Won't negotiate on price and LKQ was alot cheaper. Waited awhile before I could go check out the parts, due to wrapping boxes while I just sat there. Never offered $150, I found 2 other ones for $150 but over an hour drive. Would've gave more than $150 since your closer and I was already there but wouldn't budge on the price at all. LKQ thru a business account was still cheaper than $300.

Called ahead to verify that they had the part I was looking for, Perfect Customer Service, One of the Most Organized Salvage Yards I have ever been to. I will definitely do business with them again! Highly Recommended! Part had to be pulled from vehicle, I inspected the part to be correct, paid for the part, came back an hour or so later and picked it up.

I called the office to make sure the leather seats for a 2014 challenger were in good shape. I told the guy that I was over 90 minutes away and I did not want to drive that far if the seats were in bad shape. He assured me that the seats were in very good shape. When I got there he showed me the seats. They were in a car frame with no rear end, glass or doors. The seats were soaking wet and rotting. They had been through several rain storms and heat. They were worthless. They were friendly, but don't trust them.

if I can put negative star i would, i bought transmission it did not last 8 miles. They said under warranty. Gave me the run a round for 2 months and then would not honor warranty I will never buy from them again I would not recommend this place.

I've been going here for year and though there higher in price I've been lucky to get good parts but I paid 550 for an engine that is blown and they've always said there's a 30 day warranty but they do not honer there warranty. Heed my warning they are shady and do not care for there customers. I will never use them again or recommend them.

How is it they don't have any G model Chevy vans he tells me after I asked for this and that? Just say " I don't have any Chevy vans from 1964 through 1996". I originally stated "I'm looking for a G model van". This statement is self explanatory. My next statement was I looking for a pasange front blinker for a 90's van. The employee answered no. I need a wiper arm. No don't have that. Do you have any vans. No we don't. Chris called me concerning the one stair rating. I made real clear that a drive train is not a item exclusively used on any particular vehicle. To be fair I asked Do you have a miror for the van? Do you have a windshield? Do you have seats for the van? He said No I don't have any body parts. All we have is motors, transmissions and wheels that kind of stuff. This conversation was repeated three times. My next statement considering the employees knowledge of there stock particularly what they don't have. Chris eventually suggested he's had Chevy's all his life so I quize the young man which didnt accomplish anything. P.S. the answer is 120 ft-lb & 7/8" used on G and P one ton's.

I ordered a roof rack for a Toyota FJ Cruiser and it took several phone calls to get them to even ship it. Got a whole lot of excuses - they finally shipped the item and it was broken with several pieces missing when it arrived. They completely and knowingly mis-represented this roof rack. I would not buy anything from this scam. They are out to get your money. Terrible folks - STAY AWAY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Listen to the reviews here. They listed an engine online for $1,700 with 108,000 miles. When I called they said they sold that one but they had another one with only 60k miles for the same price. I asked them for the vin to verify the mileage and they told me, "Bad news buddy we just sold that as well." What are the odds of selling 2 of the same engines before 12 pm?! Then they told me they had another one with 120,000 miles and they were asking the same price, $1,700. When I asked for the vin number on the one with 60k miles anyway to confirm if they were lying about ever having that one or not his response was, "I'm sorry I can't give out someone elses information." And on top of that his whole attitude changed negatively and he basically told me to take it or leave it. They are bad liars and they are not selling you what they are claiming to. It's clear as day. When I was considering buying an engine from them I had read these reviews and informed him about his bad reviews and that I was skeptical to buy from him because of them. He said, "That's because those are bad customers" and assured me he only sells high quality parts. They'll say whatever to sell you the part and the fact that he was dishonest from the start is very negative. The guy I talked to was named Marcus.
