AJ and his partner removed a full-size freezer for us. They were very careful and didn't damage anything - my biggest worry when moving things. They had to take a door off its hinges, and when they replaced it, they made sure it opened and closed correctly. The team members that came out were very friendly! I'm the property manager for a storage facility and we had some units that had a lot of junk left in them from previous tenants. Disappointed in the service. My girlfriend and I are moving and they offered us a $20 coupon on a $100 or more of work. They showed up to remove a full bed and box spring with a $99 quote. They refused to go to $100 so we could use our $20 coupon and we asked if they could take care of a bookshelf as well and they added another $70 to the quote. We will lot be using them again.

Junk King arrived early in the time window I had set up with them. They contacted me by phone 15 minutes prior to arrival. The truck was quite large yet the driver skillfully backed it up a rather difficult driveway. The driver was accompanied by a helper. The driver asked a few questions to make sure everything I wanted hauled away was grouped together. He then gave me an estimate what it would cost to have everything hauled away. My "junk" included a very heavy and cumbersome outdoor grill. I thought the estimate was very reasonable so I agreed to the price they quoted. One of their best features is that their estimate is free and there are no obligations to accept the offer. The "junk" was quickly and efficiently loaded onto the truck. The two men were respectful and pleasant throughout making it a pleasant interaction. When they had completed loading the driver said that the original estimate he gave me when he arrived was a little high so he reduced the price by over $50. Everything about this experience was excellent and I highly recommend Junk King to anyone who needs junk removal. I had a wide variety of junk but they took all of it without any problem. I will definitely use them again in the future...they exceeded my expectations.

Extremely overpriced. I was unable to be there to sanity check the quote and had my girlfriend do it. It is solely my fault for not giving her a limit for the cost and I take full responsibility for that. I was envisioning $100-150. It ended up costing me $350 for them to pickup what would only fill up half, of a standard truck bed. The amount of "trash" I had took them a total of 10 minutes to pickup. Perhaps this is a fair price in the market of trash pickup, but right now it sure feels like robbery.
