had a very bad experience today, i called 40 minutes in advance & was told it " it should already be pulled out" i waited 1 hour & received 3 bad taillights. till finally i left !

Awful staff and horrible service. I needed a door panel to practice patchwork on, I even offered to pay. I expressly stated I need a body panel and he came back with a short cut off from a frame. He said he didnt have any door panels he could sell to me. I went next door to Advanced Auto and they gave me a dented door for free. Avoid this place.

As with many other reviews, I unfortunately have to leave a bad one as well. I just wanted a headlight ballast. These guys, for whatever reason, shipped the entire headlight assembly. I'm sure it would have cost them less to ship if they had taken out the three small screws and sent the ballast only (the headlight itself it cracked and not usable). The ballast that was attached to the headlight is broken right where you plug in the headlight bulb, so it too is not usable. I called them to inform them of this and he just argued with me about how it's an 'as is' part. Sorry, but you can't just put broken junk in a box and say that it's 'as is'. It has to at least work to begin with. If it works for 1 day and then breaks, fine, that's just crappy luck for me. All they would’ve had to do was take literally 3 seconds to actually look at the ballast to see that it was no good. Also, there's no way this was broken during shipping as the ballast is in a protected spot within the headlight assembly. Even if it was broken during shipping, all they have to do is make a shipping claim. So either way they should have refunded my card. He tried to tell me to ship the whole headlight back (would cost me approx. $50). I told him I'm not going to pay to ship their junk back, and that he can send me a shipping label. The man I spoke with refused to do anything helpful. I wish I would have read the other reviews first.

Called a week in advance and offered to prepay for the seat I needed. They refused prepayment and said to come on and the seat would be removed and waiting on me. The day came to drive 100 miles and pick up my seat and we called ahead to remind them we were coming and they claimed seat would be pulled when we got there. After arriving took 20 minutes for guy that knew about seat to return from lunch, then another 30 minutes for the seat to be pulled from car. Horrible service, if it wasn't for how hard the seat was to locate I would have walked out. Also I think animal control should be notified of the condition of the dogs wondering around office. One poor black dog had a horrible open wound and wouldn't put any weight on his front foot. This place doesn't deserve a business license.

Their response to my question was short. I had to call back to get more info from them. You would think someone who sells parts would ask the buyer more questions to ensure the buyer was getting the prat they need, but not them.

We purchased a shifter assembly that was incorrect. It did not have the same built in module as the one in our vehicle. The mangaer did not even want to here why the part was not correct. Said "As is. Do not call here" Absolutely the rudest exchange I have had in over 20 years in the car business.

Bought an engine from this company in January 2016. upon receiving engine, it was not as presented. Call and they purchased an engine from Mannis Auto Salvage. when this engine was installed, there was also issues with this engine. I personally called , spoke to Dave, and was told to repair the issue and they would take care of the expense. I have called several times and sent mail concerning this only to be very rude to and now they hang-up on me. Today is April 08,2016, and they still haven't paid. Their word and their parts are not worth your time or effort . Very bad company to deal with.

Found the part online and the price. But, when i got there he tried to charge me $30 dollars extra. I showed him the price that they had it marked on their web site and man simply said " if you want it its $70 and if you dont want it leave it". I went next door to Advance Auto Salvage and got the same part for $40 dollars.

The people that work there seem to be nice but the owner is 100% crooked. Do yourself a favor and and spend your money elsewhere. Even if you have to pay more you would be better served. I called them about 2 F-150 doors that they'd showed on their website. The gentleman that answered the phone was super nice. We negotiated a price of $650/door. I told him I'd come get them the next day. I also told him there would be other items that I needed as well. I drove 180 miles the next day to get the doors. Upon arrival I was treated very well. We went to look at the doors and I agreed to purchase them. I also negotiated the purchase of several other items that I needed bringing my total to $1750. He asked me to give him an hour or two to get the parts removed. I went to hachsone lunch and returned about 1 1/2 hours later . Was told they were not quite finished so I waited an additional 30 min. That's when the owner showed up. He asked to speak with me outside. He told me if I wanted the doors the new price was $800/door. Turns out he sold them to another customer for more, while I was waiting. Needless to say I told him to shove them. Again, this dude's a crook. Stay away!!!

I'm a used car dealer, so buy LOTS of used parts. This is a first -- bought an engine and a transmission (different cars) and had them delivered. After about a week, I searched around for another and was able to find an engine, so called and cancelled the engine, they then delivered the transmission to the wrong shop! I told them to cancel the whole thing! well, they got me the transmission the next day but never refunded on the engine! I called and had my staff call dozens of time (Dealt with Merlin) - he accused me of never paying for any of it!! I got him the transaction # and he apologized and said he'd refund right away. Well, a week later, nothing, so had the credit card company reverse charges. They fought it and won! So now I'm having to go to small claims court because although I paid immediately, it's now been 4 months and I never got the engine or refund of money! this place is awful! cant say enough bad stuff about them and I'm the first to heap on the praise when something goes well! STAY AWAY!! They'll be out of business soon enough!

I'm 30miles away. I called for a simple wire connector. She says the engines are gone. I say the wire is not on the engine. She says sir they cut out the wires when they drop the cradles. Huh? It's not a unibody. No cradle. I say do you have any or not? No. No? Then why didnt you just say that? She says it's been there for several years......I'm not even going to waste my time.

I called them ahead of time to see if they had a part for my 1996 Geo Metro LSI, they said they had it and could let it go for a certain price. I'm okay with the price so I go out there (a 45 minute drive from where I live) and they tell me they don't have it but their next door competitor does for more than what they quoted me. Last time I attempt to do business with them.

They had exactly the part that I needed after trying to find one for months! They even installed it on my car! They charged me a price that was almost half of what I was expected to pay at other salvage yards. I confirmed everything on the phone and drove 3 hours to get there. Staff was professional and super friendly. They had the part pulled and installed on my car in 20 minutes. Probably the best salvage yard experience I've ever had. By the way it is a junkyard people don't wear your best shoes when you go to visit and then give them one star because you don't know how to shop for used parts ;-)

I called in response to an add on the internet about a steering knuckle assembly priced at $35. I was told that was a mistake on the price. I asked why they would not honor it. They responded we do not have the assembly....but we can sell you the three piece of the assembly for $35 dollars each. total for the assembly would then be $105 plus shipping. Seems like there are laws against that doesn't it.

Any review for this place will be HORRIBLE ... Any "Good" reviews are paid reputation betterment attempts ... When u deal with crap you get crap on you ... If you love to waste time and fuel for a part that isn't there OR just like being treated like American Dirt ? Then its Perfect !!!!

Sold scrap metal to them Oct.31 2012 they paid in a form of a check the chaeck was run thruogh my bank twice once on nov.1 then again nov 5th was returned INSUFFICENT FUNDS!! i went to establishment offered they offered to pay me with another check( what a joke!!!) My bank charged me a return check charge that the Owner refused to pay he cursed me over the phone then when he came to establishment to pay cash for cursede me again. because he did not like me suppose they do not like paying what they owe!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY BAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a spare tire and wheel along with a set of bucket seats when they came out with them there was only the seats and a wheel I asked where was the tire he said that the tire would be another 15$ all along I explained I needed a spare for my car I agreed to pay the extra when they put the tire back on they tore the bead up now I got a spare that won't hold air and the main man wont give me another tire said I got a good deal anyway. the don't understand English very well lost my business for good over a tire DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

The true test of a business is when things don't go as expected. I was very pleased with my experience with M'Boro Auto Parts. I will definitely trade with them again. I was hunting for wheels to replace warped rims on my wife's car. They got me a set. When checked, these were warped too. M'Boro Auto Parts hunted for some more from other salvage yards, but did not have any luck. In the end, they gave me a full refund. When getting parts off of wrecked cars, it is a little bit of a gamble. Sometimes the parts are perfect, sometimes they are not. The fact that they stood behind these wheels really impressed me.

Crooks. Period. We purchased a transmission and set delivery for the next day. It didn't show up so we called. They stated their " delivery truck caught on fire" and it would definitely be delivered the next day. Next day, no transmission, so we called again. They were extremely rude and hateful, but said "it is on the way". A few hours later we received a call from them saying they did not have the transmission "after all" and said they would refund our money. Five days later we are still waiting. We just called and asked politely, yes politely, about our money and proceeded to get hung up on. Now I'm over being nice. Do not do business with these people. Zero professionalism and integrity.
