Purchased a window regulator for a Bentley from these guys which came in stripped. There's no way to install it, the part is faulty. Contacted them for a return and after being on hold for 20 min., they rejected me as the WARRANTY IS 7 DAYS. That's unacceptable. Professional salvage yard has to stand by the quality of their parts.

this place is bad news. When I visited this place looking for a new bumper the costumer service was appalling and employees too amateurish in the way of cars or anything related. When I looked for a replacement part they gave me everything but what I asked for and they even gave me different colors, clearly too incompetent in colors to tell the difference between to different colors if I said white they came out with beige and every other color on the spectrum. They have almost no natural reviews either, they have a lot fake accounts that leave simple 1-2 sentences 5 star reviews and leave negative reviews across the country. this is truly the epitome of bad employees and even worse service. I will tell my peers too also leave a bad review and to warn their family and friends to stay clear of this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I call them looking for a airbag set for a 2014 QX80...(driver, pass and dashboard) they say they have it. I order it.... Small box comes with driver and pass airbags. I call and ask where is the dashboard??? They say, Oh... it doesn't come with the dashboard... but we can sell you one. I have no choice and say ok, I will buy it. They call back and say the dashboard is broken and they don't have another one. I say so you don't have a set for me and I will send it back... He says, we will have to charge you 20% restocking fee... I say, you don't have a set to sell me and you will charge me 20% because I cant use it and will send it back!?! Guy says yup.. SO, THIS AWESOM EXPERIENCE COST ME ALMOST $400... WHAT GOES AROUD, COMES AROUND... I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.....

Awful, awful people!! Do NOT buy from here!! I purchased a transmission for my 2012 Nissan Quest. Only purchased it because they guaranteed quailty, blah blah blah. Stupid mistake. Now I have two bad transmissions and when I attempted to reconcile the issue with these people they asked for my purchase information. (I still have my receipt) and now they refuse to return any messages. Terribly business practices!

If i could give less stars I would I went there to pick up a sensor even showed them the picture and told them they couldn't miss it. they brought me the gas pedal instead of the sensor and the guy said I told him to take off the gas pedal. the guy told me I would have to wait until other people got their parts and started lecturing me like if i didn't know what I was talking about. I have been in business for over 10 years. He and his employees barely know how to speak english and telling me I don't know what I am talking about. They listed the part on their website as being in their inventory, and confirmed that when I called, but when I went they didn't have it. Wasted another half hour of my time while they sent a guy out to search the yard, rather than just owning up. When I checked with another salvage yard, they told me that happens all the time with Advance, even with people who drive hours to get there after being told they have it in stock. So don't trust them if they say they have it. They were not apologetic either, and yeah, the service was terrible. The counter guy kept answering the phone and giving quotes while keeping me waiting.

Those of you that know me will say that I speak my mind, while I have read all of the reviews posted here I see a lot of impatience and prejudicial opinions. This is a family owned and operated business not corporate or franchised. We strive to do our best to accommodate the needs of all our customers. We have been better organizing and updating not only our inventory but the quality of the parts we sell and the manor in which we make our parts available. As the old saying goes "You cant make everybody happy" It is true in any business, those of you who operate your own should know! I personally apologize to everyone who has had an unfavorable experience here. We are bettering with age and experience. We are multi cultural and not everybody speaks perfect English just like our customers, no matter what language anyone speaks we try to help those in need! I ORDERED A 2016 NISSAN MURANO MIRROR ON A WEDNESDAY. THEY SAY IT WOULD SHIP OUT THAT DAY. I CHECKED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP TODAY. (ALL OF THIS IS AFTER THEY SAID IT HAD SHIPPED SEVERAL TIMES) CALLED A WEEK LATER AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. Spoke with 3 different people on 3 different days about a part. Each time I let them know that I was driving 4 hours away from sevierville tn. They told me they had the part and it had been sitting on the shelf for over a year. I even called 15 minutes before we got there to remind them I was coming. Once I got there they said that the part was broken. I can't believe out of multiple contacts with them, especially letting them know the distance I was coming, no one thought to check the part to make sure it was there and in good condition!!

Read the reviews! This place might have a 1 star rating if it was in a third world country! When you enter - there was no one that could speak English- I requested a blower motor for my truck. They grunted at me and left me wondering if someone was getting the part I requested. After over an hour of watching them grill burgers outside. I told them not to worry I would go elsewhere to get the part. Miraculously as I was walking out the door - the part appeared. Needless to say I will never, ever return to his "business" even if they were giving parts away for free. However, I would watch this "business" if it were on a reality TV show for worst run business in America.

I own a hybrid battery repair company located in Houston, TX. I recently purchased a Generation 3 hybrid battery for $1,000 shipped. When the battery arrived (not properly crated) I opened it up to discover the battery had been tampered with. All of the markings on the battery were mismatched cluing me into the fact that it had been parted out. Several of the modules were leaking electrolyte (acid) and about 10 of the 28 modules were lower than 6.5v, rendering them useless. When I contacted them, I was greeted with an irate lunatic who cursed me out and called me names. They said I have to send them back the battery plus one of MY batteries which was not in the purchase agreement. I know if I sent them anything I would get nothing in return. I am taking them to small claims court to try to get compensation for this battery. Please take your money elsewhere and put this company out of business. UPDATE- They just sent me my replacement battery in the mail and guess what.... it had the same cells in it from the battery I sent back to them! I documented the serial numbers on each cell and I could still see my own handwriting on the plastic. How low can you get? This is now a $1,500 nightmare.

I called multiple times trying to confirm they had the correct part before driving 2 hours one way. I kept being told they would call me back but they never did. Since I didn't really have any other options I decided to drive there and see for myself if they had the correct part. Upon inspection the part was for the sport model. I was told multiple times that this would fit the long wheel base that I have. I eventually found the part number on the bracket and it was indeed the wrong part. I ended up wasting 5 hours of my time and gas. Don't buy from anything from these guys . Poor customer service / don't know what they're talking about.
