Worst. Trash. "Service". EVER. I pay my bills on time every month...too bad they don't take their responsibilities as seriously. Billing errors, dumpsters dropped on hill sides, missed pick ups-take your pick! Haven't had our WEEKLY pick up since August 3rd ( Today is the 28th). What ever the price and terms, I assure you that any competitor will suit your needs better. There is a reason why you are always placed on hold when you call and their voicemail is always full...and it isn't because of compliments!

We were switched to Keiffer when they bought out the company who had been picking up our garbage. Their customer services has always been wonderful. One week, I forgot to put out my trash and called to see if our driver had already stopped through our neighborhood. Unfortunately for me, he had. However, the driver offered to go back to our house and pull out and empty our can for us! We keep ours in our garage so that wasn't an option, but I was so pleased about the offer. Very friendly and timely pick up with competitive rates.

They bought out Red River last year and so far, things have been great! They always pick up on time and I haven't had any issues with billing, which is saying a lot for this area.

They have taken care of me each time I've called with a question, they were courteous and helpful ; trash is always picked up on time. The one time they missed it, I called and it was picked up the next business day.

Absolutely atrocious service. I cannot understand how these people are in business. High costs and unreliable service. Had them when we first moved to Summerset and quickly dropped them. I was so thrilled to be rid of them. Then through some kind BS deal with the City of Summerset, Kieffer Sanitation got some exclusive deal and now I'm forced to have these clowns. They need to go to some other areas where I have lived and learn what customer service is about.

You’ll find that some extremely dedicated individuals who work for this company. They’ll do their best to serve you as promised, and will take the time to address any requests and concerns you may have. The local staff and additional crews this company brings in to service dumpsters, RVs, vault toilets, and porta-potties at the Sturgis rally are well-oiled machines. These crews are up before the sun and regularly put in over 14 hr days.

The garbage man is extremely lazy and the lady for costumer service is rude. There are weekends they will not take my recycle for no reason. They will miss your garbage and find excuses to not take it when you call. Worst garbage company I have ever had. If I was not forced to have them by Summerset City I would have changed a long time ago!!

Had a fire take out my shop called for a 30 yard dumpster it was delivered in less than 2 hours called for another less than 3 hours! Also use them for our commercial dumpster at pactola pines marina and our driver is the best always friendly if I have large things he helps us throw them in very good service.

If had any other option would drop them in a heartbeat. Horrible service, no communications, missed pickups. My container is always in the ditch or knocked over in the driveway. I auto-pay and just got a rate bump for annual costs, no notice, no explanation, just "we raise prices every year due to costs". No longer locally owned but basically a monopoly in some areas.

Have seriously had nothing but problems with pick up. They are on time to take my payment, but can't seem to pick up my garbage on time or some times at all. It is Very frustrating. Have spoken with John several times and he is nothing but rude with tons of excuses.

So far I am very unimpressed. I had to call 5 times to get my trash receptacle 3 weeks later then I was double billed. Now I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone or call me back about the overcharges. NOT a good way to do business.

I'm camping at the full throttle and to tell you the truth I would be embarrassed to have my name on the front of these portable toilets. They are absolutely disgusting.

Kieffer has the contract to provide services to the RV's at the buffalo Chip. Paid 100.00 to have my water filled and sewer dumped, promised by late afternoon, got service a day after that. Poor company to charge rally theft rates and then not deliver on promises. Glad I don't have to use them in my town.

I forgot to take my garbage out on pick up day. Just called and told them the story. They offered to be able to have it picked up by end of day today as a courtesy with no extra charge! That's how you do business!

I watched a Kieffer Sanitation truck take out my mailbox! Had to go down and ask the guy if he planned on reporting what he did and said he would. I waited a couple days and heard nothing so I called management. The person told me that I told him it wasn't a big deal! He said to mail him a receipt for a new one and I would get reimbursed. After numerous calls and messages to him I never saw that reimbursement or a return call. I vowed never to do business with them and recently found out they had bought my trash company. I dropped them like a hot potato!!! Also heard they have higher prices than the locally owned companies.

I could not be more pleased with this service! They are timely, accommodating, and keep us posted on weather and/or holiday pick-up changes. Guy is so lazy 3 cans overflowing and he dumps a lot on the ground dose he stop to pick any up no but dos stop to pull a bag out of the lift and throw it on the ground instead of the can he just emptied

Very disappointed with their services. They have missed pickup days several times in last 6 months. Have called and asked for pickups and they show up two to three days later with container then overflowing with garbage. Does not look good to our customers.
