Don't come to this place, hidden fees. They tell you one price before you take the part off, when it's time to pay the price is higher. They add core charges on top of price increase for used parts. If I could have choose no stars in stead of one I would have. Bad business don't waste your time with these people

I've worked a similar place like this called Pull-A-Part located in Birmingham AL. This is a DIY used car lot. You have to learn the layout of the lot "Yourself" you have to pull your own part "yourself". The best suggestion i have is do what i did and go with a mechanic. Even a "shade tree mechanic". Then you will see how its spose to be done. BUT Walking in off the street for the first time, you will get tired, frustrated and hate it. Go with someone who knows! Hope this helps.

Went there looking for a tire and rim and car was not even there and the staff are clueless about helping anyone and they have no customer service skills. All they could tell me was I don't know. Will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to have a large selection of vehicles and it's fairly well organized. Staff were polite and helpful when in need of information. I give this 1 star today because of poor inventory management. Why you ask? Well, if you're looking for something in particular and the website says it's in stock.... then you drive all the out there for someone to tell you that it was crushed months ago..... yeah. The check out clerk was nice enough to tell me they rarely take off old vehicles from the website. And for those of you who think "You should have called first!"... well I did. The guy on the phone told me they were all on the lot. So if you're looking for parts beware! You might be looking forever here.

Good place.Just a heads up.They should make the website a little more informative on the make and model on cars.Like if it's a c class,s model,i model.Instead of driving so far to find out the part you looking for is not there.Really a waste of time.
