While its extremely convenient that they use a magnet to unload your truck, their lack luster (almost $1.50 less per 100 lbs then the yard across the street) prices and fairly strict rules (they do not accept refrigerators) makes this place a " no go" for me.

Very disorganized. Took 45 minutes to get unloaded. Been to many scrap yards around the country and this is not the worst I've seen but it's not a good place to do business. I'll never come back. To bad, y'all missed out on a lot of future business with several hundred tons of steel.

It might have just been a busy day, but I found out hard to find anybody to help me. The man at the front office was nice and told me where to go, but when I went there there was nobody around to help me. And I saw a few other people who seemed to be waiting for help as well. Can't fault the place for being busy, but I did eventually just leave since it didn't seem like anybody was coming to help.

The service here was friendly and speedy, it was my first time and I wasn't exactly sure what to do, but I was assisted with clear directions. They take aluminum cans and steel (tin) among other items. If you go online, you can find all of the prices for your needs. You can also get coupons and specials, and sign up to be a preferred customer. I took a bag of cans and got $2.50 - just to give you an idea. I think this is a great business and very clean and organized. If you have items you are about to toss, thing about what you can recycle and get a little cash for first!

Friendly staff, clean facility. All staff members are knowledgeable, and always try to give you the best price. Express Center makes it easy for cans and small amounts of brass, copper and aluminum. Crane is great for when I have large loads of steel, and want a quick, hassle-free unload.

The guys in the yard do their job fine but the ladies in the office are brusque and rude. They act as though they are being imposed upon for doing their job. Traffic in and out is horrible with trucks pulling in and out and waiting to get on scale. Without more space they certainly need someone to manage traffic during busy times.

Great place to recycle. They have the best pricing for your material. Super nice staff. Excellent customer service. Clean and organized facility. Best recycling facility I have ever visited. They treat you like family. I look forward to doing business with them again.

" act with integrity by being accountable for our actions and with respect for others". But not these guys. Improper loading of my trailer caused substantial damage to the roof, and the owner basically blackmailed my company to change my review before they would pay. No integrity there.

Have been three times and depending on the worker in the express weigh area, the scale may be down a little bit. The older man had it accurately, but the younger guys will take a little weight off because I hoped on the scale after we weighed my copper and it said I was 9 pounds less than what I really weigh on a scale. Not good.
