Completely useless Junkyard!!! You can call and ask for a part and they tell you they have it but not sure if its the one for my car. But when you want to see it they make you buy it first before you can see it??? NOT A GOOD GUY RUNNING FRONT DESK WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!!!!! WORTH DRIVING TO COLUMBIA OR NASHVILLE TO GET GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!

Called apart in Tuesday told them I'd be there that Thursday..they said they had the part I needed I drove 3 hrs one way...then when I got there they tried giving me the wrong part..as they had the wrong sticker on it...then told me they had another and would pull it the next day ..so I had to stay somewhere overnight and then they call me said they didn't have the part again..and told me they could get one double the price...what a joke..the price was 350 and then they go to 600...bad for business..

Unreal. Just left there this morning for my part for my old junker and was appointed to Mr.Word (who insisted on call him Gaige). Mr. Word was very entergetic and was very helpful. I was looking for some particular parts and he helped right away! Will definitely be back! I’d recommend Raceway and recommend Mr. Word! (He feels old if you call him that lol) Call Raceway today! We have purchased several items from Raceway. First off, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I have never had a bad conversation. Each person has been polite, courteous and respectful. They know what parts do what and why, which is very rare in a parts professional in this day. Shipping has always been fast and reasonable. I really am blown away by how well they treat the customers. When we purchased a transmission that ended up having some internal issues, they handled the situation promptly and professionally. We were able to provide accurate data for Raceway so they could know exactly what was giving us a problem. They refunded our money without any trouble. Now..... we provided solid information for them about that particular failure..... so don't think they will just hand out cash. Please treat these guys as respectful as you would want to be treated and you will see some of the best customer service of your life. I don't want anybody losing money who treats me so well so I made sure to do everything I possibly could to isolate the failure in that incident. Every other purchase we have made has been wonderful. I have recommended this business to my customers, I have recommended this business to my other parts suppliers (retail and dealership) and I am recommending this business to the readers of this review. I rarely write reviews. These guys deserve it. As long as they continue to provide this level of service and commitment, then I will be sure to use them for all of my used parts purchasing.

I called twice. The first time I waited five minutes and was hung up on without hearing a person. The second time I called, thinking their system made a mistake and dumped my call because I was on hold for so long, someone picked up and said "hold on one minute for me", placed me on hold for five minutes, then I was hung up on again.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to buy your parts. We are a repair facility and purchased a 6.6l diesel engine that was not properly sealed for contamination. The injectors and turbo are not covered under their warranty but they sell the engine as a running complete. We installed this engine and the engine is fine but everything else that came with it was junk. We had to replace 2 injectors on start up. Customer took vehicle and was doing fine. They went to pull a trailer and the truck when into limo mode for low pressure. They brought it back a total of 4 times for failing injectors in a motor that supposedly had 60k miles on it. I asked them if they would just let me keep the engine and refund 650 of my 850 core so I could use it for parts. They wouldn't budge and an inch. When I asked if I could keep some of the parts on the core and said if it wasn't in the exact same condition as the one they sent me I wouldn't get credit. They don't care about their customers and would highly recommend using someone else.

Sold me the wrong transmission gave them the bin number, then wanted to charger me a restock fee after telling me on the phone they wouldn't, then had to wait 3 hours for them to sign the check for the refund. Will never go bad don't recommend

Ordered a part online for delivery and realized right afterwards that I ordered it for the wrong side of my vehicle. There is only 1 guy in their shop that handles online sales and no one else could help me out, but he was unavailable. Over the next 2 days I called probably a dozen times. I left email, voicemail and messages with other employees but he never got back to me. Finally another gentleman helped me out just before they pulled the wrong part from the vehicle. In the end it was all worked out and i received the correct part, but they certainly could have had better customer support. Also, the part I ordered was listed as being Grey in color, but thankfully I spoke to someone because the in store part number was for a brown vehicle. There would be no way to know this besides calling after your order to double check.
