Sky hi prices, terrible employees, worse than lousy service. They dont let you go into the yard and check anything for yourself and more often than not, have no idea what they have in stock. I have no idea how this place has stayed in business.

We've been trying to find an engine for our car for a while now and found that A1 happened to have one. when i first called to get a quote the guy with the accent told me it would be $100.00 for the engine and when i repeated back to him the amount he told me that i was correct. the next day one of the other guys called because they were having issues testing it to be sure it ran. he told me they could sell it for $200.00 so i told him that's not what i was quoted and that i wanted to talk to the guy with the accent since he gave me the original quote. accent guy got an attitude, interrupted me ever few seconds, told me he wouldn't be stupid enough to sell me an engine for $100.00 and it must have been my fault for misunderstanding him due to his accent...(keep in mind i repeated the quoted amount to him after he told me, he agreed it was right). when i explained to him i didn't have a problem understanding his accent, and that i didn't understand why he had an attitude since he was the one not sticking by his quote...he hung up on me. Not the way to run a business if you ask me.
