I called their number to schedule an appointment. Friendly and quick customer service. A great team of guys came out to remove a bunch of topsoil, rocks, brick, and random things from our basement. They were totally professional. The only downside was that the price was a lot more than I was expecting. They explained that apparently topsoil drives up the price significantly because of how they have to dispose of it. Not their fault. It’s nice to have everything gone and I would definitely recommend!

Tried to give them to a friend but they let me know in my last three days of having my old place, that they would not be getting them. Did a little shopping around on large appliance pick up and immediately noticed Junk King had high reviews. They are also the only the one that was able to give me a very quick estimate of price without demanding too much personal information, something I really hate going through. Decided to schedule an appointment online for pickup (you can save a little money that way) within two days, and it was extremely easy. I just entered when I wanted it and what I wanted them to do, and that was it. The guys called me the day of when they were on their way and they were in and out in a breeze. You pay them once the service is done and the service was very fast and they were very professional and friendly.
