The LEAST ORGANIZED and MOST DISGUSTING looking salvage yard I have ever seen. And I've see ALOT. They don't pull the parts ahead of time, so expect to wait an hour while Pablo goes to retrieve your part. Oh and most likely they will not have the part they said they did or its damaged. Did I mention they are in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road so if you do go...bring something with ground clearance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want quality parts and professional service.

Called ahead and was given a price for a engine with nothing mentioned about a core. I drove 3 hours to pick it up and when I got there they tried to charge double the price plus a core. Was complaining because another employee priced it wrong. Also was going to buy a jeep motor from them, but decided to go elsewhere where the parts are actually priced accordingly. Expect to pay triple or 4 times as much as you typically would on any small parts as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE - bought an engine for $2,500 from Michigan. They shipped the engine to us and we could not turn over by hand - we contacted them and they said they would help cover the cost of having the cylinder heads gone through (rinse, pressure check, resurface) we put over $1,000 into the top end of the engine. I argued that they should be covering at least half of this cost which they were not willing to do. Finally I gave up, installed the engine and it has a bottom end knocking noise - it has now been more than 30 days with all the hang ups and they will cover $1 or take the engine back. This place does not care about their customers or their reputation, they need to be put out of business I highly recommend not supporting this company.

The lady that I spoke too was very pleasant and helpful. I arrived at their location and waited while they located the rim for my car. The one I originally planned to buy as a spare was damaged, but they gave me a matching rim with a good tire already on it! I’m returning today for another part. Very nice and friendly people. They do seem to stay extremely busy! That’s a good thing. But allow a few minutes for them to get what you need. It took me about a half hour to 45 minutes, but I left pleased.

Google, please give the option for a no star..... which I would have picked, since 1 star is far too generous. So I wasted 6 hours of my life traveling up here to pick up parts. After searching on their website, I found what i needed. Then I called to confirm that they had what I was looking for. I was told that they had close to 20 of what I needed. So after confirming the stock count on the website & on the phone (because my drive was almost 2 hrs) I headed up. Once there, it was a 2 hours crap show of looking for their inventory. Of all the stock they had 'available' on the website, we found 2, one of which was totally damaged and only valued as scrap. Would not recommend.

I've been to probably two hundred different salvage yards in my life and this one has the worst service I've ever experienced. even though I called an hour and a half before I got there and said I need these parts I'm on the way to pick them up they didn't even know where the vehicle was that they said to come down and pick the parts up. This place is HORRIBLE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all and i do know what good customer service is since i work at call center. Tried to call them about 10 times after they shipped me broken seat belt 2 times. Put me on hold for 20-30 minutes without asking if it's ok to hold. Hang up on me few times and still didn't help me. Terrible experience. The people at Manus Road Auto Salvage were unprofessional, rude, and they show no regards for their customers. This is the typical “Buyers Beware” scenario. If you don’t know what you are buying, they will take advantage of you, plain and simple. I recently went there to purchase a fuel tank for my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. The following day I took the part to the shop I had been working with to get my car fixed. As soon as the technician saw the part, he told me it was defective, that a piece had been broken, most likely at the time they were taking the part from the other car, and that I should go back and have it exchange for a good one (I know for a fact that I didn’t break it. I made sure of that as I drove the part back to my house the day I bought it). I went back to Manus Road Auto Salvage immediately and explained to them what the technician had told me. They said the part was good when they delivered to me, and that if there was any issue it probably happened at the shop where I was getting my car fixed. To summarize, They refused to exchange the part and told me I had to buy it from them if I wanted another one. So basically I lost my money, and I refuse to put more money in the pockets of these unscrupulous thieves. People like like these individuals do not deserve to be in business. This is no way to treat customers. Shame on me for not acting on my instincts. I should have taken the hint the first day I went there and heard the guy arguing on the phone with what it looked to be another unsatisfied customer. If there was a 0, I would give it to this place. My next stop is going to be the Best Business Bureau. They need to be held accountable and be stopped from scamming other people. “Buyers Beware”

Stay away! For your own good, stay away from these guys. I have bought parts from many junkyards and these guys are by far the worst of the worst. In my experience, they turned out to be completely dishonest, unfair, liars. I have read comments about them being liars, and crooks, but I had to learn it myself. My story begins with calling them for a Mazda 6 door. After talking to a guy who appeared to be a manarger/supervisor or whatever, we agreed on a price. He first asked for 175, but then agreed to give me the door for 150. I told him that I'll pick up the door the next day, he said okay. The next day, my friend who attends school 5 mins away from these guys goes there to pick up the door. They charge him $250! if this is not dishonesty, lying and unfairness, then I do not know what to say. At this point, my friend calls me and I speak to that guy once again. After arguing with him for some time, he drops the price to 175. So much for the 150 we had agreed on. But hold on, it gets worse. It turns out that the door we had bought had sustained some hidden damage that the naked eye could not see. As such, it was impossible to make it fit on the mazda 6. The door was not fixable either, it was pretty much useless. So, I call to see if they'll offer any kind of refund. First they said no. Then they said call again on this other day. I asked if they could give me store credit. Then they said they'll see what they can do. After a week, they gave me the definitive answer for no refund, no store credit... I wasnt surprised of course. I ended up throwing the door away. They have not an ounce of honesty. They have no set prices, they'll charged you what they please. I would say by all means stay away and never ever buy from these crooks. But if you absolutely must buy a part from them, then be very careful. Cheers.

Drive from Ohio to this salvage yard and it was well worth the trip. Called ahead and they sent me pics of what I was requesting. I got there 15 minutes before close and they were still friendly. Helped load the purchase and even gave me some stuff to keep it from getting scuffed on the drive back. The reviews that say these people have poor customer service are obviously sensitive or they themselves are difficult to get along with. I had absolutely zero issues. Recommended.

I bought from these people a car door which was advertised on their site as A quality/no defects; when it was removed from car, one of the owners assured me it had no defects. When i installed it, it protruded half inch outward from my brand new fender. Turns out it was slightly deformed, which was hard to identify at purchase, due to the black paint and missing fender on the car it was removed from. Went back to ask for replacement or partial refund, and was stonewalled. Conclusion: they advertise falsely and you can not count on what they tell you; once you pay, you can not get any of your money back, however valid your argument is. I will not buy from them again.

They tell you to come and they have your part but when you get there they make you walk back and fourth to there horribly maintained office and very badly maintained yard just to find out that your part is hard to remove so going to have to wait an hour , Don't deal with them .

We as 2 shops have used Manus Rd 100 times and always have had good service. As with any salvage yard it may take a second attempt at a part as no one can know how the vehicle was treated prior to the accident. Its always a throw of the dice.
