I have had a horrible experience with this company. I have called them four separate days trying to get them to pick up my car, each time saying they would pick it up that day, and each time with the same results: no car pickup. I understand how there can be communication error, and even how I didn’t have everything I needed at first. But with multiple people telling me multiple different things about the situation it’s no wonder it hasn’t gotten picked up. Poor service, poor communication, poor follow through, and ultimately, poor management. I’d give less than one star if I knew how
