The guys that came called to see if they could come early, which was fine with me. They were very polite and courteous. When they called 15 minutes before they got here, I asked if they could take a couple more items. They took those items also. The entire process only took about 15 minutes and they were very professional. If I ever need anything to be removed again I will definitely call them.

Had a great experience with this company. I needed some old furniture moved out, so I could bring in my new furniture. I wanted to donate it, but neither of the companies I tried could get the furniture for roughly 4 weeks. I called 1-800-Got-Junk and they came out the day I needed them too and told me that they also donate serviceable items to the same companies I was looking at, on top of recycling stuff that wasn't serviceable. The price was fair, the team that did the removal was extremely professional and very respectful. I 100% reccomend 1-800-GOT-JUNK!

This was not a good value at all. We used them before and it was worth the money but I still have to haul trash to the dump next week. $189 for a couple of boxes and a desk . We won't use this place again.
