Stopped there last Saturday to ask about a part for my fathers Kia Rio. Just as soon as we stepped through the door we were greated nicely. My father asked about the part, it goes on his wheel cover. They didn't have one but was willing to see if it could be found. My father explained I had found 2 on Ebay before and both fell off the dang car. The counter man made a good suggestion on how to keep them on. He also admitted I could probably find it cheaper than he could. I admire someone who is honest enough to pass on a sale to save a customer time and money.

If you didn’t get what you wanted and received poor service you are rating the wrong junk yard! I stopped by today, got exactly what I needed, and a great price. Grandpa always said you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Might want to give it a try!

Called to make sure they had a part I needed. They said they would pull the part for me. Told them I was otw. I drive 30 minutes to get there and they still haven't pulled the part so I had to wait. It just just a door handle. Then he sells it to me broken. I drive another 30 minutes home and see it's broken when I go to install it. I call and he has the audacity to tell me I should have checked the part. NO YOU should have been professional. I professional would check the part first and wouldn't sell a broken part. Gave 2 star instead of 1 because he did offer to replace it. But I've already wasted an hour and a half plus gas for a $10 part. Not wasting anymore time or money there.
