We have purchased several items from Raceway. First off, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I have never had a bad conversation. Each person has been polite, courteous and respectful. They know what parts do what and why, which is very rare in a parts professional in this day. Shipping has always been fast and reasonable. I really am blown away by how well they treat the customers. When we purchased a transmission that ended up having some internal issues, they handled the situation promptly and professionally. We were able to provide accurate data for Raceway so they could know exactly what was giving us a problem. They refunded our money without any trouble. Now..... we provided solid information for them about that particular failure..... so don't think they will just hand out cash. Please treat these guys as respectful as you would want to be treated and you will see some of the best customer service of your life. I don't want anybody losing money who treats me so well so I made sure to do everything I possibly could to isolate the failure in that incident. Every other purchase we have made has been wonderful. I have recommended this business to my customers, I have recommended this business to my other parts suppliers (retail and dealership) and I am recommending this business to the readers of this review. I rarely write reviews. These guys deserve it. As long as they continue to provide this level of service and commitment, then I will be sure to use them for all of my used parts purchasing.
