I there erday!!!!lol it's great!!!!
I appreciate the pictures of cars on their website that allows you to see the condition of each vehicle. I also like the list of crossover vehicles that share parts the you're looking for. I do, however, wish they would add more gravel. When it rains, it's a sloppy mess for about 2 days!
I would give it no stars but it won't let me. The staff is rude as all get out. Everytime I go there they have an attitude and then they don't update their lists of vehicles so when I get there the vehicle is no longer there. Will not return
Looking for a part for my Honda Civic
Had exactly what I was looking for ! Their facility was really clean and the staff was really nice as well.
Nice and clean. They do have a motor puller you can use. The cars are lifted really good
Called for price, parts and was very satisfied with the service. Got there and it was a breeze to get out there to find what i needed. Was gone from thete to do the job in no time.
It's a junkyard bros what do you expect to read lmao. Decent prices and equipment.
good place to shop
great yard and selection. very clean compared to other pull n buy yards around the area. staff is super nice as well. cars are exactly where they tell you they will be.
Great staff always friendly!
Gave me a different price than over the phone
The guys were very customer service oriented, the place is clean and the prices are great!
Thanks to Chris and the other men for helping me
Well organized. Could use a cart for driving older people around
Love this yard! Has cars you can't find anywhere else here in Nashville.
Horrible people, they act like they own the place, you got to be careful with the old brunette woman, she’ll try to ring up the most expensive part on their inventory and claim that is what you’re buying. Check with pull-a-part first, then call hill top and check online, seriously use this place as extremely last resource, one headlight for a beat up truck I have from the 90’s (of course it was yellower than that woman’s teeth) was $41.95 I could had got the same thing at Autozone brand new for $29.00 there was a grille that I tough I could re-use despite being broke in two different areas, she wouldn’t discount it she said “the way the company looks at it is that what you’re buying is better than what you have so no I cannot discount the price” that’s very unprofessional for a company to look at it’s items for sale from that point of view. I have no doubt she is really looking after the best interest for the company but just as she is, I will look after the best interest for buyers and warn you that this place is too overpriced, most items are aquireable from eBay as their inventory stops at 2007 - maybe 2010.... I have not seen anything newer than that. They try to despise a grille mount (piece of plastic) as a “Large core support” of course there was a price difference of almost $50.00 yeah... got to be careful.
clean & easy to get to . great place to get parts
Not a bad place to go , customer service needs worked on, employees just kind of slacking/loaping around. To there defense it was hot as hell. I didn't expect anything different from a junkyard so I gave 4 stars because I didn't have any issues. I could see how people could though.
Its normally pretty decent but today there was a guy there and he made us put a part back after we pulled it and that was not right
Well organized & great staff. One caveat: If you have a rare car to find in junkyards like a Subaru, European import, etc, STRIP ANY CAR YOU FIND BARE the first day you see it. A few weeks later and it'll be gone.

Waited forever on the phone to get info on a car, and was told by the "call center" i couldnt speak to anyone there. Inventory list is a joke and its ran poorly. Do not waste your time dealing with a circus that forgets taking care of the customer is #1 in any business. Pathetic.
Most of the vehicles here are already stripped down. We didn't find what we were looking for, but there were some small left overs around such as fuses and wiring harnesses. Staff was friendly.
I can see on your website that you have a car from which there may be parts I can use. However, you provide no way for me to find out if you still have it apart from having me come and find it. If you did I would gladly drive make the 3 hours + round trip to buy those parts. But why in the world can't you provide a local phone number or even email address so that your customers can make an inquiry? That's not customer service. I can see from the picture you have posted on your google maps profile that you have an office with electricity, lights, computers, cameras... But you don't have a single working telephone that can take incoming calls? or an email account (those are free you know.) It's 2017 people. Sincerely disappointed and frustrated, Jonathan
Very hard to find things. Rows are not marked. Nothing like the Chattanooga location. Was disappointed
Horrible customer service and always tell you one thing about price then do another. AVOID unless you absolutely need a part they have just be ready to PAY for it!
Good price on used parts as long as you know your interchange and don't mind pulling your own parts, you just never know what will be there when you get there, I have pulled parts for a couple different Vehicles just expect you may have to make more than one trip to get everything because if they don't have all of it today they might put out the car you need tomorrow
Ordered a used engine. Mechanic got it and said it was really dirty inside and wouldnt turn over. Had to order another one and the only one LKQ had available had about 50,000 more miles on it than the one I bought. Felt so cheated! Buyer beware. Some of their parts suck!
This is a good place, nice people
Have newer car parts that are hard to find
Awesome place for parts!
Racist and violent the home office didnt adress the situation im a local ff and veteran and to be treated like this is unreasonable. The area manger didnt do nothing about the situation either SO BEING THREATENED AND CALLED RACIST NAMES ARE OK WITH THIS ORGANIZATION
Friendly staff. Good selection of parts. Good prices.
Nice, clean facility. I bought a wheel for my wife's car for a great price. I will say, if you go and see cars you need, you may not see them the next time you go but that's the business. Check in with them and sign up to receive text or email when they get the car you need.
Great place
The staff was very warm and interacted well with the customers. I live in Huntsville, but always go to the Nashville locations for my parts. Great Store!!
The staff was helpful and Knowledge of the parts for cars
They didn't have my parts and didn't seem to be too interested in helping me
It's a good place go for fast good and cheap prices to fix jus about anything on any kind of ride thanks to my son for showing me where this place was in East Nashville Yayyy LKQ PICK YA PART
I gave a 3 due to the great variety of cars and car parts. However, customer service could've been better. Upon entering was pleasant but after spending an hour and a half retrieving our part, we were unable to complete checkout due to "internet issues". We checked the website to guesstimate how much cash we needed. We were not aware of a separate environmental fee so we had to use a credit card for the rest and the warranty. After the initial "internet issues", we stood there for at least 15 more minutes without so much as an apology. One of the employees said it was because it was hot outside today. Shorter employee named Courtney (I think) brunette said, "There ain't nothing we can do about it. Corporate is working on it." While I was standing there growing more impatient by the minute, I noticed the employees were not alerting the incoming customers about their "internet issues". That is something people should know about before spending their time retrieving their parts because he was right. It was hot outside today. We were spending over $200 and the employees could've cared less if we would've taken out business elsewhere. Finally Courtney came up to the register and did something and told us to try to swipe our card, again. It went thru but apparently our warranty was not entered into your system so that transaction was supposedly cancelled. They cancelled everything out of the system and entered it again and again asked for us to swipe our card. Actually, they asked us to stick it In the chip reader twice and then swipe it, as this was the only way they could get it to work. We were told the first transaction would not show up on our statement since it was cancelled. It did indeed show up as being charged 3 times and cancelled twice. It was definitely not the most professional business transaction we've made. Being up front and honest with your customers would go a long way.
Outstanding service! Would highly recommend.
Prices have gone up and not worth the time..
Parts prices are too high for wht I paid for parts thr I could hv brought from regular salvage yes WAY cheaper an saved me a long ride thr there for they gt no stars prices are way different from what they advertise
Got a headlight for a Cadillac SRX4 for 20 dollars
Great experience! Female friendly! You can even get a text when they put out your vehicle.
NO GOOD, NO GOOD, NO GOOD,,, COSTUMER SERVICE SO BAD... PARTS PRICE TO HIGH,,, EXPENSIVE
Less selection than expected. Everything else really good
Only problem i had was they close & lock the doors before the posted close time!!! Of you close at 5:00 dont lock the doors at 4:45
overpriced and liars
Outstanding customer service. Helped find vehicles, great pricing.
The employees are rude as hell. And they are always saying people is stealing stuff.the woman at the counter told me what I owed then she asked me if I stole anything that she needed to know about.I will never return to LKQ
Large selection of car makes and brands. Good prices on car parts. Only thing missing is a gravel landscaping, bring boots when it has rained. On a last note be careful where you step when you walk between the isles with many parts scattered around. On a positive note it will have you take a second to look around on what all they have for parts scattered around in or around the car.
The day I visited pick your part, it was very cluttered, used auto were all over the ground, the place was very unorganized. Maybe I just visited on a bad day!
Friendly staff, always very helpful. I highly recommend Pick a Part
Be ready to get one price on the phone and a totally different price at the yard for selling cars and buying parts. Save time and money go to pull-a-part
Say one price online then take it off its double the price
I brought transmission month ago with six months warranty right after Transmission installed we that’s no good transmission 3rd and 4th gear slipping . They don’t want to exchange now asking one after questing keep lying not to give another transmission Lkq used to be good customer service I think new management their please be careful buy any parts from them
Hahaha. Wow. It's been years since I've had to interact with a such a group of highly ignorant, under-educated, and trashy people. Hahaha. Tried over and over to get them to see the problem with paying $2 to "go walk the yard" for a small peice of plastic that they told me "they'd probably just give it to me for free" i thought-well how bout IF i find the piece of plastic i need, you just charge me like a $1 and we both win. Nope. There was no getting through to thes brick-heads. Literally it was like a i was speaking a different language-more like- i was being logical and these guys had appreantly never had their brains challenged in such a way to make sense of such an overhwleming proposition hahaha. Nevertheless. If you are just headed in and headed out, and granted the part you are looking for has a reasonable cost:need ratio then you might as well see what they have at the place. But dont expect them to use any kind of reasoning when it comes to changing the status-quo. Another problem i had, similar to what a previous customer had mentioned, i had stopped by there the day before not only did they not let me in becuase "the yard was closed" but when i was there and asked them about how the whole process worked (i had never been there before) they told me nothing about signing a roster and nothing about paying a $2 entrance fee (which is nowhere on their website either) . Had i had known this- i would've just ordered the 50cent part off ebay) The problem REALLY is-that their website says NOTHING about the yard "being closed at 4pm" so when you drive an hour to go there and it's a few minutes after 4pm (and like i said, heaven forbid you try and reason with these ape-brains) and they are like "ugh, no, ya can't go in, its closed' and im like dude, lady, its a tiny peice of plastic and it should literally take 10minutes max to find the piece what is your problem!? The two people give me this bewildered stare like, "...ugh....cannot compute... system failure..." hahaha. anyways. Thats that-
Employees acknowledge you're in the lobby long enough to take your money and that's it. Inventory is off and rows we're not numbered and prices are double what is stated online.
Great yard! The staff has fun with the customers and the trucks are well organized. I choose this yard over all others
Great place, see jen, she knows whats she's talking about and she's easy on the eyes!!
Very junky junk yard... not what I expected from LKQ... very trashy,
My husband came today with intent of spending plenty of money but was treated like a their and actually had stuff stolen from him by the ignorant, unprofessional con artists I assume that they train to profile or try to manipulate or intimidate. The prices were above retail in new merchandise and obviously it's not new. Filing legal action and filing a police report. Dont go there they will just rob you. I can't believe how my husband was treated
Always helpful. Always professional.
Time in time out with parts 30 min
Good place great selection of vehicles. The inside office workers not so great. They’re always cutting up and trash cans are filled up & the vending machines are always low or sold out. This day I happened to head over here the short chubby man or possibly a woman in a blue lkq t shirt talking to a co worker about how nobody does anything. But i was in line for 10 minutes and observed him on his phone the whole time... very ghetto and very hard to understand what he says..Clean up your office and the place would be really appealing.
I've gone to Pull-A-Part several times never have what I want. First time going there they had three vehicles that I look for for over 2 months at Pull-A-Part. Great selection great customer service.
Terrible walked around the whole yard looking for vehicles that was said to be in their lot. Not to include my drive out there wasn't long enough I wasted another hour realizing the vehicles weren't even there.
Great salvage yard! Very well organized! Hours could be a little more convenient if they were open past 5. At least in the summer months.
WHO EVER IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION IS A RACIST, THEY CALL AMERICANS "GRINGO", THEY HAVE FILTHY MOUTHS. THEY SIT AND WATCH PEOPLE AND TALK ABOUT THEM (AMERICANS) IF YOUR AN AMERICAN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT LIKE AMERICANS. I WILL BE CALLING THEIR HEADQUARTERS. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY AUTO YARD!!!
service wasn't fantastic but the prices and availability were. literally saved my self $415 buying an entire f150 door there instead of paying to have a regulator fixed. always have what I need. always satisfied with the things I'm able to bring home to my garage.
I always visit this yard as I run a car dealer, the place Is a great go-to for my auto parts, they always have the car I need. The yard is more organized and clean. The office workers are friendly, only issue I seem to run into every time is the brunette that is probably the most ignorant sounding ghetto employee there... that place is managed by great individuals, but every time I go there she is always talking and is very obnoxious... I’d definetly try and keep her behind the closed doors and not in the customer service side. It makes the business look just like a trinity lane section 8 ran facility....
Good place to pull your own parts
All the auto parts you need!
Always a great experience there friendly & help plus they always have the parts on the yard your looking for
They suck at helping new customers...bad,really bad experience. They wanted me to pay for a broken part I took to make sure it was the one I need it
I have shopped at all the picking yards in and around Nashville. This is a good one. I liked the way they had the popular cars in one place. I needed some Civic parts, all the Hondas were right there together, 14 rows of them. Can't say much about other models, but I assume they try to keep them close together too. I see some of that in other yards, but these guys went to the trouble of making signs. I found what I needed and the prices were fair. I will return. I wish people would take better care and remove the part they need and not destroy something they don't. Not LKQ's fault. Just rude customers. Let's all work together. Thanks
As soon as I walked in the staff was rude and very unhelpful. I walked in to ask if they had a car that I was looking for and as soon as I walked I the first guy yelled that they were closed 30 mins before they were and kept giving me an attitude then when I told him that I was just checking to see of they had a car he said o and sent me to someone else.
Expensive and the counter attendants got attitude If someone is giving five stars its because he never have been in there or he doesn't know nothing about car parts
Staff was friendly and helpful. Moderate sized lot with a decent selection. The layout and organization leaves a little to be desired as it makes it difficult to find the vehicles you're looking for sometimes.
From the pictures, this place is pristine compared to the one I work at. I love the idea with separating them by brand
Good parts at a great price!!!
Very good place to get parts. No pull a part type of place is going to know which parts are left on a vehicle or what shape they are in after others have pulled the part they need. I do like that they can email you when a certain vehicle comes in. This is a good place to go to.
Always find something there that I need.
Dennis and his staff are wonderful! Most organized and clean pull a part I've ever visited.
Selection ok, however, when trying to get specific information on what parts certain kits include, they can't or won't tell me. Front end vs Front composite?? They say I have to go to the site to get more info. I thought they were a corporate company with storewide standards. Seems evasive and quite shoddy if you ask me. Their prices are higher than any other pick a part place. Same cost at Pull-A-Part for roughly the same front end is $100 less and they include the coolers and all grille and headlight attachments. LQK is a ripoff. Not worth the time. Update: They’ve lost a star. I decided to give them one more try. Redemption if you will. They had a pickup topper that I was interested in. On their site they have a parts category for “pick up” topper. $50 with a $5 core charge. I found a topper there I wanted. Went to go get it on Easter weekend. 40% off used parts. Awesome. I get the topper loaded onto the cart, head to the register......and they say, “normally this is $100, we’ll give it to you for 65$” I say, “why? This is a pickup topper and in your price list they are $50. And today it should be $30.” He disagrees...I say “fine, semantics, but is this how you run business? Give customers one price online with minimal description, but when you get to the register you double the price because you’re communication is not clear, and your advertised expectations are incorrect. So, either you’re trying to scam me, do a bait and switch, wrongly charge me for your own interest, or pass on the responsibility to me for not running your business with clear communication. Which is it?” They stood there with their mouths open and no response........I purchased the pickup topper but I paid for double for “Misc merchendise”. Oh, and if this item was normally $100, why wasn’t it $60 instead of $65? 40% off on Easter weekend right? Yeah......nope. I own a business too, and I make mistakes just like anyone else, but guess what? I take responsibility for them. I don’t pass on discrepancy’s to the customer. Thats what children do, blame everyone else for their mistakes. Adults take responsibility. So, at least that day, LQK was being run by persons who were not willing to offer any amount of customer service, or take responsibility for poor advertisement and communication, and no one even said “I’m sorry”. Is this really the kind of world we want to live in? Is this really what we are letting people get away with? I’ve said my peace and have made my decisions. Hopefully this helps the next customer who ever decides to try out Nashville LQK. I wish you the best.
