is where you want to shop;especially on Federal holiday weekends, when great discount rates are offered. Though there are other yards in South Hampton Roads,pick-n-pull is worth the trip. Please bring tools.
When in for a mustang fender and left with a lot more for under $100.00 !
Be prepared. Got to know what you're looking for and bring your own tools. Research online before you go. Two bucks to get in. Bring a wagon if you plan on taking much home.Be aware that things get picked over pretty fast.
Great deals if you like to work on automobiles.
Good prices fairly organized very well-thought-out needs more inventory better get there fast if you know the vehicle you need parts off of is there they get picked over quick need a little better system inside at the counters cost $2 to get in and walk around per person but if they have the parts you need it's worth it
An awesome place to find used car parts or pieces for a project or just hang out.
Inventory low on useable parts.hidden 10$ environmental fee.so really costs 11$ not 1$ to use yard.
It's a junk yard, there's not too much to expect there. They do keep a pretty organized yard and good parts carts are available. The staff is hit and miss; normally fairly helpful but if they're having a bad day you'll be aware of it.
I love Pick N' Pull. Come here at least once a week. It's pretty much the grown man's playground- cars everywhere! You may not always find what you want or need, but in the defense of Pick N Pull, it is extremely hard to keep a proper inventory of what you have when people like to steal everything they can fit in their pockets. The customer service is pretty good, especially if you've got Eric (I think that's his name) or one of the girls that you are talking to. Pick N Pull is definitely my parts place of choice, and that's saying something, because I live right down the street from several other junk yards!
Good variety of vehicles to choose from and reasonable prices too!!
If you need 80's & 90's stuff they have lots. They do not keep listings for anything older than 1981 for their yard, you have to just go there and Pay your $2 Admission Fee, and go search yourself. 1 More thing to mention. If you do go there, Show some respect for them & other customers, who will possibly need that part you just broke, in order to get what you want. I witnessed many examples of this, everywhere I went on my search for 70's Chevy parts. Don't just dump a torque converter over, and let transmission fluid run all over the ground, like one jerk did while I was there. OUR PLANET DOSE NOT NEED MORE TOXINS IN OUR WATER TABLES. Happy Hunting to All you Googlers! Bud
I reserved 4 wheels and tires. They said they would call me when vehicle was moved inside. They did not. Vehicle wheels and tires disappeared. They said that one of their employees did their job incorrectly and separated rims from tires and sold them. Do not trust them in the reservation of parts....you must check on it daily and even then the part may "disappear". And all you get is an apology which doesn't help you desperately need those items.
They had exactly what I needed and the price was right
Super helpful and friendly employees! They didn't have the specific part I needed but were able to give me some leads on where I could find it.
Got what I needed at a good price
Very well organized with a large selection of vehicles. Staff is very quick and friendly.
I really love this place. I was able to find everything and more that I needed for my car. Saving me $500
They gave me a great price it helped me out a lot would recommend to anybody great staff
I've gone here a few times for parts for my GMC pickup, for a junkyard I think it could be a little cheaper generally but they commonly have steep sales for members that make you feel like you walked out having practically stolen your new parts so it balances out pretty well if you hit it at the right times. Careful thinking you can come back for something you've seen on one of your trips though, they have a pretty steady rotation to their stock, the upside of which is fresh vehicles on the regular to take whatever you need. It's a smaller yard than some I've been to but they manage it well. Would recommend especially if you have a 10-20 y/o vehicle you like to tinker with.
Great experience and fair prices! Fully furnished bathroom for ladies and a port a potty for the men. Nice handwashing station. Overall a very clean and friendly operation. My wife and I had a great day pulling parts. Tips:They have wheel barrows... if you get there early enough. If you bring your own cart, the bigger the wheels the better. The hard packed gravel is decent but it gets soft in a few places. As far as tools make sure you bring Torx bits and any tools you have lying around, you are gauranteed to pull some other parts you didn't expect to find.
Good selection. Nice and organized. Great service!
Large yard. Good selection. Limited staff at registers increasing waiting time for processing payments and merchandise.
