Every question I had was answered in an annoyed, impatient tone like he thought I was an idiot. Neil was fantastic and so helpful! I called on a Sunday morning trying to find someone to take my SUV that the transmission went out on. I was in a real crunch because my dad had to leave town (he came up to help me deal with all the car troubles) and I needed it gone before he left in the afternoon. Neil started off as a friendly, genuine, professional businessman as I was telling him about the car. Then, when I told him about the time crunch, he said he could be there to pick up the vehicle in <1.5hrs! His promptness and willingness to help is unbeatable - I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your junk car needs.

The last two days should be written up as how to NOT deal with customers. Playing phone tag for 2 days (If you use your cell as your business phone, EMPTY THE VOICE MAIL!), then finally got ahold of the person I made the deal with the first day. After I sent a text of the shop's location and go out there to meet him, he makes me wait in 100+ degree heat for 6 hours and then never shows up while ignoring texts and calls. While I was not given the best offer on my van (it certainly wasn't close to "top dollar"!) I decided to try Pro-Tow based on such glowing reviews and wanting to give a local small business a chance. I'm in the automotive business as well and know things come up, but how you deal with customers means everything. I don't know what happened between this week and all the prior reviews, but this is simply shameful. Finally, their website says they are a BBB Accredited business, but doing a BBB search for Pro-Tow comes up with no results. Clicking on a link they provide on their site comes up with a page with a different company name (Ideal Abandoned Auto) and "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED" in big letters across the top. Learn from my mistakes, folks! EDIT TO UPDATE: The owner, Mr. Nelson, got ahold of me after this review and made good on the original offer. Still not "top dollar" by any means and no compensation for the loss of time, money, or heat exhaustion on my end, but he did make good on the deal his subcontractor made in his name. He seems to take pride in the reputation of his company and went the extra mile to arrange for another tow service to get my vehicle since his trucks were all down. I wish Mr. Nelson the best of luck.

I called Pro Tow after having called several other companies that either did not return my call or were rude on the phone. The person I spoke with was polite and explained everything in detail. They offered a price that was more than anyone I had spoke to previously. Truth be told, I would have sold it to this company had they been less than anyone else just because of their polite manner on phone. Highly recommend this company.

The other day while I was on my way to work, I got a flat tire and pulled into a semi-familiar neighborhood. Not knowing what to do I started trying to call for help when all of the sudden the nice gentlemen of Pro Tow pulled along aside me asking if I needed help (they could obviously tell I was a little distressed) they then proceeded to change my flat tire for me. They assured me everything was fine and then pointed out to me what caused the flat and what I should do in the mean time while driving with a spare tire on. They were the nicest guys taking the time out of their day to help me in my time of need. I wish I could have paid for the help but I didn't have cash on me. I am very thankful that they were there for me because who knows how long I would have been stuck there. This was a customer service experience that I won't ever forget.

Neil was awesome! I had to get rid of my Expedition because the transmission was slipping and I couldn’t get it registered. I had spent so much time calling around and posting on Craigslist (not recommended) only to have people give me the run around. Thank goodness Google led me to Pro-Tow Cash for Junk Cars. When I called Neil said “Do you have the original XYZ parts?” and that morning my truck was being towed! The amount I received was actually MORE than fair and I was sad to see it go but Neil was such a friendly guy. Very professional. I would recommend his company and use them again.

I had decided to get rid of a couple cars so I called. At first I spoke with a guy who was very rude. After this incident I wrote a bad review to warn potential customers of the attitude that I was met with, within just a couple of days I was contacted by the owner of the company, he apologized for his employees behavior and assured me that the guy I spoke with had been terminated. We then where able to talk about the cars that I had called about originally and the owner came up with a fair deal that we both agreed on. I can tell that the owner of the company really cares about his business and reputation. It was a little frustrating at first but overall was a good experience.

The first time was on a Sunday morning when I absolutely had to get rid of my car I called and Chris answered came down within the hour had the vehicle out with cash and hand awesome customer service. This place is a life saver! The engine in my baby of 11 years went out on me 2 weeks ago and after riding around in a rental for 2 weeks I was forced to get a new car. The dealership only offered me $100 to trade it in so I decided to keep it and figure out another alternative. After calling 5 local salvage yards I came across Pro Tow. Not only did they offer me significantly more money than all of the other slavage companies I called, he sent his guy to pick it up for me the same day and paid me cash on the spot! As if the experience couldn't get any better, AJ called me about an hour after he left with the car to tell me I left some CD's in the car and that he'd hold them for me if I wanted to come pick them up. The customer service was outstanding and I couldn't be happier right now! I'd 100% recommend this company and won't hesitate to call them again in the future should the need arise!
