Not worth the $2 I paid at the door and their prices are sky high. Go to the nearby Auto Parts U Pull in Shelby. Way better price deal and their cars aren't picked clean in the warehouse.

They have a good variety of cars. Some you don't see everyday. But the prices are high on most things. Some are in line with other U Pulls. For instance, I needed two shade covers for the back of two Explorers. Was told $45. When I said one was broken, I was told $34 and you won't find a better price. I went to a Pull-A-Part in Charlotte and got the same thing, in even better condition, for $12.95 for 1 shade. I drove a little further but found a better price. It takes a long time at check out, the staff is doing something on the computer. Needs to know what year and model the part came from, but they don't inventory the parts? Are they looking prices up on eBay? They do offer debit card payment, which is great. The staff seems nice enough. And the younger guy that sits at the desk has always been very friendly. I just wish they'd come down on some of the prices and lift the cars off the ground, as you can't get to some of the parts. I'd probably only return if I can't find my part at Auto Parts Shelby or a U Pull in Charlotte.

If you need a gas cap then this is the place to go. I believe they strip the cars then bring them here for storage until the scrap price goes up

Con artist.. take large down payments and accept your money but if your 9 days late they repo the car and don't allow you to pay to get it back.. no contract, no nothing just stealing money from hard working ppl. But I'm taking this to the news. Never heard of a real company taking a car and not allowing you to get it back... So you get on here and respond to my comment by saying y'all don't take carpayments. Ok that makes twice I called ahead first time in the neighborhood the second first time they said yea we have 2 of the Saturn's your looking for but did not next time they yea we got 3 but one was burned real bad one was already stripped the other one was wrecked glad all the people that I brought with me stayed in the truck at least saved that 6 bucks not sure if I'll ever go back charge 2 bucks for insurance guy says but clearly states on the wall no responsible for any thing

If i could give them a worse rating i would. Do not buy a car or finance a car from this place. They do not fix the cars like they say they do and they will also overcharge u without letting u kno. Completely disappointed in the quality of service i received. They also have been chargin me late fees when i was never late and came and repossessed my car for supposedly not paying it in 17 days when i have paper work suggestin i have. Also it states late fees are charged 10 days after its due. Mylast payment was the 12 of this month and its now the 22 didnt even give a chance to pay it. Also never took the car qhen it was supposedly late b4. All the documentation doesnt match either and they dont keep records but i do thats why i got a lawyer. See u in court. Also its funny how the secretaries do all the work while the men do nothing and kno nothing of the company. Let themxrun it maybe u can keep it open

I am giving three stars only because I was a little disappointed today. Finally found a gas tank I needed. First one I found that wasn't rusted through and looked to have no holes. We couldn't get the tank out without it being lifted so the fork lift operator came over and lifted the car by the back. And went in crooked and we'll, there goes the gas tank, he ended up bending it and than we get pulled back caused a hole. The lady working was very nice. Just disappointed with the guy.

Theo place would be getting a better rating from me but I feel they are a bit crooked. They say 1 thing & so another. They repoed a car from a family fiend that has receipts and documentation from them where the payments are current. Not only was there a co-owner but that person didn’t sign the contract because it was completely overlooked. There was also 2 contracts instead of one. Change your practices @ I will change my very low rating of you

I was pleased with my experience at the U-Pull-It place. Their prices are reasonable. The people were friendly. I was able to get what I needed without spending too much money. I will definitely return when I need another part, or just to browse around. They have a variety of stuff. From used car parts, to furniture, clothing, toys, collectables, tires and rims, shoes. They even have a public restroom. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke. When I went today there was nothing I was looking for 90s model Chevy trucks. Also bring cash apperantly they do not accept cards, really come on it’s 2018 not 1995. And of course the atm charges you 2.25 to use it. Don’t waste your time go to your local lkq or king of parts. *update I was at your u pull yard Sunday the 21 of October. I was told no cards were accepted I had to use the ancient atm machine that took a good 3 minutes to give me a 20

Went there looking for a part for my car and I get there I pay for me and my girlfriend to get in i found one with the part on it couldn't get it off becasue 4 of the bolts were almost stripped they had other vehicles the same as I was looking for but they were on the ground where I couldn't get under the car well I was gonna try to get the other piece off the first one I was working on but I had to get a tool from my car went to ask if I could go get it they said no were closed now no body told me they were closing so soon they should have told me when i got there . So I asked if I could have my money back since I couldn't get the tool to get the part off they said no and forced me to leave I wouldn't recommend this place to no one very disappointed in this place and the staff for being so rude

Do not buy the cars they have for sale. They do not fix them correctly. Bought one recently and took over 2 weeks to get it because the brakes weren't fixed right. They also claim to do a 120 point inspection but clearly they do not. When we finally did get it the oil was low and looked pretty old and the muffler was barely hanging on. Some of the employees are very rude as well. Great for car parts but nothing else. They will also charge a late fee when it is not late. They will also tell you one amount when you put the downpayment and then increase the amount when you do the contract. And now they are trying to screw us on the payoff amount. Total of car after all finance charges was 3189 we paid 690 of that as down payment. Brings it to 2499 and we've been paying 150 every two weeks for at least 2 months and yet he claims our payoff amount is 2900. I have receipts for all of this. Can someone explain this or do we need a lawyer. Total con artists. They dont honor contracts either. Lawyer here we come

All I have to say is the lady that works the register is sooooooooo F****ing awesome! If you call her she can give me the price of just about anything that you are asking for, if you ask her questions she answers politely she does not roll her eyes ;she does not give you any type of attitude,And when you get there!!...... in person you see that the same personality on the phone is even better in person she has such a great smile and she is so helpful and she is being very courteous while multitasking answering phones helping other customers and helping the new customers walking in! She provides better customer service and a scrapyard going to five-star restaurant does
