Always a great experience. I'm always calling for parts, and taking scrap to M an M. The service is great and very knowlegable, and they very rarely do not have a part that I need. If they don't have it, they can tell you where to get it. I gladly give them 5 stars.

One star is too much for this place. Based on my experience. Cashiers check is not accepted. They approved me to send it, and now after over a week, there’s no sale. I’m going some place else. Step it up m&m you lost a client this time.

I had a situation where a part I ordered did not fit and it turned out there were several variations of the part for that year. Stan did not give me any hassles returning it for a full refund plus my shipping. I was an out-of-state internet buyer, so I was expecting a lot of hassle ever getting a refund, but Stan honored his word and quickly processed my full refund without any follow up needed from me. Much appreciated guys and nice doing business with an ethical salvage yard.

Purchased an engine for use in a vehicle. Office staff members were helpful, had another employee drive me to the location in the yard where the donor vehicle was located. Jump started the donor car and showed how well it ran. Engine was pulled and ready for me the next day, they loaded it into my trailer with a forklift. Great wrecking yard value.

Called looking for a part that they said they had. Drove from waynesboro to BFE but when we got there they didn't have the correct part and they're attitude and customer service was horrible. I wouldn't waste your time.

Called this location, they stated they had the part we needed. Drove 40 mins to buy the part. Then when we got there, come to find out it wasn't the right part. Very rude customer service!

We are a used car lot in TN, and purchased parts for a 2018 Toyota Sienna(Stock #1808173). One rep said yes we can take a card over the phone. Transferred us to another rep that said no we do not accept cards over the phone, and asked us to send them a money order which was very out of the way, however we did what was asked. Took 3 days for them to receive the money order. Just for them to tell us sorry the parts are sold already. Waste of time!!!! Bad Business!!!!

Service was quick, Cory helped me find all the right parts matching up with Vin #, then ship it out right away. Price was fair! Love that they have newer model cars bc it's from test cars, compare to pick and pull that are old cars and can wait forever before a newer model car can come available. Love their service may visit their site for other parts.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! Ordered a Cylinder head from these guys and they sent me the wrong one on top of that the head was scorched which means the motor it came off of had blown head gaskets. So I sent the Cylinder head back seeking a refund. I waited 3 months and never received a check. So I called Chris several times he said the manager would call me back I never received a call from anyone. After patiently waiting I called back and he tells me the cylinder head was correct and its been over 90 days so I wont receive a refund or credit. I paid close to $600.00 for a incorrect/damaged cylinder head and another $80 to ship it back to them. Horrible communication skills and service.

My experience with M&M Ruckersville was great. They sold me 2018 Pilot suspension much cheaper than most places wanted. The suspension was basically new. They packaged it nicely and shipped it to my door. Shipping charge and speed was reasonable. Very thankful. Keep up the good work!
