These guys are awesome!! I purchased a side door mirror for a very reasonable price. They had it shipped and it arrived within 2 days as promised. But here is the best part. It was Friday when it arrived and i unfortunately had to be at work until after they closed so the gentleman offered to drop it off at my place of work on his way home. Totally went the extra mile.

They told me they would pick up my vehicle within 24 hours of when I contacted them. I got a letter in the mail a little while later saying that my car had been impounded and I owed over $400 in fees. Not happy at all about it.

This is the place to go for parts if you need them cuz the people treat you like family and if you're not a lot of money they will let you pull your own parts some of them it really helps if your disabled vet on a limited income

Very disappointed with this place. Mike never answers his email. You might be able to get him on the phone but then he isn't too fun to talk to. I would recommend not ordering parts from this place. They just label everything as grade A with no defects regardless of its actual condition. My "grade A" part with no imperfections had numerous imperfections. Scratches, dents, a crappy aftermarket paint job that was spotty... If I knew this I could've saved my time and money to order from another place, or buy the part primed and then paint it myself!

Yall have lost my business. Ive been there many times searching for parts, and just recently ive been getting more and more jerked around with bull prices. I was told one price, then when i came back a few weeks later to buy it, i was told more than double the price with the only explaination being 'well it was wrong'. I used to be able to ask for a tool to borrow, if i happened to not have mine, but now customers arent allowed to remove parts, which also is making the prices more. When i asked a price on a door handle, was told one price cuz rhey need to go take it off and when i told them i already did, i was given a price nearly half the original with a little scolding for taking it off myself.

It's a junkyard. Make sure you're current on tetanus shots. Employees were friendly and helpful. They had the part I needed - Overhead map light/console. It doesn't seem like the records they keep are super accurate. The paper they gave me said both of the cars with the needed part were tan, one ended up being white. They don't typically allow customers to go out and pull the parts, but what I needed was only mounted with a couple of screws so they let it slide. Overall, I'm pleased and may go back again.
