I had an old and now replaced junk car in my driveway for a few months and wanted to get rid of it. I searched online and found this business and the car was out of my driveway in two days. Tane drove to my home and bought the car in cash. The next day a tow truck showed up and took it away. Tane was very friendly and professional (and tall). I recommend this business to anyone in need of this service. I was almost going to pay money to a wrecker service to take the car, instead he paid me. So that was nice.

Big Tane was willing to work me in (outside of his normal business hours) on a day's notice. While I didn't end up selling my car to him, he gave me an honest quote and some valuable information. He diagnosed my car's problem by just listening to it, told me how I could get it fixed at a low cost, and gave me some pointers on getting a new car - all for free. I was upgrading to a new vehicle and ended up giving my old car to my little sister so she could fix it up. Big Tane is easy to trust and talk to. He has a naturally honest vibe. When my four month old Rottweiler puppy jumped off the top of the stairs, I knew the diagnosis wouldn't be good and I knew I didn't have the money for his extremely expensive surgery. Just had the best customer service experience ever having Tane remove my non-running car from the underground parking garage of a secured high rise condo complex. My 1991 Acura stopped running (major problem with engine) about a year ago and would not start at all. I had three different maintenance people try and jump the car as well as put it on a charger all night to no avail. I also tried to donate the car to a charity and was told by their towing companies that they would not retrieve the car from an underground garage! Well, within one hour of contacting Tane, he came into the underground garage, started the car, drove me to his office, did all necessary paperwork and delivered me back home. Unbelievable but true! Now I can rent my condo parking spot out (about $150/mth) and I have NO CAR WORRIES!! Highly recommend the services of this company!!

I originally was going to sell my 07 subaru through a big national website. I accepted their offer for my car, but after reading numerous reviews of bounced checks from customers. They made an offer I made a counter offer then I was told they would send someone out to look at my car before they could accept my counter off which i agreed to then after waiting all day no one showed up. When I contacted them again it took a whole other day for them to get back to me and when they finally did it was at 6pm on a day they wree supposed to be close to tell me it would have been a waste of time.

A big THANK YOU to Tane for making selling my car from 2400 miles away a breeze! My son while in college in SLC ran into an issue with his much loved truck, but it just wasn't going to be worth spending the money it needed for the repair to then drive it back across the country. Pretty friendly on the phone. He reads his reviews... it was quite obvious on the phone as he told me to sell it on KSL instead. I can agree with others that he is in the market for buying only vehicles that will benefit him with the most $$$$$$$$s possible. I can't really say I'd suggest you sell your car (running or not) to him unless you seriously just want to get rid of it and there is no other motivation on your mind. Offer was $50.

The water pump went out on my junky old car and I decided the cost to repair it was more than the car was worth. She asked me how much I wanted for the car and arranged for an agent to come to my house to look it over the next day. Tane is absolutely awesome! I had a Chevy Tahoe that stalled on the freeway earlier this week. After having my mechanic look it over, we determined the motor had died and it would be best for me to not put in the funds to have it fixed.
