Friendly employees and alway helpful if you have a question.
Pretty cool place.. Edited: At first I left a good review about this place because of the fact I've never felt they jilted me or my family.. That was until today.. I understand they close at 430, which is crazy seeing most men have to work at these hours and leaves little time to swing by and do business after work.. Today my son and I came in to find a master cylinder.. We ended up getting one that didn't fit. Came back to the place around to get the correct one and they argued that because it didn't have the orange paint on it that they couldn't tell if it came from there or not.. We have the receipt and the man who sold it to us telling you he'd just seen us.. what more do you expect? I understand the orange paint came off, it got brake fluid on it and came off??? I dunno.. What I do know is you not only LOST me as a customer but you have lost my whole family.. A small $20 exchange cost you way more in the long run... Instead of worrying about closing in 5 minutes maybe they should have just handled it like a good business would have.. So disappointed!.. Guess those Cameras mean nothing..
Professional clean. Be prepared to wade through deep puddles in some parts of the yard near the pickup trucks. Lots of standing water after rains.
Great assortment of vehicles to choose from for parts
really awesome prices keep your seat and if you need to have any problems with any parts or anything you can exchange or return it and get your money back or get a different part that kind of thing
Maybe a good place to get parts but not so good to sell a vehicle. After my vehicle was dropped off in the lot my quote lessened and due to being held up waiting which resulted in my tow bill going up. I was left holding 35 dollars for the sell of a pickup truck.
Sometimes they don't know what cars they have. I found that the online inventory is a little more accurate. Prices for parts are very reasonable and they give you a month to bring em back if they don't work. Inventory gets picked over pretty good but they bring in new stuff fairly often.
This place used to be amazing. However it seems they agree getting a little greedy.. and the prices are getting s little high
Wish they had a way of tracking what's sold and what's not. Been 3 times for same part and its gone before you get there.
This is my go-to junkyard. It is a you-pull yard, which I prefer because you can examine the condition of the vehicle that you're getting parts from. Prices are fair. They seem to cycle through vehicles often enough, getting rid of the ones that have been completely picked over, so there's always something with parts left on it. There is a $3 charge just to walk in the yard. It is an apocalyptic looking wasteland behind the fence. No birds, no bugs, no life of any kind is in the yard from what I can tell. If it is raining or has rained recently wear boots. The water can get deep.
Never had a bad experience here.
Lady on the phone said 11 bucks for a part get down there they said 23 not including the 3 dollar fee to get in then get home and the part that's interchangeable according to them doesn't bolt up right so I wont be going back when I get my refund its probably not a bad place but for my first time it was
It was a pretty good visit I found what I was looking for
3 dollar entry fee unless you download their app and Register free visit first time. Be sure to check the sizes of bolts, nuts and be prepared to pull your own parts, good directions easy to find what you're looking for.
I've dealt with LKQ many years never this location though. I won't be returning. Paid an employee $80 to pull some control arms. The ones I were given were complete junk and unusable. I wasn't able to locate receipt for a return until later. LKQ refused when it was only one day past the warranty. I'm out $280 and nothing but wasted time.
Wonderful staff! Easy to find what I needed. Very good prices especially on sale day. I'LL be back many times. Best salvage yard I've ever been to.
well organized good people. I'll be back again 4 sure
Every good place to get your parts.and friendly people to greet you
LKQ has a lot to offer. They have a nice online inventory with pictures, a price lookup, ample parking, and wheelbarrows to haul your tools and parts around. When I see a car I am interested in, it always feels a bit like Christmas, but here is the reality of going to LKQ. 1. You have 24hrs or less for the good stuff. There are guys that go here every day like a job, and pick the good stuff that they can to move on Ebay, etc. I am talking about rims, stereos, MAF’s, etc. 2. Pricing varies by location, and a few of the chatt guys will nickel and dime you on everything. Their pricing is related to how they interpret it, so if you pull an engine mount and think, “hey, its an engine mount!”, if it has any bolts, or clips or small brackets attached, they are all added on to the price. There are few good deals in the yard. 3. The 40% off sales are a mad house. Bring water and snacks and prepare to wait in line coming in and going out. Last one I went to, it took me 5min to get in, 15min to get the part, and 45min in line to check out. 4. Bring a solid tool kit and remember a hammer and hacksaw, because not everything comes off easy. If you have a dolly, a nice setup is to put your toolbox on a dolly to use inside instead of using a wheelbarrow. 5. Know the row and vehicle number you are looking for; the yard is big, like 4-5 football fields of space.
Extensively long lines to get into and out of the place. Took over an hour to get out, and the prices are pretty high for a pull it yourself yard. They also charge you for everything they possibly can so make sure you strip everything completely off whatever you get. My case I got a break caliper and they charge extra if it's a dual piston caliper, also charged me for the mounting bracket with the slides and the old break pads too yet even! They also charge you a core charge too which is very uncommon at a junk yard! Place is pretty ridiculously priced and the selection isn't very good either. It took all day to get in and out of there I wont go back unless it's an emergency.
Make sure you get prices on things in writing. Because after you spend time looking, taking parts off, hike back to the building stand in line again finally get to the front of the line so i can findout that ive spent most of the day here. Now time to pay now Im told that the price i was told earlyer today was not the write price and now the total is almost two hundred yes two hundred dollars more than i was told .so thay were nicely ask to talk to a supervisor what a surprise there wasnt one there today.Dont waste your time with these people they will lie to you and stick the money in their own pocket
Great prices and wide variety of makes and models
Good economical way to get the parts you need for your car or truck
Seemed to have plenty to scavenge here. Vehicles were spaced well and rows were fairly clean to walk through with the wheelbarrow. I came a few days after some rain so there were some vehicles that had large puddles underneath. Other than that, the staff were friendly enough and the area seemed secure and safe.
Love this place basically live there lol
Not quite what I expected, could be better organized, but all in all not terrible, reasonably priced too
Good selection of parts makes of vehicles are together and off the ground open weekends convenient RAM
Great place everything is easy to find and locate just customer service and part availablilty (don't have enough information on what's left on a car ) which leads to wasting time and gas . However ,the customer service needs improvement , i understand that working in customer service is trying , but you do not have to be rude and unprofessional. I came to purchase from your company and you represent that company. Also not knowing what half of the parts are is just crazy! You work for a company that sells auto parts, please be more informed on your product!
